Verde would visibly start at the elegant sound of the princess' voice in her mind. She woudl be surprised, but surprise swiftly turned to confusion. That would explain the dispirited expression and deadness in her eyes but... wait, that doesn't pencil out... you must have a mind to have fear and she is afraid. Desperate. Heartbroken. How do you have a heart to break if you have no mind to know that it's broken? Her eyes narrowed but she was prevented from voicing this to the others by the appearance of the strange and distorted creatures. She momentarily hesitated, torn between keeping the wall of her shield between the Rainbow Dash that wasn't, and the creatures that moved mindlessly and bonelessly about before them. The adverse numbers settled the question for her and her sword came out of its scabbard, even as multiple needles slipped out of their holsters in her belt and began to slowly rotate asn threads of magic flowed onto them, preparing them to be used to deadly effect. She allowed Sugary and then Lightning to cast attacks but notably, she waited to see what would come of it. More than that, however, her eyes flit briefly in the direction of Wild Card, curious as to what the twelve minds would do with this situation--and, thinking of Trap, almost dreading to find out.

Wild Card's ears twitched at the sound of the Moon Princess's voice, and he tilted his head at the image of Rainbow Dash as he listened to Luna. 'Okay... So memories, dreams and such are made real here...' 'Great...' He thought with sarcastic enthusiasm. 'I can only imagine what fun we'll have.' 'Fun?' Wild sighed to himself and shook his head slightly. 'He's being sarcastic, Joyful.' 'Oh, right. Sorry. got a bit ahead of myself there.' He then raised his head and looked through the Memories door again, noticing the meteor shower and smiling to himself, before remembering it was simply a trick... or was it?

Wild groaned in frustration at the possibility for things to be real and not, as he did not fully comprehend what Luna's information was. But he did know to turn around when he heard the words 'Watch out!' being said by the Princess. What he was faced with confused him even more, first the shadow creatures moving erratically, now these silver beings completely disregarding the laws of having a skeletal structure. 'Do they even have a skeleton?' was a passing thought he had, before looking at Verde and noticing her eyes on him for a brief moment.

'She's totally checking us out.' 'I dislike you so much for having those thoughts right now, and besides, she's probably not trusting us because you had to hesitate with the whole, you can trust us thing.' The runic cards up his sleeves slowly floated out of them, and circled Wild as he continued thinking to himself. 'Trap probably didn't help either.' 'Excuse me? I think I was quite polite when addressing the mare.' Wild gritted his teeth and closed his eyes in annoyance. 'Guys, I don't want to be a hassle or anything, but now is not the time nor the place for this!' After shouting at himself mentally, he slowly looked up and kept the cards floating around him, watching the others either prepare themselves for battle or get the first strike on the odd sliver beings. Wild's tactic to begin with, he stood up straight, brushed off his shoulders, and stood calmly while his cards idly floated to and above the group, ready to drop and shield anyone should the beings attack, or even strike down on any stragglers remaining.

Rain Splash listened to the voice of the Night Princess, resting a hand on his hip as his Flask's Water flowed into a somewhat fat looking blob next to him. Nodding absently to the water he sighed, her voice was... Calming. Until of course she had warned him, and everypony else it seems, to watch out, ripping himself from his calmed state he looked at the abomination, "Ugh!" He exclaims in surprise and disgust as his water turns into several floating balls of water around him. As he re-opens his eyes the balls become ridged and spiky, icy shards that's spinned slowly as one enveloped his blade, putting what looked like permafrost on his blade, he pointed it at the monster slowly shaking his head, "Bad idea."

The creatures flung themselves out of the way of any attacks in ways that defied physics and, frankly, basic biological structure; they clearly had some form of skeletal and muscular structure to be able to move as they did and yet the movements they pulled off defied that basic biological knowledge, contorting and twisting themselves into angles that would've shredded muscle tissue and snapped bones on a creature with any reason to it's existence.

