The Multi-Dimensional OC Bar

Welissa opened the door which led to dusty ruins of Ponyville. "Laters all."

After a few minutes, a snake slithered through the door, making its way towards the bar, climbing up on the stool.

As Schwarm accepted his drink and sat down at a nearby stool, his eagle spotted the snake. It unfurled its steel wings with a fearsome rustle and prepared to dive down on the snake.

"Easy there, Talon." Schwarm put a calming hoof on the eagle's wings. It reluctantly returned its wings to its side.

The snake curled up on top of the stool, flickering it's tongue towards Schwarm.

"Well, well, what's this..." His right forehoof curled around his mug of cider, Schwarm poked the body of the snake with his left hoof.

The snake dodged the poke and hissed at Schwarm, looking him in the eyes.

"Hm." Schwarm glanced again at the snake. "Feisty little thing, aren't you." He shrugged, returning his attention to his mug, but his eagle kept its sunken, shadowed eyes on the snake.

The snake climbed down from the stool, making its way towards one of the free tables, sliding around Schwarm's stool on its way there.

The eagle kept tracking the snake as it progressed across the floor, though Schwarm had long since fixed his eyes on his cider.

The snake managed to climb onto a char by the table and disappeared with a sudden cloud of smoke. When the smoke disappeared, there was a stallion sitting there, with a long cloak.

Schwarm smiled into his mug. He set it down on the table with a soft clack and turned to face the stallion. "Hello."

The stallion looked at Schwarm. "Hi." He said before turning to bartender. "Three big mugs of beer, please! And some champagne!"

Scharm nods. "So, what's your name?"

"Excuse me for a second. This merc is trying to slightly celebrate." He said to Schwarm when he got his order. He opened the champaigne with a loud pop.

Schwarm raised an eyebrow. "Celebration, hm? Yes, those, great morale-boosters."

"To another successful mission and assist with Royal Guard!" He shouted to noone in particular.

The cloaked unicorn stallion started gulping down champagne like there is no tomorrow.

Schwarm raised an eyebrow. "The Royal Guard? Mission?"

"May have ruined my mercenary reputation, but yes, a mission assigned to me by the Royal Guard." The unicorn says proudly, beginning to drink his three large mugs of beer.

"The Royal Guard, huh?" Schwarm nodded. "They're pretty reliable employers, if you ask me. Done business with them a lot. Usually trading."

"What even are you?" The unicorn wondered after finishing his first mug. "As in.. occupation, that is."

"A merchant trader... but I've fought a few battles, on occasion. Mostly anti-piracy." He chuckled dryly. "I let myself get roped into those far too easily."

"A merchant... I see." He says, beginning his second mug, gulping it down within seconds. "Ohgod I love this stuff.."

"I take it that you're a mercenary." Schwarm gestured to him, taking a sip of his cider. "What kind of work is your specialty?"

"No, really? As if I didn't mention it before." He says as he takes his third mug. "Anything, really. As far as it isn't making couples love each other."

"Uh... huh." Schwarm said slowly. "So, what was the mission like? Dangerous?"
