Ice Fangs, Hot Blood! (Private)

Sugary scrunched his muzzle, actually considering it for a moment until he started to rub his head. "Another vampire...? I'd better not get greedy, they'd want more out of me than I can give." He'd known for a time that sometimes he mated with the others out of lust, and others out of their powerful allure. Either way, he knew what he was getting himself into. "Um... Okay, that's fine then. I'll just keep waiting then. And really, I just wanted to make myself useful if needed while we wait." And so... he waited some more with a light smile.

Eventually the stallion returned with a suit, passing it to Sugary so he could try it on. Despite the suit-maker having taken no physical measurements, the suit would conture perfectly to Sugary's form.

The suit itself was of a dark, almost blood red colour, stitched with a fine white thread. It also came with a pair of white gloves, and a matching bowtie or tie. "So," the mare asked, smiling at him. "Do you like it?"

Sugary looked at the suit, rather liking the design of it before he got around to trying it out, also opting for the bowtie over the regular one. Once he got it all on and got a good look at himself in a mirror, he looked very pleased. "... It's perfect! And so cozy~" He lightly hugged himself, certain the suit was anything but made of cheap materials, and then turned around to see the others face to face with a smile. "Yes, this will do... I take it the bill's being covered for already? If so, I should probably get this wrapped up and get going. I do have quite the call to make..."

"Of course the bill is covered Milord. And yes, well, if you get changed agaim we will have it delivered to your house. Do you need an escort back, or do you wish to travel alone?" She asked as she prepared a bag.

Sugary chuckled softly as he shook his head, going to change himself back again. "I really appreciate the help, but I don't need an escort to go home when it's close by... Nonetheless, thanks. I'll be sure to try and pick up the clothes when they arrive." After changing back, he gave his quick farewell to the others for the time being and peacefully made his way home again. "Isabelle... You'll always find some way to look out for me, won't you? I will keep my oath..."

When he arrived home, the chocobo 'kweh'ed at him, jumping up ans down excitedly. The dog barked as well, before rubbing up against his leg. The two animals looked at him excitedly, as if they were aware of what he was planning.

Sugary would pet them both, surprised at the warm reception he got all of a sudden. "Did you two miss me that much...? What an odd pair... And yes, I'm glad to see you too. Can't stay to play now though, I got something to take care of..." After seeing to the pets well being quickly, he'd go inside, quickly looking for a room all to himself...

... He'd find such a room, making sure it was one that also let him see outside in the front as needed in case they got a visitor and it was the clothes delivery. More than anything though, he had the right spot to bring out a stone with runes from his Inventory, placed it on the ground, and charged it with magic as he focused. It was time to make that long distance call...

He'd be spending his time talking to the image of an older looking unicorn mare with a white coat, someone from afar, someone he knew very well and knew him in return, albeit somewhat distorted, but while the conversation went as well as could be expected, before he revealed anything exceptionally important aside from progress about his usual work, he'd be a bit disappointed to find that the one on the other side would not make it to the wedding even if he asked. "Oh, no, it's fine. I know you were planning on that trip for some time. Thing is, I had something I wanted to share with you, but it's not the same just telling you about it... Don't worry! You'll still get to see what comes of it some day, I promise! It's just bad timing..."

Isabelle, tired from her travels and organising a variety of things, yawned as she opened the door to the house, kicking off her heels before padding upstairs, sliding her coat off so she just wore a t-shirt and a skirt, stepping into the room Sugary was in and blinking. "O- oh... ummm..." she curtsied and smiled. "You must be Sugary's mother."

Both Sugary and the mare looked over to Isabelle, and while Sugary didn't really mind the extra company, the mare seemed to have trouble seeing Isabelle properly but smiled all the same. "I am. Yes. Hello to you. Please come closer to see you?" While it seemed she couldn't speak very well, she also had a distinct foreign accent, one that Sugary seemed to lack for the most part, and a friendly smile.

Sugary then moved over to Isabelle, whispering to her quickly while getting her closer. "Hey there. And, sorry, kinda sudden, but I need you to do me a biiig favor. I'm gonna have to ask you to please pretend we're not getting married any time soon. There's just too much she doesn't know yet, and she can't make it here on time... Also, mind her speech a bit, she hasn't practiced more than one language as well as I have."

He then introduced the both of them. "Isabelle, this is Coco Tart, my mother. Ma? This is Isabelle, my marefriend." And just at that very moment, despite his best efforts, the older mare very excitedly congratulated on Sugary having an actual relationship in a foreign language, followed by the both of them going on a short and fast discussion about it with some eye rolling and lots of quick vivid gestures.

Isabelle blinked at the accent, ang gave Sugary a subtle questioning look asking what had happened to his, before she willingly stepped closer to the mare.

As Sugary introduced her, Isabelle smiled at the mare and gave a deep curtsy, before straightening up. "It is an honour to meet you Mrs Tart," she said, before pausing and letting them converse in a language she had never heard before.

Eventually, the arguing stopped, but it didn't seem either of them were bothered by the end of it as they had instead come to terms, and once again Coco would speak to Isabelle with a broad smile. "Isabela, I am happy we meet. I am very happy my son meet you. I gonna take a big trip soon, but I wanna know more of you." Indeed the mare seemed eager to get to know her, leaving Sugary to wonder just what she'd say.

Isabelle blinked and cocked her head, staring at the mare before smiling. "What would you like to know Mrs Tart?" She asked, keeping her fangs hidden for the moment as she cuddled Sugary a little.