They leaned back after the attacks subsided and, without enough time to blink, they were upon the group; they did not use those blade like arms of theirs to attack but instead threw themselves onto the ponies with limbs outstretched. The instant their limbs made contact they stuck like parasites, unable to be moved and constricting their victims.

They stretched beyond their natural size, wrapping themselves around the bodies of their victims like leeches; things that could've repelled them like a unicorn's horn or Oathbound's axes were the first thing's constricted before they began to envelop their victims entirely. Soon mouths and noses were covered, eyes were blacked out and movement entirely was restrained as it became all too clear that they would die here...

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Verde Tin and Sugary Market came to on a hard stone floor, not at all helping the soreness in their bodies from the horrific creatures which had half crushed them to death. Bizarrely their seemed to be almost no sign of these creatures; the only sign they had was one on the floor before them, trying desperately to drag itself almost like a slug along the floor before a dark purple axe head slammed down between what could loosely be called it's neck.

It's head rolled off before the entire creature disappeared with a flash of blue light and a crackling sound like a firecracker.

"Let me guess; these things whisked you off here from the entrance hall too?" The deep, baritone voice spoke from above as the pony wielding the axes leaned down to help the two back to their feet.

He was instantly familiar; hard not to be when he looked like the brother of a pony they had been accompanying only seconds ago. Their savior was of a dark purple coat, matching his axes, and a blood red mane that was slightly wilder than his counterparts but there could be no mistaking the resemblance to their companion Oathbound.

"I'd ask how you got in here but it doesn't seem to matter with this place; you get in if it wants you to and if it doesn't you don't." He mumbled mostly to himself as he helped them up. As his face was thrown into slightly more detail by a nearby torch, Sugary finally got the chance to recognise the figure from his vision, the one who had been seen alongside the One Winged Angel.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rain Splash, Wild Card and Lightning Storm were more rudely pulled from their unconscious states, specifically awakened by the sounds of blaring alarms and yells. It didn't take long for those sounds, already reason enough for concern, to be accompanied by the unmistakable clang of metal that signaled a sword battle going on right above them.

The corridor they were in looked like something of a cross between the whitewash, sterile environment of a hospital and the packed, always busy environment of a science lab; equipment from all the rooms around them beeped and buzzed without clear rhyme or reason as the chaos continued a floor above them.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Oathbound and Fine Fantasy were the last to be awoken, not that they could've known that. Or rather, Oathbound was awoken by someone poking at him with a rather unpleasantly blunt stick harder than was necessary while Fantasy was beside him still out cold.

"Trespasser, explain your business here!" The guard poking at Oathbound with the blunt end of his spear looked highly annoyed but more immediate questions were raised the moment he was able to open his eyes; Oathbound had been dumped into the grounds of what looked like a castle, not Canterlot Castle itself but from the markings and banners decorating the grounds it certainly appeared to be a castle of royalty.

"I will handle it Phalanx, please return to your post."

"Your highness I-"

"Phalanx..."

"Sir yes sir."

The guard didn't argue a second time and left immediately; a much taller figured knelt down before the two. He was big, almost Celestia's size. And that wasn't the only comparison; his long, blond mane flowed with the same ethereal and translucent look as Celestia and Luna's own manes, and the wings and horn together left no doubt that this was, impossibly, an alicorn they were looking at.

"Mind explaining how you ended up on my doorstep?" He asked with a good natured chuckle, though he ran a hand delicately over Fine Fantasy's forehead and neck to check there was a pulse, nodding in relief that she was just out cold.

Lightning couldn't believe at how easily the thing dodged the attacks and how they did it. Their bodies seemed to be made of rubber and moved in ways that would impossible if the things had a bone in their bodies. He fired a single shot at one of the things as they rushed them, but he knew he had missed as soon as he fired it. He felt himself get tackled by a few of them and at first tried to push them off. He tried to shot some of thing until another creature slammed itself on his hand making it useless as the others finally came. Then, the things started to grow darker and darker with each new creature piling itself on top of them. Lightning struggled as hard as he could to get of things with no success. His mind wandered off to his vision before he passed out.

