The Maven's Suite <Private>

He looked at the 'Doc', and then looked around the room with extreme scrutiny, before looking at the Doc and smiling as he went in. "Sure thing, let me ju-...!!" He then pointed the spear at the Doc and kept his guard up again. "I don't have time for a health appointment! Who are you!? Where is this!? And where did they take Maven!?"

"Ah yes. 'Maven.' Hmmm..." He pushes a button, scrolling down a monitor. "Maven is approximately two infinity gear shifts away. Which, on this ship, is relatively close." The monitor flashes on to another brightly lit room. A guard was dragging a slightly bloodied Imperator away as another was forcing Maven into upright restraints, her arms and legs splayed out.

"Delphina will be feeling... a little different when she joins us later, I'm afraid." The guard fits her with a gas mask, then injects her with a pink fluid. She starts trying to break through, but it's ineffective.

"I could, of course, drop you there... but then, we are supposed to be enemies. Don't worry, no helmets for you. The helmets only work on week-willed simpletons caught by surprise. Hmmm... You are an airstallion, are you not? What do you think of my Infinity Gear?"

In the back of Sugary's thoughts, he considered attacking the Doc once he figured who he was actually talking to. He grew less hesitant about doing so when Maven was being drugged right before his eyes, especially since he now was fully aware of her suspected identity. "It's impressive, but foul! Freedom in the skies should be shared, not used to rain down destruction! And I will not be held your prisoner!" As he spoke, his eyes and horn shone brightly. He truly wasn't one who could read minds or peer into the hearts of others by any traditional means, but he had developed telekinetic abilities nonetheless; And from his distant position, he'd attempt to gauge the might of his foe as he attempted to send a shockwave through sheer willpower towards the Doc's brain to disable him with headaches and muscle numbness. He suspected nowhere on the ship was safe, and fighting back swiftly was his choice... But was the Warrior Sage's telekinesis enough to handle a suspected natural Psychic...?

As the spell sped towards Dr. Zap, he took out a lightning gun and caught said spell with it. It dinged, and he smiled to himself, "Ahh, full charge. It's been getting a lot of use today. Well, Mr. Market, it's been fun, but I really must return to my work." He laughs maniacally and tries to shoot Market with the blaster.

Sugary's eyes go wide under the helmet with how fast Zap predicted his move, and sapped it. "I need to be less obvious...!" He then just barely erected a deflecting barrier over his shield and moved from side to side deftly with it while trying to step in closer. "Guh...! You got sharp reactions, I'll give you that much!" He'd then, during one of the shots, attempt not to deflect, but reflect as he imbued the shield with a red coating of magic meant to absorb and shoot energy right back from the same direction it just came.

Dr. Zap dodged the deflection, pushing a button on the wall. "I think it's time you returned to your quest, Mr. Market. Give Delphina my regards, yes?" The floor under Market drops open, swallowing him and the stool down. It would eventually deposit him in Maven's holding cell, the mare shaking and flushed as whatever they'd done takes hold.

"Daaarnnn youuuuu...!" He really should've known better by now, but the trap floor was much wider than he had anticipated as he had nowhere to run to and the trap had closed above him before he could try floating back up. Forced to go down once more, he tucked in to face the next challenge, and with a hard thud, armor sparking against the ground, he stood nearby of Maven again. He looked from side to side, up and down, weapon and shield and magic ready to fight on as he called out to his companion. "Maven! Speak to me, it's Sugary! What did they do to you?"

Maven looked like she was trying to hold her breath, the mask over her mouth slightly fogged. She didn't really look like she was going to answer him until the mask was pulled off. However, the air around her seemed filled with the scent of mildly aroused mare. The metal restraints prevented her from moving or taking off the mask, but her eyes seemed to read something around the lines of hurry.

Sugary then proceeded to actually move in and help Maven out of her bindings one by one, still asking for a response once the mask came off and let it fall away. He then snorted briefly, and shook his head. "This smell... Oh, not this. Not now..." He wasn't unfamiliar to dirty tricks being used by allies and foes alike in his line of work, but he also wasn't unfamiliar with the natural scent as is, and he was outright defying the call of nature while the air around him urged him to mate with Maven right there and then. He didn't exactly feel like rutting anyone with a crazed scientist watching, no matter how much it might've been the watcher's fetish.

When Maven dropped to her hooves, she looked pissed. "What happened was a mistake. And what's going to happen is a bit more complicated. This rust bucket is going down." Her eyes glew slightly, as if back-lit. An aura of energy began to steam around her as her lips moved. Her hair whipped back, and she looked at the door. Her lips began moving a few seconds before the sound hit, seemingly almost physical, containing hints of rage and desire, but mostly destruction. The wall started to neatly disassemble it's self, before it was then seemingly bucked through three floors of ship upwards. Things to not do: piss Maven off.

"Huh...? Oh, that... Oh!!" Sugary looked at Maven cautiously, concerned she may have been drugged worse than he thought or was being controlled. He doubted as much when he saw the walls around them being torn apart by Maven. He whistled in her favor. "Goodness... But there's our way up then! Want a ride?" He looked to her, blinked, then asked again. "... Want a ride up, yes?" He really needed to do something about that strong scent.

