lightning blinked "how did i miss the dragon?" she said a tad confusing

unity, who was now using the money left to her to buy mead and meats, more than enough for them all but she had no plan to share, took no notice except to keep an i on lightning

Frost chuckled, looking at Lightning and Unity and a nimbat. "Oh well, maybe the big old me has a trick up his sleeve.." He said in a deep tone as his eyes and scales started glowing with blue color. At this point, everyone in the bar could feel the magical energy surging from the dragon, as he was becoming smaller and smaller, up until he was just a bit taller than the door. "There we go, this seems to have worked for now.."

"you know mister... sorry i didnt catch your name." lightning asked.

"Frost Scale." He said and slightly bowed. His voice wasn't as deep as it was before.

Rain Blade stumbles groggily out of a side room, rubbing sleep from his eyes with a hoof.
"Brrrr, why is it so cold in here?"

Frost realizes that there's still door open behind him, a good pile of snow inside the bar and even more coming in from the snowstorm. "Whoops, sorry." he said and closed the door. "Not really used to being this size and operating with doors..."

"as i was saying, mister frost, i could make an analog scale reserve with a basic compression field, that would hold your state and keep you this stabley, what do you say?" she said with a grin.

Blade begins to nod in understanding, then does a double take, "Wait, what? What do you mean 'being this size'? Did I miss something major?"

Frost first turns to Lightning. "My own magic is powerful enough to keep me at this size for now, thanks anyway." he then turns to Blade. "Well, pretty much, I guess. Apart from me resizing from my.. 'two times the size of a building' size..."

"Um, alright. Rain Blade, formerly of Princess Luna's Royal Guard, at your service," he bows slightly.

"Frost Scale, a giant that is currently resized frost dragon." Frost said back, his scales melting at the room's temperature.

"Pleasure to make your acquaintance," he turns to face Graham, "I don't believe we've met. I am Rain Blade, who might you be?"

Unity walked over now a bit tipsy after drinking a unequaled amount of alcohol."And I'm unity, A 13 foot tall wolf spirit in an incarnate form." She said in the most imperialistic voice so far.

Graham looked up, more or less awoken from his train of thought by the unfamiliar voice addressing him. He turned to Rain Blade and gave a friendly smile. "Graham. Pleased to meet you, Mr. Blade. I'm a pirate. Just thought I'd get that out of the way, so it doesn't cause any trouble for when I would inevitably reveal it." He sai matter of factly.

"Well, as I said I am formerly of the royal guard, I'm currently on a forced medical leave, so I don't have the authority to arrest you even if I wanted to. Besides, I hold a rather romanticized view of pirates, so unless you do anything to show otherwise we should get along well," he flashes the griffon a grin, the friendly gestured hindered by his fangs.

"Ah, splendid!" Graham said, oblivious to the fangs, only showing cheeriness at meeting a possible chap whom he could chat with. "Though, let me warn you; piracy isn't nearly as glamorous as you might think. It involves a lot of raiding, pillaging, fighting; oh, it's violent. And treacherous. Ah, but I like it. It makes me feel alive, as I discussed with a chap earlier. Ah, apologies. I went off a little rant."

"I've seen my share of violence and treachery is not stranger to me. I may tell you about it sometime if my companion allows me to get drunk enough. Do not worry about talking too much, I am content to listen."

"Still though, it is only common courtsey to allow someone else to talk. Otherwise, it's not much of a conversation, is it?" Retorted Graham. "So, is there anything you'd want to say? About yourself, or otherwise."

He shrugs and pops a pain pill, "I suffer from serious migraines caused by my mind being split in half and my former captain hates my guts. That's really all that's interesting about me."

"Your... Mind was split in half? Figuratively speaking, I would hope. Though, does that just mean you suffer from a mental illness, or something?" Graham asked, perplexed at Blades choice of words.

unity tired of being ignored and forgotten and lent on the dragon "hello" she said with no shame

"It is a rather long story. The short versions is that I was kidnapped and experimented on by Chrysalis, the result was my mind literally being ripped in half. I have two personalities, they don't differ much, but it is very volatile and painful. It's also the reason I am on forced leave."

lightning stepped forward. "im not sure it matters but i have mpd, 5 personalities and each very different hehe" she interjected

"I would imagine your transitions are rather painless, though, yes?"

"... Ah. I see" Graham said, attempting to wrap his head around that revelation. "... Well, if there's any bright side to that, at least you can claim to have an interesting life" He said with a meek grin, attempting to make light of Blades situation.

Graham gave a small sigh at lightnings interjection, it striking him as her wanting attention. He paid her no heed, opting to focus on Rain Blade.
