Making Peace [Private w/ Sword Symphony, Anthro]

She listened to his advice, then hummed softly, silver flames licking across her frame once more as a streak of deep blue appeared in her mane and tail, before her chrome-like eyes changed into a vivid electric blue. "This better?" She asks, smiling and then altering her fur to be an icy blue. "Hmm...A little too much blue? Should I go back to grey?" She asks curiously, before more flames went across her frame, changing every little detail. She now had dark, emerald green eyes, a black mane and tail with a very dark sage green streak through each, and storm cloud grey fur. "Ooh, I like this style." She muttered, but then looked to Sword. "What do you think? What colors should I use?"

Sword held his hands up as if being overwhelmed, smiling slightly. "Whoa there! I was just offering advice on how to improve your first disguise. I'm not a fashion pony." That last line caused him to laugh a little. "Though I could introduce you to a famous one if I lived where I used to. Though...." Sword studied her a little more deeply. "Hmmm. I'm partial to the icy blue coat.... maybe with a snow white mane.... but that's just me. You should go with something a little more...ummm. you , if you know what I'm saying. I do like the silver mane."

She listened, and blushed lightly at his comment on liking her mane. "You like..." She trailed off, and silver flames curled around her as she alters her mane to a new design of streaks of snow white and her normal metallic silver. then changed her eyes to an icy blue and her fur back to light grey. "This good?" She asks softly, genuinely wanting his opinion, as he was both a pony and a stallion she was oh so obviously crushing on. She looked over herself. "...Glacialis Argentum..." She mumbled, the words popping into her head. "Frozen Silver." She smiled, liking the Latin name she thought of.

"I'm beginning to think this change.... mare is quite fond of me...." he though to himself as she changed form one more time, this time landing on what he would describe as a rather attractive unicorn, him nodding in approval. "Excellent, I would say. A form all your own, with a name all your own. Perhaps try that in public.... definitely get a good reaction from stallions... err ponies in general."

Deciding to abandon that train of thought, he went back to his book, but continued his conversation with her. "So what do you have planned for today Aura? I'm pretty much stuck here until the end of the week, when they can magically heal my leg. Have to let it set first, lest they heal it improperly. Are you still going to work at that bar?"

She blinked rapidly. "Stallions..." She mumbled, wincing. "Ehh, hope they aren't as bad as I'm thinking they might be..." She said, thinking about them being drunk. And yeah, Brutus said I can start whenever, and then just three or four days a week unless I feel like earning more pay. He's really nice..." She mumbled, then looked at Sword. "But, well, I dunno if I'd pull off the job, and I'm kinda nervous, even though I know Brutus'd keep the stallions off his employees..." She said, looking a bit scared and nervous. She shook her head rapidly. "Anyway! Today I was just gonna try to relax and probably nap all day on your couch, hehe..." She trailed off, rubbing the back of her neck selfconsciously, then looked down and frowned, looking a bit annoyed, but then grinned.

"Well, as I can change my form to be uniquely me..." She looked at him, then turned away as her torso was coated in silver flames, the changeling making her boobs a bit bigger, around D-cups now in place of B-cups that had always been her average, and she had always wanted them to be a little bigger. "There, now I'm satisfied with this form." She grinned, turning to him with a huge smile, before she flopped onto the couch and blushed heavily, realizing two bad things about big boobs. "Holy shit, I feel like they about smacked me in the face, and damn, they're heavy...No wonder Mom was always complaining about her back..."

He shrugged. "Eh, depends on the stallion. All kinds of types frequent the bars in this city. And feel free to relax the day away, you did just get out of the hospital after all." Watching her change form yet again today, he shook his head with a smile as he watched her cup size double in front of his eyes. 'Well as long as you're happy.... although big boobs aren't all they're cracked up to be, and not every stallion likes 'em big anyways." And, in a moment of spontaneity, Sword winked at her with a grin before setting his book down and standing up. "...Yep... I think its breakfast time. You want anything? I'll probably order a few toasted cinnamon bagels with some honey butter. You can order on me, I got more than enough bits."

Aura blinked rapidly as she saw him wink. 'Did he just...flirt? Oh my gods, he did, didn't he...' She blushed heavily, and smiled brightly, before silvery flames came and lowered her cup size back to normal, nodding. "Yeah, my back probably couldn't take it..." She said as innocently as she could, then paused and stared at the ceiling. "I'll have the same, thanks." She mumbled, as if thinking very hard, but she really was just wondering about her new job. "Sw-..." She stopped herself, facepalming. 'No, Aura, stop it. Hopefulness has only hurt you before...before we met him...'

