Notes: This character, who I shall refer to as Final Wave for convenience, is a fusion of a lich and a living pony. This has created a lich body that doesn't decay, being perfectly preserved and retaining all signs of life. They're simply unnecessary signs of life that continue to happen because of the pony mind. Final Wave has all the powers of each of the two halves, but cannot use them together with great efficiency. This is due to their hatred for each other, primarily. When one or the other is not taking a larger degree of control, Final Wave appears as a Grey maned, steel coated unicorn with a cutie mark that is divided into fourths. Two fourths (diagonally aligned) of it are Pure Light's and two fourths are Lixir Plasma's.  One eye is red, and the other blue. When one of the two personalities has taken greater control of the body, the appearance and voice shifts to that pony, while the other can magically project their voice from anywhere within 10 meters of the body, and use their magic at 20% power.

  Distinguishing Features: Pure Light gives off a taciturn air, and glows in the dark.
  Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Pure's talent lies in two closely related forms of magic, Crystal Magic and Harmonic Light Magic. Pure's crystal magic is not on the level of Sombra's during his defeat, but is still formidable.
Harmonic Light Magic is the type of magic utilized The Elements of Harmony, The Tree of Harmony, and The Crystal Heart. These are all powerful artifacts however, and as such have far more raw power than Pure can muster, even as a lich with a second magic pool to draw on. The comparison of power is akin to a stream vs. a river. With the amount Pure can channel, she is capable of creating highly focused beams of light, manipulating the reflective properties of various surfaces, and healing mortal insanity over an extended period of time. It is also effective against undead, as it severs the ties that bind their soul to their corpse.
  Weaknesses: While very strong, Pure Light is slower than most, and not just because of the heavy armor.
  Occupation: Before being fused with Lixir, Pure Light was a slayer of the undead and those who would create them. Now, she's just a wandering adventurer.
  Gear: A suit of enchanted scale mail, a dagger that disrupts undead energies, and a spelunking kit.
  History: Pure Light began her life as a Crusader at the age of 10, when she was saved from an undead plague by the Church of Harmony, a religious order dedicated to destroying necromancy and chaos magic wherever it could be found. The church trained her in magic, and once her special talent for the Church's magic was discovered, she rose quickly through the ranks. When she was one the verge of becoming leader of her local sect in Trottingham, Pure Light was framed by an unscrupulous member of the order that felt she didn't deserve the job. As a result of the fallout with the heads of the Order over the incident, Pure Light was assigned to slay a dangerous Lich, named Lixir Plasma, that had begun using Nercomancy to attempt a take over of Trottingham. Pure Light was exiled, only allowed to return should she bring back to shattered remains of Lixir.

She then pursued the "Dread Queen of Trottingham" for two years, taking and dealing crippling blow after cunning scheme, until the final confrontation came. They were both trapped in another of Lixir's fortresses, unable to escape the self-destruct mushroom she had installed. Only one of them could leave, and in the enclosed space Pure Light had Lixir on the ropes. Victory looked certain, until Lixir cast a stranuge incantation that fused the two of them together, body and soul. In this sudden and awkward event, they managed only enough coordination to escape through the portal.
  Personality: Despite being stern, Pure Light is incredibly patient with people. She also magically bound to slay all beings of the undeath, regardless of her opinions of them, or their morality. Ever since her fusion with Lixir, the nercomancer's influence has lessened some of her patience, but it is still strong. She is grappling with the new ideas of the necromancer that she can never be free of.

  Distinguishing Features:
  Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Lixir's magic is rooted with fungi. Her crowning achievement is a spell that will cause mushrooms to spawn from nearly any surface. Her favorite tactic is to spawn necrovops, a creation of hers that will explode, causing anything it kills to rise again as undead under Lixir's control.
  Weaknesses: While deceptively fast, Lixir isn't particularly strong, and is a poor close combat fighter.
  Occupation: Formerly a mycologist, then the self-styled "Dread Queen of Trottingham", now a wandering adventurer.
  Gear: A spear that eats souls.
  History: Lixir started out as a self-taught prodigy in Trottingham, taking to mushroom based magic quite quickly. She soon became a skilled mycologist, receiving much praise for her research at the age of 17, all of it done under the pen name of Luminescence. Eventually, Celestia took note of this rising star, and tracked her down to her real identity. Lixir accepted a formal education at the Celestia's School For Gifted Unicorns. However, she was edged out of the position of Celestia's Faithful Student by Sunset Shimmer. Feeling that she herself was far more deserving of the position, Lixir retired to her private studies, working on a project that she believed would change Celestia's mind. Becoming a Lich.

