| Lolk sighs in relief as sugary seems to not be offended by her reasoning. She is quite happy, if unsure, that he decides to trust her with finding the stowaway. She gently tugs him out of the room and farther up the ship towards where she heard the voices. "I remember most of the layout from when I searched your ship, but you know it better than I. I can still hear their conversation, so I know we aren't getting farther away." She follows the sounds back to their source, getting better at tracking them the more of them she can pick up. Twice, she is forced to stop and reaffirm the layout of the ship with Sugary, but she would soon lead him to the Stowaway, Verde, and Viridian. | |

| Before Lolk went away with him, Sugary would quickly try to clear up a misunderstanding with Lightning. "Oh, my bad! She's right up on the deck. Wearing a cloak, has red and yellow mane, is probably a bit bratty and haughty, goes by the name of Sunset. Hard to miss really." He hoped the misunderstanding would be cleared up as there was nothing more he could tell Lightning for clarity about Sunset's location.
He then followed Lolk as intended, not really hesitating to follow as it was his ship and he knew every corner well. If there was any chance anyone tried to get the jump on him, they may as well already be dead by the time they caught up to him in his home. "It's okay, just make sure we get to the right place. That's all I ask for."
By the time they would arrive at the deck, he saw that Viridian and Verde were ready for a fight against... something. "Oh great, now what's the problem this time...?" His brows tabled as he looked to the group in general, but mostly against something that seemed distorted in the space in front of the mother and daughter. He then leaned over to Lolk for a quiet question. "... Is the one we're looking for really here...?"

| And with this finally cleared up, lightning made her way on deck to find this 'sunset' and see if she could shed light on the orb, she kept the pistol in one hand and the bionic one was kept free. | |

| Frosty looked at her drink for a second. “Well, I never said I didn’t do any shady work. But I’m not exactly picky about who I work for. A mare’s gotta work, and an engine is an engine. Though, my biggest goal is to get a job in-” She was cut off as she noticed the captain go overboard. “Hold on. I’ll help ya.” She called out as she picked up a long rope that was laying around. She tied one end to the ship and threw the rest of it in the water. “Grab onto the rope and I’ll pull ya up!” | |

| Lolk turns an nods rapidly. "Aye, though they may have left or concealed themselves. But given how easily you found me out, I can't see why such things would prove a burden to you." She reddens, turning away, as the memory of his escape with the harpoon forms in her head. "*Ahem* Or so I have seen, anyways." She looks across the deck, letting out a low hum to try and probe for invisibly presences. Or at least she tries to, before a sharp pain in her horn hammers through her brain. She visibly shutters, her legs nearly collapsing out from under her. Someone skilled in reading body language would be fairly confident she wasn't faking it. "Captain, I... I need to sit down a moment. Could you let go please?" | |

| ((A few less posts per round would be appreciated from certain players. Also this post may be a little rough as the GM is suffering writers block.))
"Much appreciated lass!" The captain called up to Frosty as he grabbed the other end of the rope and pulled, hoisting himself up into a climbing position on the side of the ship; he looked up to Frosty to climb his way up and avoid stepping on the front of the cannons when his eyes narrowed. "Ready stations ponies! We got company!" He called, pulling himself up much more rapidly. "Ms Frosty, I'd get back to your friends and tell em to hide anything they don't want found." He advised her, pointing upwards; in the small storm clouds a ship was emerging, painted bright white and bearing the symbol of the royal guard, already guards were jumping onto the railings to descend on their vessels, either to arrest or escort them whichever seemed more fitting.
"I can delay them if you need it but I can't hold them all day." He told Frosty as he pointed her to the Black Mambo. "If they got stuff they need hiding, call back asking if I want a drink. If we're in the clear then call back asking if you can have a drink." He instructed her, a basic code he had used many times before.
***************************************************
Seeing that Sugary was occupying himself, the stallion sighed. "Might as well get on with it." He mumbled and with a glimmer of purple aura he appeared physically before them; the stallion before them was a pony in most appearances, a slim white unicorn, except for the distinctly zebra like blue stripes running all across his body, even extending to his horn. "Well, I suppose you can guess the reason for the accent." He shrugged, trying to seem nonchalant.
"Look, the thing is." He began, already sounding like he was trying to justify himself. "I know this looks bad; I was working with that crew that brought this vessel down but please, I can help. I can tell you what I know, what they're up to, but if I just go to Canterlot alone they'll just toss me in the cells and leave me to rot." He sounded rather desperate, his breathing was going very rapidly. "Please I've been waiting a chance to get away for months, you lot fighting them was the first time I've seen anyone rattle them; just before I managed to get away I heard the captain yelling, I've never heard him that shaken up before."
"Hey!" Sunset Shimmer straightened up from where she was tending to Star Sentinel's ears still, having noticed the intruder. "Identify yourself!" The mare demanded, producing a dagger from within her coat. The stallion immediately yelped and hid behind Viridian and Verde.
"Please tell her I'm allergic to sharp things!" He gulped as the mare approached them.
"Stand aside please." She said to Verde and Viridian; the polite tone shift was positively bizarre. "I am in command of this ship for the present time and I wish to deal with our second stowaway. I sincerely hope he can swim."
*******************************************************
"Four options. Okay, which limb do you want to keep?" That voice sounded worryingly close; before she had been shouting, now she was talking at a normal tone and yet Zen could still hear her just as well. "Or maybe I could ask which of your crew you'd rather I drown instead of just let them sink with that airship of yours. But oh of course I can't do that, we still need it... sodding killjoy." She sounded like she had started talking to herself at the end there but there wasn't much to be done about it, and she was getting closer still; as long as she kept talking Zen had a way to gauge how close she was and maybe even detect her.
"I hope you know boy." There was a distinct sound of a blade being unsheathed from above Zen, like she was standing right over him. "Once I bring you back to the boss, I get that lovely scythe of yours."
With that the cloud above was parted as a halberd's blade came swinging at Zen with a vicious abandon, the stylised blade painted and carved to resemble a dragon's teeth as it aimed to remove Zen's head from his shoulders.
Around them they could hear engine noises, like another air ship but it couldn't possibly be the Mambo.

