Herba Ibrida [Private, W/ Wiserodin, Anthro]

It was a bright, sunny day, in the middle of the summer. A day where Sakura was outside nearly all day, snoozing on a park bench or wandering said park. At the moment, she was sitting on a bench in the park, wearing camouflage cargo pants, and a beige tank top, no shoes covered her feet. Her skin had the appearance of tree bark, and her mane seemed to be made up of cherry blossoms. It seemed so because it all was. She was of the treefolk, a race of ent-like ponies. This curvy mare in particular had the shape of an earth pony, but her mane and tail were a thin multitude of branches coated in cherry blossoms, and her skin and fur was replaced with bark. She was lazily leaning back, a large, heavy book in her lap, the tree mare flipping the page every little while. Her hot pink eyes whisked over the pages of the book, reading it quickly, searching for something in particular. The book was written in Latin, and was a book for Potion-making. She soon smiled and bookmarked the page, before shutting it and slipping it into a backpack, which rested beside her on the bench, and she yawned and stretched, loving the bright sunlight, before closing her eyes and leaning back a little more, relaxing.

Diamond enjoyed the summer semester. During it, all he had to do was plan courses for his next batch of students. The fall semester, he had Magical Theory 201 to teach, followed by Applications of Replication 1, 2 and 3. He was wearing a silk overcoat and trousers, and a massive, wizard-looking hat on his head. His horn glowed as he walked down the path, carrying a journal and a fountain pen. He was busy writing out classes, and not paying attention to where he was going, he then hit a bump and tripped, his hat flying off, he himself flying and crashing into a bench, and landing on the strangest looking pony, though she looked more tree than pony. He was a bit dazed and disoriented as he tried and failed to get his bearings. "Ugh.........."

Sakura yelped as a stallion fell onto her, and she held her hands up, out of the way, frowning. "Could you explain to me why you decided to fall on me?" She asked simply, grinning after she spoke. She lifted him up into a standing position, she herself standing up, slinging her backpack over her shoulder. She looked him over, then grabbed his hat off the ground, and held it out to him. "I'd love to get a name and a reason why you wear such a ridiculously large hat." She said, looking at him accusingly, like he was purposefully being odd.

Diamond was disoriented, he heard the pony talking to him. "I...I tri-" The pony then picked him up, as if he was a ragdoll, and set him in a standing position. His crystalline blue mane fell down around his shoulders. This was almost disorienting, except he was able to get a good look at the pony, who he was able to discern as a mare. A mare made of a tree. A very.....um......sexy mare made out of a tree. "I tripped, I wasn't really looking where I was going. Busy working on class curriculum for next semester." He picked up his pen and paper. "I'm Diamond Mind. Heir to the Myalo family name. I'm also a 'Master Scholar' which is a fancy name for wandering professor that schools can hire on. Pays well. About the hat? I don't like making eye contact with other ponies, though it might be why I tripped." Diamond chuckled as he dusted himself off. "I've told you my name, now how about yours?" He extended his right hand out to grab his hat, his eyes avoiding contact with hers.

Sakura giggled as she heard the explanation for the hat, but had merely listened to the rest of it. "Oh? And what could possibly make you want to avoid eye contact? You're cute enough to look at." She said simply, grinning at him cheekily. She shifted lightly, pushing her long, branch-and-blossom mane behind her shoulders and looked him over another time, before holding out her hand. "Sakura. I'm not a pony, so you know, never was. I'm a Treefolk Shaman. Treefolk is my race, Shaman means I'm the most powerfully magical of my village." She explained, then looked at his mane, just noticing it was crystalline. "Pretty." She said bluntly, smiling.

Diamond blushed. Despite having what some described as a 'supermodel figure', he never got used to the compliments. "It's a disorder. I was taught to use and channel magic from an extremely young age. It came with its set of side affects. I developed a few. Pain from eye contact was one of them." The moment she explained herself and her race, he smirked. "Then you and my father shall never meet. I really don't want to be arranged to marry every mare with great magic potential. He says that I'm old enough that I should have kids already, and he's always going on about 'magical potency' of the kids I would have." Diamond was caught off guard from her extending her hand. He shook a bit. "You......you want me to shake your hand?" He said as a genuine question.