She had talked to Celestia on man occasion, not feeling the same formality with her that most of the Canterlot Students did. She had gleaned from her many conversations that it broke Celestia's heart each time a Faithful Student passed one. In her irrational and spurned mindset, Lixir reasoned that Celestia would give a student as skilled as Sunset in favor of a student who was only slightly less skilled, but wouldn't die of old age or other hazard. Using mushrooms as test subjects, Lixir managed the conversion to Lich in only 5 years. When she presented her new body before Celestia however, she took a beam to the head, and was destroyed.

As she regenerated at her phylactery, she became further enraged. Deciding that any respect, no matter how it was gained, was better than none, Lixir eventually reached the somewhat flawed conclusion that she should conquer Trottingham, her hometown. When she first attempted to do so however, she was stopped by  Pure Light, an exiled Crusader intent on slaying Lixir and her army of fungi zombies.

They battled for two years, taking and dealing crippling blow after cunning scheme. Lixir would erect cobbled together fortresses, then Pure Light would topple them and chase Lixir to the next one. During this time, Lixir recovered a scroll from her old house. She had discovered it has a child, and while she was capable of casting it, she could not decipher what it did. Eventually, the final confrontation came. They were both trapped in another of Lixir's fortresses, unable to escape the self-destruct mushroom she had installed. Only one of them could leave, and in the enclosed space Pure Light had Lixir on the ropes. Victory looked certain, until Lixir read the strange, undecipherable scroll. Instead of vaporizing Pure Light like Lixir had hoped, the scroll  fused the two of them together. With their bodies fused and their souls stuck inside it they managed only enough coordination to escape through the portal.
  Personality: Lixir is incredibly impatient and mercurial. On the flip side however, she is surprisingly generous for a Dread Queen, and is quick to repay any debts owed in full at a timely fashion.

History (Final Wave):After the events of the fusion, the two mages eventually realized they were stuck together. After years of clashing, they both knew the other well enough that neither would be able to accomplish any schemes as long as they were fused. After reaching this conclusion, they both noticed that they were outside the crumbling ruin of the fortress, surrounded by Timberwolves. in the frantic fight/fleeing, they both gradually gained an idea of how to, albeit in a limited fashion, cooperate. They eventually made it back to a town, where they realized that this new form would need a name, seeing as neither of them were comfortable attempting to return to their old lives with the other in their brain. Taking together two random words from market vendor signs, the settled on 'Final Wave'. With nothing better to do, they began adventuring in lost tomes, taking up jobs in the hopes of getting enough money to fund a research project to unfuse the two of them.

Race: Modified emperor scorpion

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add:

Distinguishing Features: Darryl is extremely large, not only for a scorpion; she totals roughly 10 meters from head to base of tail.  She is also fitted with a large, flat saddle, which usually carries supplies.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Darryl's main specialty is brute strength.  She is also rather fast for her size, and uses her claws and tail for combat.  She is sensitive to vibrations through the ground, allowing her to triangulate the position of anything on a hard floor.

Weaknesses: Darryl isn't exactly smart, being able to solve only basic problems and follow commands.  Her venom is particularly weak, causing at worst a bit of a lump.  She also has exceptionally poor vision.

Occupation: Lab subject, guard

Gear: None

History: Darryl is the result of one of Doctor Kings's more successful tests.  The first attempt was made from an emperor scorpion to have a longer lifespan, and greater size.  It was more or less successful, but the scorpion's nature made controlling it difficult.  1.0 was terminated, and Kings tried again.

Darryl 2.0 had her brain altered towards that of a dog's, making her easier to train and more loyal.  This one was kept for longer, but it soon became clear that there was no cap on how large she could get.  Another termination, and another attempt.

