"Take your time." The dragoness said, keeping her smile as she patiently waited for Sugary to return with the chamomile tea. "Mmm... I'm going to sleep easy tonight..." She said as she instantly recognized the smell. "Well, there isn't really much to talk about. I visited a few towns, got accepted to work in mansions or bigger houses, fired cause I broke something, and the story repeats." She said, sighing and lowering her head.

Sugary's ears dropped a bit as Shanny seemed rather focused on her job search more than anything when he hoped to learn more about what other places she'd been to. He considered telling her that maybe she needed to try something different, but didn't want to discourage her either.

He'd eventually make the tea, and prepare it for the both of them in their own mugs while offering her sugar as he stirred some for himself, looking at her in thought. "It's a wonder if she'll ever have a lucky streak then. She seems nice." He tasted his tea with a pleased sigh, and spoke. "Doesn't sound like much of an adventure, but you'll get that goal someday, I'm sure... And hey, if you do find work starting tomorrow, let me know okay? I'd be glad to stick around for extra time to give you a place to stay till you can settle in... Speaking of which, I'll probably be heading out early to the lighthouse. I heard there was a rumor about an old Mage living there on my way here, and figured I could learn more spells while I study magic. Oh, and how's the tea by the way?"

"It sort of is an adventure. Or a lottery, rather. 'Will this gentleman excuse that one mistake that I made? Or will he be a smug baddie who doesn't care about his employees at all?' " Shanny attempted imitating her own thinking before slightly giggling. "The tea is nice, yeah.. Also, I could walk with you to that lighthouse tomorrow, get familiar with the area." She added, sipping her tea.

He chuckled slightly at her take on things, and kept drinking his tea in peace. He was then very pleasantly surprised to hear of her interest in his own endeavors as he perked his ears towards her and looked up to her. "Really...? That's not far from here, but there's hardly anything else over there. Not that I mind, I'd be happy if you came along. Do you know any magic or magic theory by the way?" He seemed to brighten up a bit more at the topic of magic. Once a Unicorn, always a Unicorn...

"No, I don't, unfortunately. I sometimes wish I would, though. It looks just like a very useful thing to have, especially for me." She answered. "Anyways, I don't mind going a walk to stretch the legs, so sure." the dragoness said, slowly finishing her tea, not at all bothered with it still being hot.

He'd smile softly, taking a sip again as he looked to the direction where the lighthouse ought to be even if he was just staring at the tent wall. "Then a morning walk it is, but if the fella is there, I might not show up again for some time if he lets me in... We might get a very nice view of the sea though." He looked more content, and then kept quietly drinking his tea. He didn't have much more to say at the moment, so if she wanted to speak to him, now was the time before it got rather late in the day.

After a few moments, Shanny lowered the large mug she drank tea from. "This tea really warmed me up... Say, I hope you don't mind if I throw some clothes off? The night will be rather warm, and these are somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in." She said. If Sugary would allow it, the dragoness would immediately undress all the way down to her white underwear, putting her clothing into the rucksack and sitting down again. "Well, I suppose I can check in that mansion while you'll be busy at the lighthouse."

Sugary didn't mind and told her so, and calmly kept drinking his tea while she indulged herself in more freedom. He did, however, gaze upon her again with some admiration. Even if she probably wasn't aware it, he found her to be rather attractive still just like when she took her massage. He didn't flip out over it though, and just smiled. "As long as you're comfortable, it's fine. I'd do better than this tent if I could, but it'll have to do..." He finished drinking his tea, and looked at her again. "I take it you'll be going to sleep soon? Anything else I can do for you, or should I leave you be?"

"It'll be fine..." She said and smiled back. "Well, I will probably be stargazing for a while before I really sleep, but if you have something to do, don't let me keep you busy." She said and sighed before lying down on her back with her head out of the tent and looking up at the stars.

He shook his head, putting the tea and mugs away for now, and got up next to her as he looked up to the stars as well. "I don't really have anything to do as is, but... Since you're not going to sleep yet, would you like to hear me read from a book?"

Shanny lightly giggled. "Is this bedtime stories all over again?" She asked with a smile, obviously joking. "Sure, I suppose. What kind of book?" She asked before positioning her arms underneath her head to get more comfortable.

"Heh... Maybe? It's not really a story book, I just thought I'd entertain the two of us for a bit is all. You'll see what it's about soon, be right back..." And so he went... and eventually came back with a book, reading as he walked into the deck.

The book he held was on magical theory. Despite the topic of it, it read like a diary of someone making connections between everyday things and creatures, and the supernatural with a humorous and lighthearted tone. He read the book word for word rather fondly, following the spirit of the author rather well. "... And lo and behold! For those who soar can soar for they wish to soar, and so must those who follow embrace that same desire wholeheartedly! The magic and mechanics of flight comes easy to those who believe they too can reach beyond the horizon, for above all else, one must believe in their goals before they set out for them...! Or fall like stones in water, but trial and error. Trial and error..." He'd look up to see if he had her interest, and would continue to read from the book if she liked what she heard.