"Oh, you know, how you met and that stuff. What you do and things you like, you know?" The mare wasn't asking for too much, she just wanted to meet the mate of her eldest foal. Sugary remained curiously quiet still.

Isabelle blinked, befote coughing violently. "W- Well... ummm... I'm sort of... a vampire. And well... we met when I found him bleeding out in a forest..." she rubbed the back of her neck gently. "I mean, I was tempted to eat him at first, but something compelled me not to... and we sort of ended up dating."

Isabelle would be curious as to Coco's reaction, but she continued nonetheless. "As for what I do, well, I'm sort of a queen... of the vampires... I rule a nation..." she said, glancing at Sugary out of the corner of her eyes.

Sugary grew mildly concerned, and then concerned, and then very concerned as Isabelle kept telling more and more of the truth that he didn't say she shouldn't share yet. And it didn't help that as he tried to say something, the look his mother was giving the both of them was deadpan priceless as if being told a great big grand joke, but was worried she'd be rude of she said anything, so she just kept nodding as if she understood everything. She then laughed as if it had all been some prank on her still. "... Okay... Okay, I see... Thank you for looking after my son... You are a very nice... mare... Um..." She fidgeted in place, Sugary still keeping dead still and holding his breath, but then Coco smiled a bit. "... Well... I think it is time I go. We really must meet again, face to face, someday. Mercado, take care, okay? I have to go for my trip now." Sugary finally nodded, quickly, and then his mother waved at them as the signal began to fade, the image of the mare distorting until it was no more for the time being.

Just then, Sugary gasped for air, and looked at Isabelle nearly pale. "..... She barely tried to believe you... She's gonna get one heck of a surprise when she comes around for real... I just hope I'm ready to explain everything by then... Ugh..." He buried his muzzle on Isabelle's mane for quick comfort as he hugged her close.

Isabelle stared at the mare in shock as she tried to laugh it off. "I'm sorry, do you not believe me?" She asked, her fangs bursting from her gums. "You think I'm insane no doubt," she narrowed her eyes and sighed. "My apologies Mrs Tart. Yes, we will have to meet face to face," she acknowledged, before watching the picture fade.

Looking at Sugary, she cuddled him and sighed. "I would rather tell the truth than lie to my mother in law... sorry."

As it were, Isabelle and Sugary would've caught a glimpse of Coco looking mildly shocked at the sight of the fangs just before the signal went away. Sugary himself, would lightly nuzzle her cheek and rub her back. "Oh, no, I didn't mean that... I just wasn't expecting you to tell her outright so soon, and come on, we barely have any nobles in our family, let alone royals. But that's my fault... Besides, I did say barely. She's probably in denial right now... Maybe... Sorta..." He sighed and chuckled again as he looked to her eye to eye with a nervous smile. "She doesn't even know yet that I have three mates and not just one... I was gonna tell her, but you came in. Thought you might tell her... Well, that's another big surprise for her. I just hope she can take it..." Again, he laughed nervously at the odd moment and greeting.

Isabelle yawned and cuddled up against him, kissing his neck gently. "She seems like thw kind of mare who can take it... besides, after tomorrow she'll hardly be able to ignore it." She moaned, stroking his mane calmingly.

He hummed softly, leaning more against her while pulling her closer to him as well to lean on him. "Yeah... ... ... Heh... By the way, I met your assistant while I was out. Got a suit almost ready for the big day... Thanks for helping me out with that." He then pulled back a bit so he could kiss her on the lips gently in gratitude, pulling away a bit to speak. "... Is there anything else we should be doing before the day ends?"

"Oh? You mean Witch?" She asked, cocking her head before giggling excitedly. "No trouble at all Darling, I just hope you spent our money well." She kissed him back eagerlt before blinking and shrugging at his question. "Ummm... not that I can think of honestly..." she yawned again and shrugged.

He'd hold her chin gently with his hand as he looked to her eyes. "Hey, getting sleepy? What've you and the others been up to while I was gone anyway? I don't wanna miss out on preparations if there's something I can still pitch in today."

"A little... and your body is sooo warm," she purred, kissing him again. "Oh, I suppose I didn't do that much. I just checked in with Dad on some stuff... important stuff. And the other two should be back soon... so you don't have to worry, everything is taken care of."

As if hearing what she said, Venus and Odette trotted through the door, snuggling up against the pair of cudfling ponies tiredly.

Sugary was pleasantly surprised with the timing, but he just graciously chuckled and huggled all three mares to greet the other two as he kissed them. "Wonderful timing! Isabelle says everything's been taken cared of... But goodness, you all look tired? Are you feeling well? I wasn't gone for THAT long, was I?" He thought perhaps they just worked fast, but he did have a hint of worry in his voice to the mares.

The three mares giggled and continued to cuddle him as they guided him to the bed. "Mmm... we had a lot of work delivering invitations and organsing the guard," Odette explained as she lay next to him. "But we are fine~" she purred, the other two mares nodding in agreement.

Sugary walked with them, unaware of where they were all really going as he just thought they walked together for the sake of it. "You sure were fast about it, weren't youuuuuuu~~~!?" And that's when he fell on the bed with them all, a light mess of bodies huddled up on a single spot, and him laughing it off and nuzzling them some more. "Okay, okay, I can take a hint... I guess we could do with a nap..." Or so he thought, trying to get comfortable with the others on the large bed.