The final version, 2.1, had her growth limited to a more manageable size.  Once it became obvious that the growth cap had worked, Kings used the scorpion as a guard dog of sorts, training her to follow basic commands such as "sit", "stay", "guard", "carry", "scare", and "break".  Eventually, as Darryl's intelligence grew, she was able to follow more specific, complex commands.

Darryl had a crucial part in Kings' discovery of Crow Ethos.  When Crow was disguised as Kings, he had a fear reaction to Darryl, who attacked him.

Personality: Darryl is usually friendly towards people she knows, acting protective and following commands.  However, when meeting new people, she gets nervous and defensive of the ones she already knows.  She is scared of bright lights and loud noises.

Current Home: Laboratory warehouse

Misc: Glows in a blue-green pattern when under blacklight.  Enjoys sugary foods.

Race: Genie

Age: 4000 years

Mane: Light purple, has a spectral like quality to it so almost looks like it shines.

Coat: Same as his mane.

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: His eyes are nonexistent but when he looks at you it's like he stares into your soul. Also seems to favor the phrase: "Vengeance is worth any sacrifice."

Distinguishing Features: Aside from his spectral qualities, his visible scars on his upper abdomen stick out.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Granting power to those seeking revenge, in exchange for the wishing person's soul.

Weaknesses: If the wishing person does not manage to avenge whatever wrong they have met, Vengeful Spirit will have to finish the job, which drains his essence more than simply granting a wish does. Should he drain all of his essence, he will die.

Occupation: A wish-granting genie is an occupation, I suppose.

Gear: None except his home.

History: In life, Vengeful Spirit was an alicorn, one who lived outside Equestria's borders. Celestia and Luna knew of him, but didn't care much for him for he didn't care for them either, too busy was he ruling some now-forgotten realm. Eventually however, he arrived in Equestria, unbidden and, according to those who heard his speeches, seeking to purge corruption and chaos from Equus. Celestia and Luna thought it was a noble goal and pledged their support, something that Spirit seemed to appreciate greatly. However, when it came to their attention that the stallicorn was burning down villages he deemed too corrupt to save, Celestia and Luna were forced to retaliate. In the end, Vengeful Spirit was slain and his body was cremated, his ashes put inside an urn. However, upon the last of his ashes hitting the bottom of the urn, it vanished!

Despite searches, none seemed to be able to locate the urn, until some mysterious reports appeared of ponies appearing in the streets, completely fine except for being completely immobile despite everything being as it should be. It was as if their souls were snatched and only husks were left behind, not alive but not quite dead. And there always is a suspect, one who the now-lifeless pony would have a grudge against. Yet they're always later found dead.
Now this urn containing the ashes of a certain Vengeful Spirit appears in places throughout Equestria, unassuming in appearance, but with great promises held within. Should curiosity drive you to rub the inscription to clear it enough for reading, you will get revenge against all who wronged you.

Personality: Venge hates betrayers and those who break their promises to use their wished powers for vengeance. Should they keep their part of the bargain however, their soul will join the millions of others, lengthening Vengeful Spirit's lifespan. In addition, the souls of those he acquires become one with his own, his desires become their desires, their thirst for revenge will become his. And so he takes pleasure in the fulfilling of these so called contracts. Vengeance is sweeter than a lover's touch, he has been known to say.

Current Home: An urn containing his ashes. The urn appears randomly in places throughout Equestria and has an inscription written in ancient Equestrian, which only the most experienced and studied of historians can decipher. It reads: "The deathbed of one who took his campaign for peace and harmony too far. The road to evil is paved with good intentions, so always watch where you go."

Weakness: Cannot see in many forms of light easily, genetic fear of dragons and anything resembling one, tendency to hide in the most sheltered area, lack of knowledge of anything outside or in Equestria, unable to tell ponies apart, partially color blind, allergic to feathers.

Gear: Sacred rock with a unique seal in dried paint showing one's individuals status.

History: Born in the underground community of cavern, he was raised like the others children and found interest in their town's history. Learning of their exile a thousand years ago by dragons he began to wonder if the world was changed by the vicious beasts. He contributed to the small community by farming their food but was denied access to the outside by the chief. Despite this, he wanted to leave and began to dig a escape tunnel to see the outside world taking him 3 years as he dug in the wrong direction. Emerging victorious at a cliff he fell off and into a rapid river taking him several dozen miles from his home while at the same time his tunnel collapsed. He awoken in shallow lake and begun the search for home heading in the wrong direction. Sleeping by day and travelling by night he wanders the horrifying land of Equestria (well horrorifying to him as the sun rises every morning).

