| If you have never heard of Stargate, don't worry. If you have, then you konw that instead of the humans using space ships two hundred years from now, they use a gate they managed to jury-rig with modern technology in order to get it to work. Stargate uses such a principle of movement like starships, exploring planets with small teams of Stargate personnel, and there are advantages to using gates for travel instead of starships. For example, if you were already linked to one gate, another one cannot dial you until the link to the first one is severed, and like a transporter, the gate deconstructs the matter that makes you up, beams it through subspace, and the gate at the other side reconstructs you, however this 'matter stream' only works when you're going through the outgoing wormhole, anything trying to go through the incoming wormhole will be vaporised as they hit it.
Notable tech; SG: Control crystals Hyperdrive Plasma Weapons (considered inferior to Phasers, though given the Asgard are far older than Starfleet, I highly doubt that Asgard plasma beams are inferior) Zero-Point Modules Project Arcturus (something the Ancients tried to extract Zero-point energy from our universe, nearly exploded when it was first activated, destroyed 5/6 of the system when reactivated) Railguns Naquedah Trinium (said to be 100x stronger and lighter than steel)
Star Trek: Warp Drive Isometric Control chips Phasers, disruptors, etc. Matter-Antimatter warp cores Photon Torpedoes Everything-proof shield
Notable (surviving) ships; SG: Atlantis Destiny USAF Daedalus USAF Oddyssey
Star Trek: USS Voyager USS Enterprise NCC-1701-E USS Defiant IKS Kang
Each player will have thier own ship, ship names cannot be from the show, this includes destroyed and/or as-yet nonexistant (but canon) ship names. Custom ships will require a class (I.E. BC-303, BC-304, Sovereign-class, Constitution-class, etc.) and a general overview of its capabilities, weapons, shields, survivability, and fighter capacity (if applicable). Ships need to be relatively small, the largest one can be is of similar size to the USS Enterprise-C, but that's it.
Ship sizes open: Cruiser: 1 USAF Icarus Destroyer: 2 USAF USAF Battlecruiser: 1 USAF Frigate: 3 USAF USAF USAF Corvette: 2 USAF USAF
Overflow (if I get more signups than I thought, they go into here, ships will act like reinforcements):
Rules: You can die You can lose your ship, make sure you don't do anything stupid! Star Trek and Stargate are completely unaware of each other (and yes, I know Jack O'neil is a bit of a Star Trek fan)
Most of the events in this will be from the perspective of the Stargate personnel, which is why there are so many USAF prefixes rather than USS
Also, this is during the time of the Dominion war for the Star Trek, and the events in the Stargate-verse are past the point where SG-1 send the Sangraal through the supergate to the Ori galaxy, making everything after they confirmed all the Ori dead speculation and/or fanfiction.

| I'm signing up Aerv Xereth, commanding the Sovereign-Class Assault Cruiser U.S.S. Sword Myth, equipped with two Quantum Torpedo launchers and the rest of the weapons is Anti-proton beam-arrays. The ship is equipped with a Borg deflector dish and engines while using AEGIS Covariant shield array. | |

| problem: the Sovereign is twice(?) the size of the Ambassador-class cruiser USS Enterprise-C, not to mention the fact that most of what'll be going on is from the perspective of the SG personnel. I'll make sure to edit the post to say this, otherwise looks good | |

In my defense, you did mention Sovereign Class. Well, if I can't use Sovereign, can I at least use like.. Kumari class escort/destroyer? EDIT: Kumari class escort/destroyer looks like this:

| I did a little research into the Kumari, it's the perfect size EDIT: And to clarify things, the class is what type of vessel it is, those were just examples that I thought of off the top of my head. Custom ships use custom class names if they're from the US Air Force, so far we've seen only three types of Tau'ri ships, one of which was phased out in favor of another | |

| Looking at stats from Star Trek Online, it's one of the best. | |

| Not bad, I've heard several good things about the borg 2-piece set. For this, my character's Plasma Stream and he has a C-305 (Icarus-class Tau'ri Cruiser)
USAF Icarus Weaponry 6 plasma beams 42 railgun emplacements w/ 10K rounds per magazine 12 quad-missile launch tubes 24 Mk VIII naquedah-enhanced nuclear warheads 50 Mk III nuclear missiles 2 Mk XI "gate buster" warheads 1 Horizon Weapons Platform 42 Railgun magazines
Equipment Asgard Shields Asgard Transporters Ring Transporters 2 Subspace capacitors for power Secondary Naquedah reactors Trinium-Neutronium hull plating Asgard hyperdrive Sublight engines (two Asgard Ion Drives, four Tau'ri engines)
Complement Staying true to the 'have everything' philosophy of the SGC, the C-305 has a complement of 16 F-302 interceptors and 4 F-301 bomber/gunships
Size 430 meters long 125 meters wide 50 meters tall
I like doing research, and I decided to do some research, the result is this ship; almost the same size as the Ambassador-class Federation cruiser. And given that the Daedalus, when powered by a ZPM goes into missile-spammy mode, I imagine the same is true for any ship with that kind of power, hence the large supply of missiles.

| I do hope you do not mind if I cancel my sign-up? I am going to be rather busy and I am in enough games as it is.
My deepest apologies. | |