She frowned softly, but lowered her hand. "What, don't want to touch a sexy mare's hand~?" She teased, then rolled her eyes. "I don't meet the parents of cute stallions or mares, they usually run off when we try getting serious." She giggled, and rolled her shoulders, before looking at his nose instead of his eyes. She grinned lightly, then realized she still had his hat, and handed it to him. "Forgot I hadn't given that back, sorry. So...err...How are you? Apologies if I seem unable to talk with you, but usually I know who I'm talking to or have an idea of what I can say to get a laugh out of them..." She shrugs, as if to say 'What can you do?' before she grinned at him and shifted, slipping her arms through her backpack.

Diamond gently took his hat and placed it on his head. A soothing sensation came over him as he put it back on. "I'd shake your hand, but I really shouldn't." Diamond massaged his temples and managed to stave off his headache. "Anyhow I'm doing fine. Crashing into you not withstanding. Um....." he scratched at the base of his neck. "I could take you out to lunch for an apology, does that sound good to you? I.....I'll shake your hand. It'll be fine."

Sakura smiled. "Oh? Why not, lunch sounds very nice." She said, holding her hand out again, slowly. "And it'll give me an excuse to talk with you, cutie." She teased, then playfully said. "Just don't think you can seduce me into forgiving you too easily, 'kay~" She teased again, giggling and rolling her shoulder slowly. 'Shy...cute...asking me out...he's so freaking adorable!' She thought with an external grin, then looked at him. "Do you have a place in mind, Diamond?" She asked, genuinely curious as to where he'd plan on taking her.

"Well...there is one place, Cavallo di Mela. Recently opened up. The place serves good noodles...Um.....It's a tad exp-Oh what am I saying? I'm paying anyhow, it's not like I actually use much of my pay anyhow. I'm paying for lunch at Cavallo di Mela. It'll be fine." Diamond laughed nervously. Then he shook her hand. That was a big mistake. The moment his hand touched hers, he let out a gasp. Not the child friendly kind either, one of those gasps. His hand held Sakura's tightly as he fell to his knees. Just the sensation of contact was going to drive him crazy. "Agh....Help"

Sakura blushed and yanked her hand away quickly, frowning. "Please do not make that sound again. Please. I actually like these pants and would rather not tear them." She said, then blushed a little harder as she said that. She sighed. "Well, now that I've let that out, I'll have to tell you..." She paused, taking hold of his sleeve and arm before helping him up. "I've got myself a monster between my legs..." She said nervously, chuckling halfheartedly. "So, yeah, and it's easy to get out so...Please never make that type of sound again." She shook her head. "Anyway, yes, that place sounds very nice." She smiled lightly.

Diamond bit his tongue to bring himself back to focus. He was helped back to his feet by Sakura, he then put on a pair of gloves as Sakura told him the news. "Ahem. Well then, I hope we get far enough along to see that." Diamond turned away slightly. "It's over this way, coming with?"

Sakura grins at him. "If we did get that far, you'd be limping afterward~" She giggled, bumping her elbow against his playfully. "Let's go~!" She giggled, following his lead with a huge grin, but she stopped herself from staring too much at him, her gaze stuck on his back, mind wandering to raunchier ideas, but she snapped out of it with a shake of her head. "So, what kind of food does this place serve?"

"It's a pasta place despite being called 'the Horse Apple'. It's got pasta, more pasta, pasta sauces, spices for pasta..." Diamond began to drool at the thought. He caught himself and wiped away the drool in a very discreet manner. In a few minutes of walking, they arrived. When they got in, Diamond picked a table they both sat down at, and they were given menus and asked what drinks they wanted. "I'd like an iced tea. Mint if you please. What'll you have to drink, Sakura?" He said as he picked up his menu. The waiter did what he did best. Waited on an order.

"That's a lot of pasta, Diamond." She giggled as she followed him, having noticed that drool, and having more bad thoughts from it. "So...Like pasta, eh?" She asks with a giggle, following him with a huge grin and sitting down quietly at the table with Diamond. "Water, thank you." She smiled brightly at the Waiter, then looked to Mind. "So, how'd you find this place? The smell of pasta too powerful for ye?" She asks with a huge grin, then leans back a little and yawns, stretching a bit to covertly show off her chest, before leaning forward and watching him quietly.

Diamond smiled as the waiter walked off. "It's just that I really like noodles and pasta, there are so few places in Canterlot that serve pasta at all." He himself was very aware of the discreet flirtation that Sakura was doing, and smiled a bit. "Simple enough, look for 'Now Hiring' fliers. You'll see them everywhere when a new place opens." The waiter returned with menus, Diamond's iced tea, and Sakura's water. He picked up his menu and began going through it.