Personality: He is a very nervous and alert colt who is easily sacred and amazed by many things. Frightful of new ponies, he avoids speaking to others and tries to focus on his goal of finding home. He is curious and has a urge to learn but prefers keeping to what he knows. His lack of a proper teaching of speech makes him upset when people can't understand him.

A bushy, black mustache covers his upper lip area; leading down the side of his face to about his neck. knowledge of running a company, maintaining assets, ascertaining supply, providing for the demand, projecting growth, and making corporate decisions successfully. A great investor. As a pegasi, he's capable of flight and can manipulate weather through physical touch
Weaknesses: Premium needs everything to be perfect, if it isn’t perfect it isn’t good enough. The high life is the only life for him, his love of the finer things makes him a bit greedy. Being haughty and prideful makes him think he is higher than the average pony, he treats other stallions with disrespect while the mares receive his full attention
Occupation: CEO of Geared Steel Industries
Gear: Premium always carries a personal ledger of all his purchases and a quill with that ledger. His reading glasses are carried in a pocket just above his heart, connected to a long thin chain.
History: At a young age Premium was raised under a very poor roof. His father was common worker that worked his life at a coal mine where he would work long hours and be paid very little for his hard work. His mother worked as a laundry women who slaved over the clothing of others. Premium being the only child was their buddle of joy but he was far from joyous. The other colts and fillies teased him for being different, for his parents being dirt poor but most of all his clothing. His family couldn’t afford any normal clothing so his mother tried her very best sowing together rags to make a poor excuse for clothing.
Each day at school was a nightmare till one day he when ten years old. That day he decided that enough was enough; he went out and got himself a job. Earning some money, lawn trimmer in all, worked hard to fill his family’s pockets with extra money. Half of the money went to his own personal gains while the other half went to his parents. While the other children were playing around, goofing off by buying excessive objects, Premium was working his ass off; trimming lawns and taking care of plants.
Later on he moved over to the side of the construction worker when he was old enough. Hammering in nails, screwing in screws, and replacing parts of machines. One thing bothered him, the parts broke often and he would have to get new parts for the machines he used to build houses.
With the saved up money he paid for his collage in one payment for eight years. Premium studied for years in the Equstria Business Collage under the guidance of Filthy Rich’s book about the business mindset. Thinking back to his time as a construction worker; the nails and screws he worked with were not the best but he could do better. Years followed intensive research into what nails and screws were made of. He made a discovery about how the nails are made and how to improve the making of the nail.
Premium took out a business loan; started a small mine and manufactory right next to each other. He hired two other ponies to help him start off the business of making nails. Over time, years passing, his business grew. He had expanded into other branches of metal working. His cuitemark followed the trend of his business and appeared just before he opened his main factory. Soon enough he was rolling in dough thanks to his brand being one of the best brands around. Ads, news stories, the lot of it coming to bring his company more publicity. He enjoyed every dollar that came his way. Those dollars fueled his greed but kept his heart soft as he became a bachelor of wealth.  
Personality:Haughty, prideful, arrogant, gentle stallion, and greedy. Using his money to flaunter others and draw others to his side. He has a soft spot for mares since they provide the ultimate pleasure.
Current Home:A Cloud mansion near Cloudsdale.  
Misc: Geared Steel Industries produces all manner of metal components that are used in building or the repair of machines. Producing mostly in the field of nails, screws, nuts, bolts, gears, and springs. Being one of the largest producers allows the company to attract more business than their competitors. The business is located within Canterlot’s industrial district while the office building is located within Canterlot’s commercial district.