He woke up with his shooting wide up as his heart raced around his chest, still having the weird creatures in mind. Soon, he noticed the pure white room that stung his eyes as he began to get into a sitting position and sighed happily to the fact he was still alive. The sounds of the alarms made his slowing heart pick up again. He finally noticed his two comrades and started to shake them awake. "Wake up." He said to make sure they heard him over the alarm. Not sure if those above would able to here them from above from the sounds of fighting.

This is Very's post:

Fantasy regained consciousness a short moment after Astron had checked for a pulse. Her eyes opened gently, and it took her a moment to recognize that she was in a castle. It took another full minute to realize it wasn’t Celestia’s and Luna’s castle. It looked very similar, but it was not that castle.

She remembered what had happened before she woke up here, and sat straight up like she’d just been electrocuted. Her eyes darted all around the new castle, looking for a familiar face or at least something that’d tell her how she got here, or what was happening now. Her eyes darted to the walls, ceiling, floor, Oath, and then Astron. Fantasy’s heart skipped a beat when she saw the tall alicorn and his blond ethereal mane. She had a thing for blondes. At first, Fantasy had to make an effort not to smile, biting the inside of her cheek, but as she remembered her situation the effort became unnecessary, as she almost immediately lost her initial trust in the stranger. She didn’t frown, though; rather, she kept a neutral but curious expression, not taking her eyes off the alicorn and unaware he’d asked them a question.

It also took her a moment to realize she should actually ask a question herself. So with a rather meek and well-intentioned tone, so as not to make him distrustful himself, she asked Astron, “Um, who are you?” Out of the corner of her eye, she searched for her mace to be sure it was still with her, but also didn’t seem threatening somehow.

Rain's eyes tore open, only for him to hiss and cover his eyes with his hands as the white light punished his eyes. He blinked a few times before adjusting to the light, he looked to Lightning, "That was... Just ew..." He commented with a shiver. Noting the different environment as well as the lights now, and hearing the sounds of battle. He layer back letting his water push him right-up. He looked around noticing Wild, "Is he injured?" He asked Lightning curiously, laced with worry.

Frowning he kneeled next to Wild, "Hey, buddy c'mon, get up. Something has happened." Turning to Lightning he asked, "Do you know where we are? And if that door is locked Flask here could get us out easy." He also said, pointing to the door that was shut near them.

He didn't want to carry Wild, after a couple crude comments aimed towards him, but for the good of the group wouldnt hesitate for a heartbeat.

Verde stands and tilts her head to one side and then another, cracking her neck joints. "That was..." She pauses and her brow furrows. "...was..." C'mon now, Verde... you're trying to say impossible but since it happened, it logically can't be impossible. Interesting mechanism, though... runic teleportation via full-point contact using a construct. So magically complex, and yet... still not possible, despite the fact that it happened. Like some greater force willed that you should be... brought... At this point in her train of thought, Verde's attention went beyond herself and she realized that there was another pony who looked eerily like Oathbound and was conversing with them. "...um... who the hay are you?"

Oathbound's first reaction would have been to state his name and rank, but he didn't get the chance as the male alicorn dismissed the guard.
He was surprised by the appearance of said alicorn - he thought only 4 alicorns existed in his world at the time. And all of them were mares.
"Indeed, the same questions are going through my mind. An alicorn stallion is a thing I hadn't come across until now." Subconciously he began to cast a scanning spell to see if the alicorn's features were an illusion. If the pony was not an alicorn, he'd know.
It was at that time he noticed that all the others were missing. He threw his head around in an effort to locate his missing companions.
"Wait! Where are the others? What is this castle?" He cast a glance at the alicorn, a suspicion entering his mind.
"Did other ponies happen upon these gardens? I'd wager no, but it's worth asking anyway. One of them has a map of... a place that definitely is not Equestria, he came to us asking for directions."

