After a bit talking on the skype chat do we seemingly have a higher amount of Warhammer 40K fans that I first would have thought. And after a bit more talking came we up with the idea of making a thread to see how many we actually are.

So if you are a 40K fan, either because of one of the many computer games, P&P system or because of the table top game would I (and hopefully a few others) really like if people wrote what kind of 40K merchandise you have.

I do personally have the P&P system Rouge Trader and Dark Heresy, and own a rather large Tau army for the table top game.

I used to own an army of Orks that came as part of the Assault on Black Reach box. I also traded away the Space Marines to my big brother who is also a collector (And active hobbyist, even owns an Imperator-class Titan and a life-sized Space Marine helmet, not to mention a replica of Gandalf's sword, even though that has nothing to do with 40k) for his own box's Orks. I later on gave them to him as I realized I don't have the drive, will, or money to keep this army together. But I did obtain all the possible lore-books I could. I also own a large number of old White Dwarf magazines, including the 300th issue of it, which is still in good condition!

I am also an avid video gamer when it comes to the 40k universe. Dawn of War and all it's expansions and sequels, along with Space Marine, lots of the mobile apps, all of them have drawn me to them, including the upcoming MMO, Eternal Crusade (Which I cannot wait to play!).

All in all, I used to have some miniatures, but then I stayed for the lore. The universe fascinates me. In fact, the universe of 40k inspired my internet moniker which you see right now! I always had a thing for Space Wolves...

EDIT: However! If there is a way to play the tabletop game online, without having to buy the miniatures, I would get into it so bad I'd have to be pried off with a molecularly sharpened spatula.

Link to a page of links for my character sheets because listing them here makes the signature too long: --> Here <--

I had a starter pack, but a friend "borrowed" it to help me paint them. I doubt I will ever see it again.

"Why should I form an alliance when I can do it all by myself?"
"To allow you to live serves no purpose. Knowledge must be preserved, and I already have yours."
"We are opposites.... And strong."

I'm an avid fan of the games, and I have some Tau figures too. I currently have a squad of Fire Warriors and three Crisis Suits with the accompanying drones. I'm hoping to one day have an army of Tau.

I have the Deathwatch P & P and a large army of Imperial Guard and a smaller army of Necrons. I also own Space Hulk (the tabletop and the 2013 video game) Space Marine and the original Dawn of War with all expansions.
Just remember that knowledge is power.... Hide it well.