His ears twitched as she stopped half way through his name, Sword turning to look at her. "Yes, Aura?" he asked, wondering what she wanted, though it obvious that she was in thought about something, so he turned back around to the door. "Why don't you come along Aura? Flying is a strain with this cast throwing my balance off, so I'm gonna catch a carriage. We can grab a latte or something at the place we're going." Sword waves for her to come along as he opens the door, walking towards the curb, waving his hand out for a carriage.

She lurched to her feet and walked after him. "Okay, Sword." She said idly as she shook her head rapidly, dispelling her thoughts for now. She stood beside him and smiled brightly, before looking at him and scrunching her eyebrows for a moment, then grinning and tapping his shoulder. "Sword...could you come to the bar when I go there tomorrow, for moral support?" She asked, looking hopeful as she finally realized she was not being stared at. "And I think I'm blending well enough in these first ten seconds, I sense no negative emotions.

Sword laughed at her request as they walked down the street. "Don't really need a reason to visit a bar Aura, but yeah, I suppose I could relax where you work for that day. Shop's just right over there." He points to a coffee house on the corner of the street. "Love this neighborhood. So close to everything I ever need." Arriving at the entrance of the store, he held the door open for her. "Mares first, Aura. Pick whatever you want from here and meet me at the counter. They already will know what I want."

She smiled as she followed him, internally going crazy with happiness. She hugged him as some of that happiness leaked out. "Thank you, Sword!" She giggled, then realized that A) She was hugging him, and B) She had nuzzled his neck lightly. She jumped away from him with her entire face turning a sage green. Her hands were shoved into her pockets, the force of which pushed her shorts down a little and revealed her panties for just a moment before she pulled them back up, face getting even greener. She looked away as they entered the building, looking like she might die from embarrassment, before she followed him after choosing a simple latte. She sat beside him, hands in her lap and face still a deep sage green.

Sword cringed slightly, more from the shock of unanticipated physical intimacy than actual revulsion, him instinctively placing his arms around her and nuzzling back, before realizing what he was doing and gladly letting her go as she jumped back, his eyes widening for a moment as he caught a glimpse of her undergarments, him turning his head quickly and coughing. "I wonder what it... nope, not even gonna go there..."

Sword approached the counter and placed his usual order with the mare at the counter, stepping off to the side and taking a seat with Aura, tapping his fingers together methodically, willing certain images to a far corner of his eye as he tried to think of anything for them to talk about... him eventually sighing and just opting for silence while he waited for his order to be finished.

"So..." She started, not being able to stand the silence any longer. "Seems the disguise is fitting in well. No one has stared to much, except that stallion three seats behind me, who has his eyes glued to my ass." She said matter-of-factly, quiet enough not to be heard by anyone but Sword, but loud enough for him to hear easily. A grin slowly spread across her face as she sighed softly, eyes closing as she began to passively feed on the emotions around her, but not touching Sword's, she considered him a friend enough to ask before trying. She placed her hands on the table slowly and tapped his hand. "Mind giving him a glare?" She whispered, meaning that stallion staring at her. "His staring is making me a bit uncomfortable..."

"That it is." he agreed, looking towards the counter for his drink and not seeing it just yet." As for you ass..." Sword shrugged, peeking over her shoulder to get a glance at said stallion in question, who was quite fixated. "Not sure he'd really see my glare Aura. And besides," Getting up, Sword started towards the counter. "Sometimes you gotta do things yourself. Not like I'm your coltfriend. Who am I to stop a stallion from getting a good view." He grinned at her before heading back to the counter to pick up his drink.

She pointed a finger at him like 'You motherfucker.' with a glare that'd give a minotaur a heart-attack before she sighed and did the same as him, and grabbed her drink before plopping down with her back to the stallion. She took a deep breath and suddenly her face changed. Not literally, but her expression morphed into one of irritation, with a light in her eyes that could've been murderous. She looked back at the stallion. "Hey, eyes off." The words were simple and to the point, but when the stallion saw her expression he immediately looked away and did not seem likely to look at her again. She sighed as her expression softened, and she shook her head lightly, grinning.