She gave a curt nod, tail swishing aggressively, which had certain unintended, thoughtless consequences."If your would be so... kind." At the word kind, some of the support structures made stress noises, as if something were pushing hard against it's walls.

Sugary bend down a little, conjuring a cape over his back to cover the armor. It wasn't gonna be an especially comfortable ride, but it should help along the way once she got upon him, and he began to gallop full speed with them both; The image of her tail swaying being a bit too lingering. He began to think he should've turned off the gas mask first before actually removing it and letting the fumes spread more.

Of course, the stallion would prove hardy on his own, moving deftly through the openings before him, and showing great physical prowess as he jumped up along with the both of them without the use of his magic; Certainly a lot of bucking power in those legs of his, but he had been tardy to tend to the mare he was with, so he'd have to do a lot to make it up to her till she was satisfied, helping along the way to break and stress away at the walls the deeper they went to their target...

Maven, for her part, eyed the hole in the hull like a predator closing in on a prey-scent. Upon reaching the top, they entered a very large room by the sound. That was about all they got though, becaus besides the light from the floor below, the room was completely dark.

Once they reached their destination, and much of the immediate smell was drowned out with the swift winds of movement for now, Sugary focused more so upon the current room as he let her down, and tried to light up his horn as well as raise an orb of light to move about and detect more than just the immediate sight. "... Maven, you holding up okay still? Hear or see anything odd?"

She slid off his back growling, about to reply when the lights suddenly flicked on. Dr. Zap stood facing away from them, looking out of a command-bay window. The airship was off-kilter a bit. He pushed another button, and a bay door beneath him shot open, hissing. Inside was about 14 different super heroe/ines with helmets mulling about, stepping out from the loading area.

Sugary moved forward step by step carefully towards the large group, advancing ahead of Maven to keep in their way should he need to protect her right away. "Maven... Do we split the task, or do you wanna try taking on the head while I take on these myself?" He poised himself high, challenging the others to approach. "Come fight me, if you dare!" He never quite looked away from Zap's general direction either.

"We are going to both get up there and bring some sweet, delicious justice to the foul prick." She brings her flute to her lips and starts playing the most boring elevator music ever heard. The effect is very noticeable, as several of the possessed superheroes begin falling asleep.

"Huh, so sleeping does work...? Guess her song is stronger than the mind control. Perfect!" Now that Maven had much of their problems covered, he began to wind up on the spear as he moved it back over his shoulder, aiming right for the seat Dr. Zap was sitting upon. He powered up the shot as well, energy rapidly spiraling around the weapon as it coursed down his arm into it... And then grunted as he tossed it full might, making a small sonic boom upon release when the energy roared ahead as the drill-like toss accelerated to break through the Doctor if he actually planned on stopping the piercing raw force head on.

The Doctor sidestepped at the spear overpenetrated the ship, causing the glass behind him exploding outwards and raining onto the ground outside. The ship made another creeking sound, and tilted more, altitude beginning to drop.

The half of the heroes not yet asleep began an approach on Market, stumbling around and moving slowly.

Soon after, another spear had been summoned from his belongings; He'd have to remember to pick up the first one later. "Maven, you take a shot at him this time!" He'd focus on the ones approaching, and once more made use of ice. This was not to attack directly, however, as he instead aimed it right at the floor in a wave and froze the floor into being slick and slippery for the sluggish movements of the others before him.

She started another tune that started a thunderstorm around the enemy, shooting too many lightning bolts to deflect. As a result, he couldn't man the controls, and the descent of the infinity gear began to steepen.

The foes on the frozen floor slipped and collapsed into each other, though rather softly as none of them had picked up any speed.

Sugary was pleased with the results... Most of them, anyway, when he realized they were losing altitude fast. He began to worry. "Maven!? Maven!! Be careful not to hit those controls, we still need to keep this thing from falling!" He hoped she was still reasonable enough to listen to him in her state as he easily 'skated' over his own magically made ice around the clumsy group, prodding a few with the butt of his spear if they had thoughts to get back up, and hurry over to where Dr. Zap was when he tried to levitate upwards and capture him, shield right in front...

Maven walked up a staircase that framed the elevator, eyes still perpetuating aura. "You made a mistake Doctor." Her tongue clicked on the Doc bit, artificially cheerful. "We'll just have to fix it." She begins paying a boss battle theme, the window displaying that they had moved out of the city. Market would experience a buff to his abilities while the song was playing, while Doctor Zap could not escape. A sheen of purple slid over the windows to prevent a jump.

Dr. Zap, for his bit, grinned. "Oh Maven, you're rather cute when you're drugged." He shoots a bolt at her that promptly gets deflected off a barrier down into the gallery, where one of the stumbling heroes who hadn't fallen into the pile yet collapses, sleeping.

Sugary shuddered lightly at the sensation of a magical buff, chuckling softly to himself. "Now there's something I haven't felt in a while. Being given a buff by another..." With the Doc busy dealing with Maven, he'd try and knock the pistol out of his grasp with a swift swipe of his spear once he rose up to his level. With the buff in place, he felt more force than usual behind the swing.