Due to the speed at which the creatures moved, Wild's runic cards merely hovered above the group as they were pounced upon and transported to different places. Now Wild was just lying on the floor of the new area, being shaken by Lightning and spoken to by Rain, both of which didn't help with his irritated mood, which was originally caused by the hooded figure, but now reinforced by the various creatures they had met trying to kill them.

"Bugger off." "I am quite alright, thanks for the concern, Rain." "Someone turn off the bloody sirens, they're giving me a headache." "You can probably guess who I think did all of this..." Wild said in what would sound like a continuous sentence, all the while he picked himself up off the floor and dusted off his suit. "Let me guess. The mysterious hooded figure?" He said cheerfully, adding wavy finger movements when he said the word 'mysterious'.

Wild simply sighed afterwards and took off his hat, holding his other hand to the base of it and waiting. He then looked around the area they were in and listened carefully. "Fighting... But who in Equestria would fight in a place like this?" Just then a purple backed card flew into Wild's hand from his hat, followed by another. "And it still doesn't answer why those things didn't kill us... when obviously they could have..." "Ooh, watch out guys, he's going all detective on us." A few more cards left his hat and joined with the others, and soon all that could be seen between Wild's hand and his hat was a purple blur of cards moving from one to the other. Finally the pegasus placed his hat back on his head, satisfied with the number of cards he held, and turned to Lightning and Rain. "Okay, I say we go find someone who isn't currently-" "-slicing and dicing-" "-and find out where they hay we are." Wild then turned around and headed down the corridor, idly shuffling the cards he had in his hand and occasionally glancing into the rooms around them to see if there was anything of any interest.

Young Sugary felt an odd tug in his magic for a moment that split a part of his spell, but not all of it as he still had control over it. Before he even got so much as a chance to see who or why tampered with his intent, the creatures retaliated unnaturally fast. His first instinct was to hold out his sword to stab any oncoming enemies, but it may as well have been like trying to stab a Jelly to him.

Being moved to a new location was not new to him by now given the circumstances, but the pain of being smothered was hardly welcome in any way. He certainly heard a familiar sound when axe met head, but he was a tad too disoriented to really tell what was happening right away. He heard a voice he thought was familiar, and yet when the owner of the voice actually leaned down to help him back up, he recognized the being, but for the wrong reasons.

He went wide-eyed and moved away from him in a frantic crawl-to-stand maneuver, pointing his sword at the one before him while tugging on Verde's shoulder to urge her get up quickly. "I-Identify yourself and your intentions!" He practically demanded an answer from the one before him, a tinge of fear in his voice. But the fact that he also tried to look and listen to other directions showed that it was not this being whom he truly feared, but the other one he had seen along with him whom he truly feared might be nearby... The One Winged Angel...

@ Market and Dual

The purple pony held up his hands in mock surrender with a good-natured chuckle. "Easy there fellow warrior, no need for weapons among friends." He assured him as he released both of his axes from his hands allowing them to dissipate into purple smoke before fading entirely. "I go by the name of Oathbreaker, and I'm just a stallion looking for something lost... same as anyone else who gets lost in Castle Oblivion I suppose."

He looked around the large, stone throne room they had landed in with more attention. "So I'm not absolutely sure where we are, I fought my way up stairs from an Inn and next thing I know the door to my room leads to this place. Good timing as well with the situation you two were in, the Dusk are tenacious little buggers." He said with a hint of annoyance. "So, you didn't happen to meet a pony named Oathbound did you? He might've mentioned me, I'm his brother?" He sounded almost hopeful.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@ Wild Card, Rayne and Lightning

The commotion up above intensified as sword slashes seemed to now be cutting through entire pieces of building entirely; once a blade emerged from the ceiling in a downward stab, covered in blood and stopping just an inch above Lightning muzzle before retracting, the tiny hole it had produced dripping blood down horribly.