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: He loves long walks at night, the brighter the moon the happy and brighter he becomes with each moon phase. As the moon returns to the new moon, he starts to become cold and unforgiving.
Distinguishing Features: He often wears full plate armor around his chest and head. The armor is very similar to his mane; sharing the same style. A golden crescent moon sits at the top of the helmet, reaching behind his head. While he wears simple white leather pants to protect himself. Two down facing crescent moons are on either side of his mane; the mane comes to his neck in length.
Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): His power comes from the very moon itself. In turn that translates to the phases of the moon, the fuller the moon allows him access to a larger field then if the moon was in a new moon state. The moon is the basic power he can call upon at any time. He fires a ray of extreme cold, if the pony is unfortunate enough not to move out of the way or block it then they will feel the cold of the very moon. His next power comes from a crescent moon, allowing him to create a beam, in the shape of a Crescent moon, of energy that travels in a line as tall as him. The half moon allows for the incandescent beams of moon light to strike down from the heavens upon a place he points. No larger the a pony the beam takes a bit of time to manifest. If one was to be hit by the beam then the very light of the moon would cause the flesh of the unfortunate to burn away. When the moon is full, his control over the dust of the moon allows him to call down a shooting star from the heavens. The shooting star hits the ground with enough force to cause a small explosion about the size of a hand grenade. One power he can use at all times is that he calls upon the light of the moon to make his staff glow. Though if his magic would fail him he always has his staff to fight off others, trained in the art of staff fighting he can fight others when needs be.
Weaknesses: The phases of the moon is the biggest determiner of his powers. Only when the moon is full can he use certain abilities. When the moon is hidden or if the sun is up then his powers become diluted, working at half the normal power it would have been. Also his personality is affected by the changes of the moon, he might be rasher when the moon is at the new moon stage instead of wise when the moon is full.
Occupation: Moon Knight, envoy for the will of the moon.
Gear: His special plate armor and a staff with a crescent shape at the top with a sword nestled between the two points.
History:Plenilunium was raised like any normal foal; he laughed, played, helped, worked but he was to subject to the aging process of time. Years passed before he was old enough to join the guards, the Lunar guards were recruiting and what was a better place for a 18 year old to go with some moderate education. He passed training but when the first full moon appeared in the sky after he was a guard something strange happened. He was sent dreams... visions of a organization that acted differently then the guards. Every time he woke up the feeling of someone watching he crept across his mind. When he turned to look the feeling would simply vanish as if he had never been watched. This continued for two years before he was walking in the forest when a hidden stallion appeared and began to speak to Plenilunium. Plenilunium learned slowly that he had a special power that was infused by the moon, he would be chosen into a secretive order. Following the strange stallion thanks to the feeling in Plenilunium's heart that he was different from others his age. So he went with the strange stallion in hope that he could figure out what was happening. Under the training of the strange stallion Plenilunium learned the ways of a Moon Knight and was soon brought before the conclave to be judged. After rigorous trials he was admitted in but there was little time to celebrate for Luna's will had been given and it would be his first mission.
Personality:Normal he is very kind and willing to serve others. Doing the best for others but as the moon returns to the new moon his personality follows. Becoming withdrawn, cold, angry and hateful.
Current Home:No permanent home; carrying a tent with him as he follows the will of the moon and Luna.
Misc: Following a strict code that says what they can do and what they can't do makes certain that nothing will be put up for questioning or interpretation.

Mane: Gold, non-reflective. he keeps it a reasonable length, but short enough to keep it out of his face.

Coat: Egg nog, he has two layers, the outer layer which helps block out cold, and a downy layer for insulation, resulting in comfortable fluff. 

Cutie mark: A shining bell with the moon and the sun pictured on it

Extra details that aren't needed but are nice to add: His eyes are an emerald color. His fangs are small.

Distinguishing Features: His unsettling emerald eyes are quite noticeable, other than that, he stands half a foot taller than most ponies. 

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): His specialty lies in the 'Bell-Cleric' arts. There are three ways so far that he can channel his energy through practice and focus.

Healing: Tuning of 'positive energy' to close wounds and cure ailments. Though seemingly limitless in potential, it itself is limited by the user's stamina. It can cure anything from light scratches, massive internal bleeding, to the common cold, or to strokes. It's versatility is where it shines. Only requires three rings of the bell, but the stamina cost changes depending on the severity of the wound.

Barrier: A barrier made from magic turned solid. It can block both magic and physical attacks as well as deny entry through it, but only from one side. It can only be made in varying sizes of rectangle. The better the barrier, the higher the stamina cost.