As Sugary would look at Shanny after his reading, he would see that he had her attention, although not fully, as she continued looking up at the star-filled sky. He could also notice that her eyes were not as open as they were before. She then suddenly yawned and lightly stretched her arms. "Mmm... time for sleep, I suppose..." She tiredly said.

The more he read, the more it seemed the wording had a recurring theme of conquering goals, both great and mundane in the same jovial tone. Eventually, he noticed her looking more tired, and closed the book, looking out to the sea while reminiscing. "If that's the case, then I'll leave you be, Miss Shanny... Rest easy." He'd keep watching afar, and then moved back into the ship to rest as he looked to her tent. The night would go on peacefully with the soothing sound of the waves... Except when morning would come, as the port would grow lively and bells would ring again at port.

As soon as the bells began ringing around the port, the dragoness yawned and stretched as much as she could while keeping her eyes still closed. She would attempt going back to sleeping, but the continuous bells did not allow her, causing her to groan as she slowly sat up and try to get get used to the brightness. "Good morning, sir." She would say if Sugary was anywhere around when she was waking up.

As it were, Sugary was actually about to greet her, standing near the tent with a surprised look, and more modest clothing of a tunic and shorts, which let her see his calves had quite a bit of girth on them with his muscles. "Heh... I guess you were more awake than I thought. Heard you moving and all... And good morning yourself, Miss." He then chuckled, and looked amusedly towards the docks. "... I hope they stop ringing the bells soon at least. An alarm is fine, but I don't plan on a thump headed morning... So, while you're getting up, do you want any breakfast?"

Shanny yawned again and annoyingly looked at the docks around them, hoping the bells would shut up soon. "A fish would be fine, not exactly starving.." she answered Sugary's question. "Also, when do you plan on leaving for the lighthouse?" she added before slowly standing up and stretching again, searching for her clothing. When she found it she slowly put it on, seemingly still drowsy from the sleep. When she was done, she was wearing jeans and a nice blouse.

Fortunately, the bells didn't last too long and eventually the calmer crowd began to move about instead to get to work in the area as time went by. He hummed thoughtfully as he looked to the distance where the lighthouse was much easier to see in the distance even without the light. "... Probably after breakfast. And if you just want fish, I can make some from what I got while shopping." He said so with a straight face as he started to walk back into the ship, as if him having it at all was normal to begin with. "Won't take long to fry some... Unless you meant raw...?" He'd look to her from the doorway to make sure.

Shanny sleepily smiled at Market. "Any kind will do, I'm not picky." She answered before yawning again. Hell, she was already surprised that Sugary let her sleep on his boat, and the fact that he wanted to serve her was surprising her even more. Was she really that lucky to have found the kindest of unicorns?

Whether Sugary was that kind or not was uncertain, but he was resourceful. By the time he came back up, he had a couple plates of plain buttered fried salmon and sliced tomatoes on the side; One with a large serving for Shanny, and another clearly for himself as he was chewing on one outright like it was a very normal thing and then offered her. "Mm~... Here! Have some salmon!"

Shanny grinned as she saw the meal Sugary prepared for her. "Woah... you're too kind..." She said and accepted her plate, smelling the fish to get its flavor before slowly beginning to eat it. She slowly began wondering how will she repay him, but she can worry about that after she's done eating the delicious meal.

Sugary gingerly sat down over the railing and kept eating with a smile. "Glad you like it. Not exactly a master chef, but I can fry a fish just fine and not burn it... And I just find tomatoes pleasantly savory, so there you go." Humbly so, he ate more in peace. And he'd doing only that for the time being unless Shanny had more to say to him before breakfast time was done and they were on their way to the lighthouse.

Shanny would soon finish her breakfast and then sit down in front of the makeshift tent or a few moments, waiting for the food to settle in before standing back up and being ready to follow the unicorn to the lighthouse. A morning walk could do her good, and she was ground-bound by her own choice while she was with Sugary, otherwise she would've used her wings. "So, how often do you visit these parts?" She would ask during the walk.

Once they did set off, the duo would be taking a route that slowly led away from the dock and towards a rising hill. "I don't actually visit here very often. Usually, it's just because it's so much easier to resupply in a city than anywhere else. But, more often than not, you may spot me in less populated areas for work more suited to me... Unless I'm really in hard times, then I may end up just about anywhere." He chuckled to himself lightly, thinking of odd jobs he was forced to do at times while traveling just to make ends meet. "I will say this though: Never thought I'd meet a dragon so willing to be a maid... Still, why do you ask? Do I remind you of someone?"

Shanny slowly shook her head. "Just a random question that popped on my mind, is all." She answered. "And you kinda do have your own exotic look." She said and released a slight giggle. "So, what are you gonna do if there is no wizard in the lighthouse? Either not currently home or.. not existing at all?" She asked Sugary, seeing as he clearly knew at least something about this place.