The last door on the left of the hallway that they looked in was a stairwell, and according to the numbers whatever this building was they were on the second floor of it. After only a second there was an echoing bang from up above of a door being flung open; a pony in a blue coat and pointed brown hat dropped past the railings seconds later, screaming before being cut off by a sickening thud.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@Brother Roga and Veryveryfluttershy

Astron looked a little confused and concerned at them not realising where they were. "Did you guys hit your head on the way in or anything? We can get it fixed if so but still, you really should know when you're standing in the Castle of the Royal Family." He said as he offered a hand out to each of them to help them up.

The castle behind them was thrown into better view with the tall Astron not standing straight; while it had only been seen as a wreck or partially repaired by most, it was hard to mistake the Castle of the Two Sisters, or the Everfree Forest they stood in.

But things were clearly different; yellow lightning bolts joined the moons and suns woven into the tapestries and the stained glass windows, including one which seemed to depict Astron, Luna and Celestia standing side by side with ponies looking up to them in awe. The garden they stood in was extremely well cared for and well guarded, and a glance to the left of Astron showed why; the frozen stone form of Discord was prominently displayed in the garden, watched over by no less than ten guards.

Lightning shrugged at Rain's comment since he had no idea what where they were. "You're guess is just as good as mine. And who the heck is Flask?" He asked as he noticed Wild start to stir and get up. He watched the stallion talk to himself from a brief time until he finally suggested a plan that was rather obvious and made the grey stallion to roll his eyes.

The stallion walked behind Wild as he went down the hallway, he removed his empty clip from replacing another one from his backpack. After he finished a sword nearly tried to cut off his muzzle. He stood there for a brief moment as he waited for another blade to protrude from the ceiling. The stallion's best guess for the blood being that somepony being knocked onto the ground and then stabbed. He moved around the trickle of blood and gulped.

As the thud was heard Lightning looked over at the other pegasi. "So, yeah...he's dead. I think." His eyes drifting up to the place where the pony had fallen from before looking back to his comrades. "Though I think we should check though." He said as he reached the edge of the steps and looked as if he was ready to jump as his wings flared out, his eyes looked over at the top of the stairs again to see if anyone was coming. "Wild can you make sure no dumb pony with a sword doesnt come and try to kill us?" He asked.

Oathbound took the hand hesitantly, but he completed his spell just in time as he stood up, revealing that it was indeed a real alicorn, yet that just made things even more complicated.
"The Castle of-" He didn't finish his sentence as he looked at the tapestries.
"What in the name of Equestria is this? This isn't the Equestria I know of!" Oath shook his head.

"I have no idea who you are, alicorn, but it is clear to me that I do not belong here. I was out in the fields near a small town close to Trottingham with a group of ponies, including Fantasy here. We were looking for the missing Elements of Harmony." He said, gesturing towards Fantasy.
"We were attacked by mysterious creatures, black all over, with yellow glowing eyes. Upon their defeat, we discovered a portal that led to a castle that seemed to defy reality itself. We found two of the Elements, but before we could do anything, we were attacked once again, this time by white creatures with zippers where their heads should have been. We were overwhelmed quickly and... then Fantasy and I woke up here." He laid his head down in defeat and sighed.
"So that's our story, more or less."

Young Sugary would hope that Verde got up and moved away from Oathbreaker as he had intended by tugging on her shoulder. Slowly, he focused more on him than the being he had seen him with in the vision.

He felt an air of danger from this stallion he was speaking to as he kept getting bad vibes out from him, as if something were twisted and unnatural about him and his appearance wasn't helping that fact. Having seen him along with the One Winged Angel in the vision was also more of a reason to be wary. "Not sure if I know an Oathbound... But we're trying to find someone too... And you said Dusks. Are those the creatures that showed up?" The more he thought on it, the more the name of the creatures and the creatures themselves seemed familiar from somewhere, but he couldn't recall from where exactly. As if it were something he was supposed to know somehow, yet didn't. "... Point is, we have to get moving... I'm open to suggestions." He would still keep his distance from Oathbreaker. He simply could not bring himself to be at ease around him at all as he kept his weapons drawn, and his other senses alert for any other dangers... Including possibly him.