Kinetic Ball: A ball of kinetic energy that gains energy by bouncing off objects. Unless it has been bouncing for a little bit, it won't do much. It releases a shock-wave on dispelling. Very low stamina cost.

Weaknesses: He heats up very easily due to his fluffy and warm coat, forcing him to find ways to cool off. Despite the fact that he doesn't need the bell, he feels as if he's unable to use his cleric arts without it. His flight is poor due to never really practicing.

Occupation: Apothecary

Gear: A Bell that Sacred Chime uses to 'attune' his magic, doesn't actually do anything but make a ringing noise. A mace tied to his tail (Carried in anthro form), a stylish/comfy scarf for keeping his neck warm, and a satchel filled with apothecary gear.

History: Sacred Chime was born in a small village in the north of where the Crystal Empire would appear, son to an apothecary and the town alchemist. He was apprenticed to his father and trained as an apothecary. He studied medicine and  alchemy to no avail. At age 12, a stranger came into the frozen town, starving and on the verge of collapse. Sacred's father brought the pony into the house, the stranger wore black robes that looked far outdated. The parents left to go gather the sparse herbs that grew out around the town, leaving Sacred Chime alone with the pony, who asked the young thestral if he knew of the 'bell arts'. He replied to the pony that he did not. The pony handed him a bell and said "There is always a time to try. Now ring it." As Sacred Chime rang the bell, something happened. His cutie mark appeared, followed by a healing circle around the mysterious pony, restoring him back to health. The pony told Sacred that he was a Bell-Cleric, an ancient type of healer. He would have to ply his trade in the world. With those words, the pony departed, leaving Sacred Chime dumbstruck. 7 years pass after the event. Sacred by this point has become more familiar with his mysterious powers and journeys across Equestria looking for ponies to help.

Personality: Overall friendly, though lacking in certain aspects of social understanding due to his isolation. Since he was raised in isolation from 'normal' pegasai culture, he will misinterpret signals like flared wings, since he flares his wings to cool off. He seems happy go lucky, but is very focused when it comes to his practice.

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: his eyes are light grey, does that count?
Distinguishing Features: he's a monochromatic pony in a colorful world, I think that'd stand out pretty well.
Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): he has a good memory and powerful magic, when determined.
Weaknesses: his magic is weak when he doesn't believe in himself. (Thompson) in order to cover up insecurities, who acts overly confident which can make him seem like an asshole sometimes.
Occupation: either canterlot or ponyville
Gear: when its cold he wears a brown jacket with wool lining, dark brown beanie, and a red scarf and when dressing fancy he wears a black tie. Otherwise, he doesn't wear anything.
History: depends on which version of him we're talking about, there's pony (better days) and not so pony (Thompson). I guess I'll just briefly explain both. Better Days: for a long time he hasn't slept well, ever since he could first remember he'd lay awake at night unable to fall asleep until a few minutes before he needs to wake up. He developed a horrid caffeine addiction that his life almost revolves around and now he's almost completely dependent on coffee to get him through the day. He goes to a musical performance in canterlot where he meets a young stallion named Picardy Third, who composes music for a living. They become close and Better Days moves in with Picardy Third. They have a father son relationship, the end. Thompson: (oh boy, I'm going to sound crazy explaining this one...) Thompson is a shapeshifting lizard person from a post-war future. There was a war between changeling and pony that led to the lizard people taking over, enslaving ponies, and, in general, messing up the world. Long story short, Thompson becomes a sorta abolitionist for the ponies and saves two pegasi (a mother and her child) who were going to die. The mother soon falls ill and dies so Thompson raises the child, named Ben, until the foal is taken away and Thompson gets arrested for holding onto an endangered species. Crazy antics ensure, Thompson gains the ability to shape shift and do magic, he goes into the past to prevent the pony's downfall, the end.
Personality: Better Days: is like that tired father who's just trying to do the best for his kids but can't seem do things right since he's always tired.....basically it. Thompson: is that fun loving father who's extremely irresponsible and has to be watched all the time. His over confidence can get on every pony's nerves and he can be a bit blunt sometimes, but he's a loveable idiot, least I think so.
