The Badlands is one part of Equestria that certainly lives up to it's name; even today in an age of prosperity, peace and unity the Badlands is a wild, uncontrolled beast, a great expanse with more outlaws, bandits and who knew what else than you could shake a stick at, or shoot a bullet at as was often the case out there.

The age of the Bounty Hunter is long gone in most of Equestria as the world becomes more civilised but the Badlands is the last bastion for these thrill seeking lawmen, whether they seek money, challenge or simply the thrill of the fight there is no shortage of any in the Badlands and no shortage of people prepared to pay bounty hunters to deal with their problems when harmony breaks down and a more direct approach is required than the Princesses would approve of.

The only rule most of the Badlands cares about is survival of the fittest. Bounty hunters who want to make a living out in this wild frontier should be warned, the Badlands has no mercy for the weak.

But, if you fancy your chances, all one would need to do would be to head to Gladstone

Rules:

1) All players will start with 1000 bits to spend on whatever they feel necessary. Naturally, the aim of the thread is to make money by capturing bounties, but other forms of money making may present themselves during your journeys.

2) All weapons should be appropriate for the wild west, or further back. Additionally, please no heavily modified/state of the art guns at the start, nor extreme magically powerful weapons; obviously this would seriously kill the idea of progression.

3) Gladstone will be the "hub" for this thread; new bounties will be consistently available there but other towns may have bounties of their own. Be sure to explore~

4) Nothing is stopping you from cooperating on a bounty and splitting the reward. Additionally, nothing is stopping you from pursuing the same bounty as individuals...

5) Probably goes without saying but yes, you can potentially die in this thread. Pick your battles.

6) Have fun

Keeping the blades but adding a scoped hunting rifle.

Definitely using Valkyrie. Just obviously without all the modified guns and combat drugs because they're way too modern. So the handguns would be replaced by a pair of Volcanic Pistols while Mr. 12 Gauge is just a regular old sawed off double barrelled shotgun. Typically seen with a brown goat leather duster but that's the only particularly distinctive thing she wears (not like you'd see whatever she's wearing underneath it anyway).

I would be replacing her air cannon for a Marlin model 336 lever action rifle. And I'm going to replace her baseball bat with 2 Tomahawks.
She will be keeping her .44 Colt anaconda and her daisy pendant.
The metal gauntlet might be too mid evil rather than western. It up to OP if it stays or goes.
Outfit: A damaged tan hooded trench coat, boots, and jeans.

This would be the perfect place for Ash Longbow. He'll keep his signature bow as it still will have some use, but he'll also have an eight-shot lever-action rifle and a .45 six-shot revolver. He'll, of course, also keep his knife.

- Along with his current gear, I was thinking of giving him a revolver that acts similarly to his sword (Overpowered against other ferrets, a bit less damaging than other normal revolvers against anyone pony-size to give him a chance at ranged combat if needed)
- Lil' cowboy hat

Tabi
- Instead of her armor she will use leather clothing, cowboy hat and a cloak
- 2x Colt 1861 Navy revolver
- Sharps Rifle for longer range
- Obviously still a backup blade

My plan is to give Astraylzenika a shot at a thread for once but I have every intention of giving her a good quality loadout:
Henry Rifle
Reminigton .41 Double-Derringer
Remington Model 1858 (.36 rimfire conversion)
Brass knuckles.

I'll be using Helena for this if there's still space. 

She'll be wearing a tank top, torn slacks and boots, with bandages wrapped around her left forearm.

Her equipment will be a medical kit, her trusty hunting knife, a few small vials of poison and a Colt Single-Action Army revolver.

Wild Card is who I shall be signing up for this.
As for equipment, he's not going to have his cane nor magical cards:
Two Colt 1851 Navy Revolvers, both custom fit to allow for dual wielding comfortably and as efficiently as possible.
A typical Coach Gun, 10 gauge, reliable and fun.
Finally, a sword, for no true gentleman can go into battle (albeit bounty hunting) without one. Not likely to see much use but still.

As for Wild's clothing, he's going to be wearing pretty much everything he normally does, except his hat will have changed itself to be a bowler hat instead, for a top hat is likely to stick up and out from behind any kind of cover he can find.

So, I'll use Nova Storm, my faithful lightning dragon. Obviously, he'll be limited in his powers as not to be completely overpowered, and shall carry a Lee-Enfield .303 Rifle. Now, since I can't link his sheet due to being on mobile, Nova is a dragon with ice-blue scales, stands roughly 5' 4", and unusually for a dragon, lacks wings. His lightning powers are limited such that he can now only generate a weak electrical field around his body for however long OP decides, and his flight is limited to 15 minutes at a time.

As for attire, he'll be wearing the classic wild west style dress, in a darker shade of blue than his scales, and a pair of high heeled boots.