This is Very's post:

“Castle of the Royal Family?” Fantasy muttered, looking at the décor of this version of the Castle of the Royal Pony Sisters. “So… are you their father?” That was the only conclusion she could come to, since canon said Celestia and Luna were the only offspring of… whoever the buck their parents were. “Also, that thing about where we are is great and very useful and all, but do you know anything about this spooky castle or the shadowy creatures in it? Or who runs the place, who may be holding the Element bearers hostage, how this castle works: for example, is it sapient?”

Fantasy hoped this alicorn knew what she was talking about, or this could get very confusing, possibly a bit offensive, for the recipient of these questions. All the while, her eyes scanned the castle for hallway entrances, colors, decorations, ponies, and anything else that wasn’t the alicorn himself. She didn’t want to start blushing. On top of nearly dying multiple times today, she didn’t want to embarrass herself in front of this stranger, or her new friend if this stranger turned out to be unfriendly.

Wild Card could only watch as the pony fell from above screaming, only to be silenced by a sound which caused many different thoughts to pass through each of his minds. The thought of falling to one's death was not a nice one nonetheless, and Wild himself shivered at it, not being able to imagine what it must be like without wings when falling but believing it to be a sensation that ends rather abruptly, as that other pony probably found out.

"He did have a nice looking hat though." "I don't think it helped him though..." Wild turned to face Lightning with an irritated expression on his face. "Really? What made you come to that conclusion? The fact he had no wings or the sound he made when he hit the floor?" The stallion then coughed. "I apologise. Ace has been put through a lot and isn't in the best of mindsets. I can't blame him really..."

"Still, if you want to go looking at a pony's corpse then by all means go ahead. As you said, we'll be up here watching out for any sword swinging stupids." He paused, and slowly a look of confusion crossed his face. "Stupids?" "Yeah. I couldn't think of another word beginning with 's' and so I left it at 'stupids'" "Okay then..." Wild then looked at Lightning properly and nodded. "Remember to shout back to me if there's anything or if we're moving elsewhere in this place." He said, his runic cards beginning to float around him as he searched his front pocket. Finally he pulled out the three cards he had, the one of Ace, the one of Princess Twilight and the one of the strange shadow-like creature, and he stared at them with interest while thinking of what their purpose could possibly be.

Astron chuckled at Fantasy. "No, I'm not our father. Our father left a long time ago; no, I'm Celestia and Luna's brother. My you did hit your heads hard." Astron said in concern before stopping in his tracks to face them directly. "Miss, Sir, I don't know what in Equestria you mean because last I checked our castle wasn't sentient or creepy, unless you're in Luna's room, but it sounds to me like you've been having the same problems with The Heartless as we have."

He gestured around himself with a sweep of his arms. "The Heartless have been crawling all over the kingdom for weeks, I swear we're up to our horns in them the moment we clear them out. The Elements of Harmony seem to deter them from the castle but that's no good, we can't just pile all our ponies in here and call it safe."

The male alicorn looked stressed as he spoke of the Heartless, as those black creatures seemed to be called assuming they were speaking of the same creatures. "I don't know where you came from but you don't strike me as Heartless. If you wish I can offer you accommodation for the night."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Before Lightning and Wild Card could progress their conversation beyond that a loud clang and screech of metal being cut came from above; with Lightning looking up he could see the very edge of a sword poking out over the railings, moving downward in a diagonal motion and clearly cutting the door to the upper floor open. Given that it was locked to begin with and yet there was no sign of a struggle on the stairs themselves, that left the worrying implication that the blue coat wearing pony had willingly jumped to his death.

Two loud clangs signalled the now two halves of the door falling to the ground as the sword touched the tip of the railing; the metal instantly blackened and began to rot away.

