Title: Trials of the Paladin
To those who have received this letter, you have been chosen for a great purpose and the opportunity few will ever have.
The Paladins of Equestria are often lauded in story and song, though few have the honor of knowing a Paladin, let alone becoming one. I have only called Paladins in times of need, and the time has come for another Chapter of Paladins to come together. Many qualifying individuals such as yourself have been called to train and test themselves in the Trials, but only a select few will become Paladins.
You will face trials that will test you to your limits. You will feel extreme hunger and thirst. You will suffer through more than any mortal could take, and you will bear it. Succeed, and you will be bestowed great power and the responsibility to use it for the sake of others, even to your dying breath. Fail, and you’ll be lucky to leave alive. Should you accept, know that you risk life and limb for this. Ponies have died in the Trials. As much as I wish I could guarantee nopony will die, I know the Trials must be as they are.
To accept, you will come to Canterlot for a private audience with myself and all others who have accepted. Come on the first of July of this year and show this letter to the guards. I look forward to meeting all of you.

For this game, there is no limit as to how many players can participate. You sign-up, you’re accepted, but only one OC per player. Note: there is no Lawful Good requirement here for a character to become a Paladin, but the OCs need to be on the side of good and can be from any walk of life. They also can be of any race, even changelings. Death is a possibility for everyone.
I shall only be accepting sign-ups before the game starts. Once the game begins, I will not accept anyone else, and I expect those who do sign-up to be willing to commit to see this game through to the end. If a lot of people sign up, I’ll make multiple threads. I shall only be the GM in this game.
I aim for this game to be fairly fast paced, but I understand not everyone can keep up with a fast paced rp. I want to run a Trial every week, and a trial doesn't end until everyone finishes it
All forum rules apply, as always. Now, who shall answer the call to become a Paladin of Equestria?!