She giggles softly. "Yeah, I guess. Have not had much pasta in my time in your Pony cities and towns, but what I've tried, I've loved. Anyway..." She trailed off as the waiter returned. "Thank you." She said, sipping the water. "And I'll just have whatever this cutie's having~" She said in a teasing manner, handing the menu back to the waiter and awaiting what Diamond would choose for them, humming softly and grinning.

Diamond looked over to the waiter. "We'll have the Rigatoni con grigliate peperoni e cipolle." The menu was not the greatest translation, but it would do. The waiter took a quick note and walked off. He glanced at the other customers, trying to pick out the suspicious ones, the ones who didn't quite move right. Seeing none of them, he took his hat off, setting it to the side. "Anyhow, I was working on classes. Summer semester's great because I have plenty of time to plan. What are you doing out and about? And do you have plans later?"

She frowned at the food's name, not understanding a thing beyond that it would be pasta, before shrugging at Diamond. "Not really. I never have anything to do unless I'm messing around at the park. Why? Gonna try to get me into a bed?" She teased, flirting a bit. "If so, it better be a strong bed, and your pelvis better be strong, cutie." She said playfully, then stretched a little and yawned, leaning back in her chair and brushing a bit of her mane out of her eyes, a petal or two falling down.

Diamond smiled and chuckled a bit. "Well I was going take you back to my place, talk about culture things and magic theory, then maybe sit on your lap, do some intimate things like kiss you, lovingly stroke your mane, gaze into those beautiful eyes of yours, but before we go any further..." Diamond glanced around. He then removed a piece of the disguise from his face, revealing his eye to be blue with a yellow center. "I'm a Halfling. I really hope you don't mind that. Though one of the perks is being dual-gender."

"Oh? A flatterer, are you?" She said softly, resting her chin on her hand and her elbow on the table. "A Halfling? You mean...Half...changeling? Well, chalk that up on my list of races I've bedded. I don't mind. Especially if you're dual-gender, like me. I think that's delicious." She said simply, smiling and yawning softly, grinning at him and winking. "And with the culture stuff, I'd be able to talk rather easily, but with magic theory, I'm afraid I only know nature magic." She said idly, waving a hand dismissively.

Diamond smiled and put his disguise back together. "Adventurous, are we? Well doesn't matter much. Now I kind of wish my mate was in town... the three of us could have had fun." He looked over to see the waiter carrying two plates. He set one down in front of Diamond and one in front of Sakura. There was rigatoni pasta with grilled peppers and onions on both of the plates. The waiter walked off and Diamond picked up a fork "Hope you like onions and peppers. Sorry if you don't. Enjoy~" he speared some onion slices and a noodle, then took a bite. It didn't taste like ash, thankfully. Pasta was one of the few foods that didn't do that to him.

Sakura grinned cheekily and tapped a finger against the table gently. "Mate, eh? Open relationships are always fun, huh?" She said playfully, giggling and thanking the waiter as their food arrived, before the treemare shrugged lightly. "I'm fine with any food, really, even meat. Mostly for the protein~" She said in a seductive manner, but her expression was serious. She then grabbed her fork and started eating slowly, smiling thoughtfully. "Not bad." She mumbled, before continuing to eat very slowly and carefully, humming.

Diamond chuckled. "It'd have to be that way. We can't just feed off each other, one of us would be going hungry. Now of course, we don't see others as a meal." He gestured to his food with his fork. "This is a meal." He took a bit with his fork and ate it. "Nourishment for the body. When a changeling feeds, they are feeding off of something that's there, but it's a bit more than food. Interaction with ponies and generating positive emotion is.....a type of sustenance I guess. But one shouldn't steal it." He took a few more bites. "It's like when you help somepony, and you get that warm fuzzy feeling inside, but it also helps you survive." By the time he had finished his quiet, mini-lecture, he had finished his lunch. "That was....fast....."

Sakura pointed to her empty plate. "I eat quickly." She said with a smile as she set her fork down, then looked at Diamond. "That all makes sense, but my real question is if you think you could handle someone as hung as a minotaur." She said in a casual tone, smiling warmly and leaning back in her chair, teasingly saying. "And if you eat that fast...~" She trailed off with a lustful glint in her eyes, before the lust vanished, and she leaned forward and patted his forearm. "I've fed changelings before. Never a halfling, but changelings. They were always able to make themselves able to fit me." She laughed lightly, then yawned slightly.