From the blackness covering the railing and single, fluttering black feather emerged, floating down the staircase.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Well that's what those ones are called anyway. Dusks, most basic form of Nobody, this castle is crawling with them whenever The Heartless get eager for some hearts to munch on. Still, they could be worse, at least you haven't had to deal with the flankholes in the cloaks." Oathbreaker said with his gruff voice and a shrug as he looked around.

"Getting out of here would be nice... problem is, "here" was a pub a moment ago."

This is Very's post... seriously. o3o :

Brother?! Fantasy thought. Last time she’d checked, Celestia and Luna didn’t have a brother. Unless he was another secret she kept from Twilight. Fantasy decided to ask her about that later. For now, she had to deal with the apparent royalty that made her stomach flutter in both a good and bad way.

His complaining about these Heartless only made Fantasy more confused. She wasn’t sure whether to be suspicious of him, or concerned that he wasn’t aware of the state of the rest of reality. How long had he been trapped in this castle, thinking it was his own? How long has he thought he was living in present day? If this castle could not only create illusions and manipulate ponies using their fears and memories, but also mentally, and maybe even physically, trap them in their own past, how long would Fantasy and Oath be trapped here? How long have they been trapped here? Have they been trapped for thousands of years already without knowing it? Have they lived the same day over and over again, and been completely oblivious to it? How long have they been here already, and how long would they be here?

How long has he been here? The apparent brother of Celestia and Luna, trapped here for Faust-knows-how-long, and he’s completely oblivious. What if he went insane and isn’t who he thinks he is, because as far as Equestrain history goes, Celestia and Luna have never had a third sibling. In fact, records of any other family they might have don’t seem to exist. Did this castle eat them? Was it like the crack in the wall? Did this castle eat ponies and their very existence outside of the structure? If any of this was the case, how long have they been there, and what’s happened to Equestria in the meantime, without the Elements or their bearers? Is it still okay? Did something ha-

Fantasy shook her head. She was getting wayyyy ahead of herself here. She didn’t know the slightest thing about this castle, or the inhabitants or prisoners. She couldn’t just lose her mind thinking of what might possibly happen, or be happening, to them all. First she, and Oath, had to focus on rescuing the Element bearers, regrouping if they could, and returning to Equestria hopefully before things got bad.

Meanwhile, she still had the problem in front of her she needed to address: the possibly insane alicorn “brother” of Celestia and Luna. She felt sorry for him, she really did. He’d been trapped here since who-knows-when, and the royal sisters, if they were here, were bound to be illusions meant to deceive him and make him think all was well. Except… for the apparent Heartless infestation. Had that actually happened? Had they had problems with the Heartless before? Or was this another illusion from the castle?

Another thing Fantasy needed to keep in mind: this “alicorn” could be lying to their faces right now. He could be trying to trick her and Oath into thinking he was a friend, then kill both of them when their backs were turned. She couldn’t afford to trust him, at least not entirely, no matter how warm and light-hearted his demeanor. That also meant she was still confused about how to carry on. She definitely couldn’t afford to sleep; if she did, she’d need to do so with one eye open, and she’d never learned that trick. She couldn’t exactly deny the request, either. “Why” would be asked, then she’d have to explain what had happened and how she and Oath had been in the other castle before ending up in… here. There wasn’t an option to lie, for her; she was a shitty liar. And if he turned out to be a hostile in disguise, or decided they weren’t trustworthy after the explanation, she wasn’t sure she’d be able to escape or outrun whatever decided to attack her. Unfortunately, if this was a trick, she’d have to play along for now. If it wasn’t a trick, there’d still be the issue of having to find an exit and/or telling the alicorn what was going on.

After that long train of thought, Fantasy decided to stay quiet and let Oath handle the stories and diplomacy, lest she open her mouth and somehow manage to get them in a deadly situation.

