The blaze of the night

Manehatten, the town of lights, sounds and dreams. Well for the lucky ones. If you one of the unlucky ones, the sound you be hearing is  footprints of a group of hunters trying to kill you while you're running for your life.
" You guys suck at killing, Ahh." The Hooded figure taunted Before ducking into a side street.
Behind the hooded figured a trio of humans in light armor were following behind with weapons drawn.
"You had one job, fill the bottles with holy water." the crossbow merc began to agree.
"Oh shut up you wasting our bolts!" Said the tallest one of the trio.

Not too much could be seen in the figure. Besides that, she had long hair that went out of the hood. and that she was wearing a pair of jeans, running shoes and had a small backpack.  It could be seen that she was bleeding from her arm.

I watch the hooded figure get chased by the trio. I smile sadistically and run behind them, SMGs drawn.

The hooded figured turn down an ally with the trio close behind.
The ally was between two building with enough space in between for the trio. It ended at a brick wall in the back. and the only thing in the alley were two dumpsters and assortment of other junk. 
"Great, well she can't fly and I didn't hear any disappearing spells. You two finish her I'll stand watch." The tall one instructed the two other mercs. He then turn to the street and pulled out a pistol that he had holstered in his armor.
"Fine, but we split credit for this freak." The crossbow merc instructed the other.
"Come on ya freak we don't have all day for this crap." The third one said.

I fly to a roof of one of the buildings and drop down silently, pulling the guy on guard up, Batman style, making sure to cover his mouth so his screams can't be heard. Once he is on the roof, I then snap his neck.

"Wh- mmm mhmm mhm." The tall one of the trio would be struggling and struggling to scram as the unknow thing grabbed him. Until his struggles were cut short due to a upon closer a closer look at the gear. the girl would notice that both the gun and the bullets were made of silver.
"You heard that?" the third one ask the crossbow merc. Looking away from her and to the street to see that their friend was gone.
"Where the hell di-" the female's voice was cut off by a hand coming from the dumpster which pulled her in. 
"What the hell? oh man what happening." 
His answer came out of the dumpster.
A tan girl with medium length black hair with a violet highlight. Jumped out. She was holding a bloody kunai knife in her hand. "I'm not fully sure what happen to your tall friend but, after, he shot me I don't care. The only thing you should care is, what going to happen to you?" The girl threaten. made even scarier with her red eyes.

I smirk and drop down into the alley, landing behind the remaining goons and pointing my guns at the back of his head.

"Whoa, hello." The gale was kind of surprised by the new girl and by her gun.
the third guy freeze up upon feeling a present behind him. "f-f-friend of yours?" he asked completely scared.
"No, no she not." gale's eyes alter between the two. Keeping her knife drawn. She also took a step back.

"Move a muscle and your brain gets turned to mush." I say to him with a sadistic smile, pressing the barrels of my guns against the back of his head.

"I think I solved your friend disappearing mystery." Gale pointed out.
"Look I'm really sorry for what my friends did. I- I just got really lonely Okay." the guy said not even daring to move a muscle.
"and joining a group of the hunter was your best choice? go to a bar or join a club anything else."
"I'm sorry please just let me go, I'll skip town, change my name, give ya everything I have, I'll never mention anything about you or your friends please."
Gale pause for a second. "*Sigh* If you can get out of this and keep your promise I'll you can, but you don't, my friends will find you, Okay?" 
"Yes."
Gale's eye return to the mysterious girl pointing the gun. "look, I don't know you but, Can you do my a solid and just let him run?"

I take my guns away, frustrated that i don't get to kill him. I then glare at Gale.

The merc breath a sighed of relief. Then he would feel gale's hand on the side of his head. 
"Mind blink." With that gale's hand flashed a soft red. 
The merc didn't say anything before hightailing it out.
"Extra insurance. He would not remember either of us or his dead friends. Specking of us, thank for not killing him, and who are you?"

"The name is Wildfire Blaze." I say to Gale.

"Blaze, cool, Nightingale, but most called me gale, So I can't help but notice you seem pretty chill about the whole killing thing," Gale said as she pulled out a pouch and placed her knife inside.

"Well, I do have an insane side from working in The Rainbow Factory." i say, smirking.

"... Rainbows? I heard of weirder things... wait, No I haven't. Rainbow suppose to be happy and not drive humans insane." Gale asked trying to make scenes of what going.
"Yet humans thing I'm supposed to sparkle," gale said in her head.
( I did read rainbow factory and watch the videos.)

"You'll be surprised at what they do in there." I say. "Now, what do we do?"

Gale smirked, "Tease me with mystery? clever. Well, I have blood on me  so we probably should get out of her before the fuzz show. And since I own ya something for saving my neck, we could do something you want. to make up for it."

"I dunno. Maybe we should head to a hotel and crash there for a bit." I say.

"Don't care where, anywhere but, here meet ya on the roof." With that gale began to wall climb/ jump using whatever she could grab on to using them to kick off from.

I smirk and fly up to the roof. I stand on it with my arms folded across my chest, waiting for her to come up.

"Show off, I'm not going to ask where ya got the wings because I could guess. I have a room nearby so we could go there or your place." Gale said stretching.

I shrug. "I don't mind where we go." I say to her.

"okay, My my room not to far from here, But try to keep up." Before  Blaze could respond Gale began to free run jumping rooftop to rooftop. In an opposite direction of the crime secean.

I jump!into the air and fly after her.

Gale was approaching a rather tall building. She jump and latch onto a windowsill and open the window. The room itself seem rather nice. Couch, coffee table. seem rather normal only thing off is that there was a freaky chemistry set in the corner and one of the walls is completely cover in newspaper pages and pictures. 
"Make you self at home, I will change quickly," Gale said making her way to a different room.
