To this day did no living soul know why the place were called as it was, The Gallery. But it had been called so since it had opened up, and so did the name stay since it had nothing to do with any art, even if the workers there did their best to convince their guests of the opposite.
The first thing that one would see when walking through the old heavy wooden door of the Gallery, that is beside the rich mahogany and intricate carvings of the door itself and the golden filigree to boot, were the soft red carpet that was laid out to welcome one to the establishment, it lovely soft for those that walked on naked hoofs or paws. When walking further into the gallery, past the coat room and the hallway with the rather raunchy and rather naked pictures, would one find a big room surrounded with walls of a deep rich colour and a luxurious ceiling with. It would become rather clear rather quickly that the owner of the Gallery hadn't spared a single bit in the construction of it, it being made so one felt welcome and comfortable in the main room of the gallery. While the lavish room was big and spacious, did it still give an impression of being cosy and private by the lavish couches and chairs there filled the floor, with balconies on the rafters filled to the brim with pillows for those of avian nature to lounge in, all of them either forming small circles for those that enjoyed small public art sessions, while most of them were pointed towards what most came for, the big centre stage.
It was a big stage, risen from the ground with a half meter so all in the room would be able to see what there was on being shown forth that day, what people had travelled far and wide to lay there eyes on. While the rest of the room was dimly lit so people could enjoy their privacy, was the stage always bathed in a bright light, spotlights always pointed towards it and ready to illuminate whatever and who ever there would step out and take the stage.
While many came to the Gallery to appreciate the art , neither the private not the public shows, were there other kinds of entertainment in the Gallery. For those that wasn´t there just to gaze as the main goal, but to meet equal minded people were there the bar. An old and lovely thing, it always being well stocked with all the liquids that ones heart could desire, drinks both with and without alcohol being served. While the bar were where people got stocked up on something to drink were it here that stocked themselves up on extra art supplies as well, be it silken ropes, phallic sculptures made of latex, or other such "supplies ", all lent out for the mere price of nothing from the hidden box behind the bar.
When the time came to relieve oneself from the growing pressure brought by the joys of the bar, or the joys of all the art for that matter, would one find that no comfort were missing from the toilets either. While many places have two separate sections so each gender had their own, were there only one big one in the gallery so all had the change to share the splendour, the sinks being out of marble and gold, the toilet stalls themselves made of exotic well scented woods, and with cleverly placed holes that were designed to fit in with the interior, one in each side in between the stalls as well as in the door, so one could see if the stall were occupied would the answer always be when the question of the holes were risen.
Come, come step inside my dear ponies and other races of our world alike, come and enjoy the finer arts. We do know that we hold a fine and refined establishment, but the sir and madame should not worry themselves with things such as dress codes, any and all kinds of clothing is allowed, even the more risque attires there normally wouldn't be welcome are more than welcome here, so long as you as our guest are comfortable is your clothing allowed.
As with all other matters of art are the lines between what there is and isn't the finer art a personal one, so do keep in mind it is possible that not all guests will share your taste. As with the attire are any and all possible matters of art allowed in our establishment, with the mere exception of minors as well as the forced performance of art onto unwilling guests, which I hope you understand that are rules that we have since it is the law, as well as normal conduct to forbid such things.