Oathbound recoiled slightly at the stallion saying that he was the brother of the royal sisters, but his magic scan supported this claim. He didn't look old enough to be their father either.
His face turned grim as the black creatures were given a name.
"So that's what they're called..." He said. "Heartless." he thought. Something told him that they were the key to this whole teleportation ordeal, along with the white zipper-things.
"Wait, the Elements are not missing here? Who are the Bearers?" He asked, skeptical.
Eventually he sighed.
"Guess it can't be helped. Until we get ourselves completely oriented, we're stuck here so we will have to take up on your offer, Prince...?" He let the word hang on as he waited for the alicorn to introduce himself by name.
"But I'm keeping an eye on you. Something's not right here and I intend to find out what."

Rain gave out a sigh, "Her name is Flask, she is the heart of an elemental enchanted to my head blah blah blah." He had said this too many times to count. The sound of the falling blue coated pony made him a bit grim, "Let's just get out of here." He winced at the cutting of metal as the flasks water vibrated with distaste.

Lightning moved away from the the rotting metal and quickly tucked his wings back in as the feather fell. Whover this pegasus was they had just gone on a killing spree and was probably not going to stop anytime soon. The stallion spun on his heels and pointed the door as Rayne suggested they leave. He made a "zip it" gesture by moving his fingers over his mouth and twisted it seem like he locked his mouth, which was because the last thing he wanted was to have this pony know they were there.

He quickly moved back into the hallway and hoped that the others would follow his lead and not close the door, which he was tempted to do. It might give the person even more reason to follow though he had a feeling that whoever this was knew they were there and that he or she would be more than happy to kill them. Hopefully, they could open one of the doors and maybe lose this person. A plan that Lightning doubted that would work, but hoped that it would.

"So the ally that came to this place with us is called 'Oathbound' and you're called 'Oathbreaker'?" Verde frowns and looks him up and down. "Forgive my wariness but since being an oathbreaker is the opposite of being oathbound, does this mean that you're the mirror opposite of our ally? And yet you seem to have the same mannerisms as he, and carry the same weapons. Given that this place has been treacherous and acts as if it's an entity with an intent to torment and harm, please understand that noble acts aside, I cannot trust you at this moment." She then gives him a wry smile. "That said, do you have any idea how we ought to proceed?"

Young Sugary was glad to know that Verde was going to keep her distance from Oathbreaker on her own volition. However, it seemed that neither her, nor the apparent dark personification of another companion, had a clear idea as to how to exit there current location. He thought for a moment on what Oathbreaker said regarding the creatures they faced, and their connection to the cloaked ones that seemed to command them... But nothing solid came to mind, so he made the first declaration to come from his experience as a mercenary. "... If we can't find an exit, let's make it come to us then." He raised his sword in front of him and the others to see. "Maybe, if we hurry about and fight enough of those creatures, something bigger or worse might show up... But it might also mean finding a way out by force... It's not like I heard any better ideas anyway." Perhaps his idea might be considered awfully simplistic, but when in doubt, hack and slash away till something makes sense.

Wild Card turned around quickly at the screech of metal coming from above, and his ears flattened against his head as he thought about why exactly the blue pony fell, or rather, jumped. Seeing the end of a blade didn't help either, and the single black feather gently falling down seemed unfitting, yet rather terrifying at the same time. 'Okay, so a pegasus who wields a sword that can cut through doors.' 'And rot metal with the sword... Fun times...'

Wild swiftly put the three cards away in his front pocket, and the runic cards floated back up his sleeves. He then turned to Rain and Lightning, nodding at the latter and forcing himself to remain quiet. 'Just what I was thinking.' 'We weren't going to yell at the pony, were we?' He thought to himselves, before stepping quietly through the open door after Lightning, and then continuing on at a fast, yet silent pace down the hallway. Wild mentally thanked all those years hiding and running from gamblers for teaching him how to be silent and swift at the same time. 'This brings me back to that time in Las Pegasus-' 'Now is not the time for reminiscing about the past, Cheshire.' 'Just trying to make this situation seem a bit more... lighthearted.'
