The Multi-Dimensional OC Bar

"Hm." Ician pauses. "How's life?"

The door swings open, and the upbeat melody of a violin tune streams into the Bar. Harmony, her guitar beside her and playing, steps in cheerfully.

"Hello, everyone!" She says cheerfully.

"Hello." Ician replies.

"Hello there," says Sky.

"Oh, you're a new face here." Harmony observes Sky curiously. "I'm Harmony. What's your name?"

Sky takes off her hat. "The name's Sky Cog. Pleased to meet you, Harmony."

"Pleased to meet you too." Harmony chuckles. "I'm the Bar's musician. For now."

"Ah, nice." SKy smiles. "I trust you'll make the mood in here lovely with your skills."

Harmony bows, her violin still playing. "Thank you for the vote of confidence."

Sky relaxes "You're welcome." she says, keeping the smile on her face and drinking water.

Harmony notices the water. "Are you trying to imitate Ician? He's the only one who comes to a bar to drink water."

Ician sighs heavily.

"I had two large beers already, don't wanna get too drunk." Sky says, giggling.

"Ah." Harmony nods. "That makes more sense."

"I have to transport cargo to Crystal Empire tonight, the Royal Guard is currently loading the cargo onto my airship, so I'm in here while I wait." Sky adds, placing her hat on her head again.

"I'm just here to practice with my violin." Harmony indicates her instrument, enveloped in a sheen of magic. "Until the next Grand Galloping Gala rolls around I'm pretty much free."

"You'll have a lot of time to practice then, I suppose. I don't think I'll make it to this year's Gala though." Sky says, looking at the door.

Harmony smiles at Sky. "You should try. I promise I'll make it the best night ever!" She winces. "Or, at least, better than the last gala..."

"I do not have a partner." Sky says, slightly frowning. "And I heard that you need to have a golden ticket of some sort to get there. Might aswell just observe it from my airship."

"Aw." Harmony pouts. "Most of it is indoors. There isn't much to see from the sky."

"Not to mention," Ician adds, "that a giant floating airship just above the ballroom might cause a little bit of panic."

"I wasn't planning on parking it directly above the ballroom." Sky says, sipping her water. "A few hundred meters from the castle or so."

Ician raises an eyebrow. "You'll need binoculars to see anything. Not that there's much to see anyway." He takes a sip of water. "The Gala has two selling points. One, the high level socialising. And two, the chance to curry favour with the Princess."

Harmony glares at him. "What about the music?"

Ician rolls his eyes. "That too, I suppose."

"Well, airship is my best chance of seeing the Gala at all." Sky begins. "That is, if I won't be busy transporting any cargo somewhere else."

"Well," says Harmony cheerfully, "I hope you get the chance to see the Gala anyways, even if it is from a few hundred metres away and in the air."

Sky sighs "There's always hope." She then looks around "Kinda empty in here, huh?"

Harmony nods. "Yes, it is pretty empty. Just the few of us around here..."

"It gets this way around this time." Storm says, finally deciding to input on the conversation slightly. "I never saw the appeal of the Grand Galloping Gala, too many ponies with too many opinions for my tastes."