| Star looked over momentarily at Sugary and Lolk coming on deck. They must have figured out where the other stowaway was, but he had a pretty good idea himself. He looked over to Verde and Viridian in time to see the zebra...unicorn appear. He continued to sit on the crate for a moment as he watched Sunset pull out a dagger and point it at the stallion, then say that she was in command of the ship. He took that moment to jump to his feet and draw his sword. He quickly and carefully used it to try to hit the dagger out of Sunset's hands, trying not to hurt her in the process. He moved so that he was in front of Verde, Viridian, and the stallion. "Now hold up, Miss Sunset. You can't simply declare you're in command of this ship because the captain is clearly right there!" He pointed a finger at where Sugary stood. "The only reason I'm not pointing my sword at this stallion is because you just outright declared command of something that is not yours when the owner is in site and well. I don't care how important you are, but a pony that does that is not a good pony." He said sternly, holding his sword at the ready incase something were to try and hit him. | |

| lightning got to watch this all unfold and pointed her pistol at sunset whilst stomping on the dagger, pinning it down on the ground. "i must agree with this stallion here, now i believe you are the one i was in search for so i suggest for the sake of avoiding this getting worse that we leave the captain to do his job and you follow me for my little job. i don't see what right you should have choosing the shortcomings, and to swiftly blunt, i don't want to have to wait for you all to calm down especially seeing as all i want is for you to look at this damn orb" lightnings calm demeanor deteriorated as she got closer to finishing her statement, she looked to sugary then back to sunset to see what was going on about her. | |

| "Heh, now you're getting it," Zen quickly commented back to the first little statement, though he was quiet while the voice seemed to start talking to itself, just continuing to recline in mid air with his hands behind his head. But then the clouds parted and a weapon was flying at his face, none too strange a sight for the well traveled pegasus. With a powerful flap of his wings though, and the assistance of gravity, Zen plummeted out of the weapon's path. Grinning as he fell the short distance before his wings flared out again to stop his descent, Zen looked back up to his apparent opponent.
"That old thing? Oh you flatter me holding that weapon in such regard," Zen commented from where he continued to hover with gentle flaps of his wings. The sounds of the other ship didn't escape him though and his grin grew ever so slightly. "Heh, those friends of yours still hiding in the clouds? Also think I could get a name? Just going with 'some crazy mare' isn't exactly flattering."

| Viridian and Verde subtly shift their positions so that they're slightly between Sunset and the unidentified stallion. "That's for the actual captain to determine, miss Shimmer, and may I say that I don't believe that you are in command of anything, much less Sugary Market's vessel," Viridian says, shifting one of her hips forward so that Sunset could see a 'stacked' sheath on that hip, the perforated handles of knives visible sticking out and the sheath shape strongly suggesting the long spade shape of purpose-forged throwing knives. She grips her wavy knife with the tip pointed downwards, nonthreatening for the moment. "We've got no problem putting the matter before him," Verde adds, looking back at the stallion, making him aware that riding high on her hip and tucked within easy reach is some kind of unusual pistol, hammerless with two over-and-under barrels. She grips her crowbar meaningfully, clearly signaling him to stay where he is, before she looks back to Sunset. "But you ain't gonna toss him off or stab him or whatever's in your gorgeous head." "Now, sir, you were saying about being helpful, useful, and giving the captain a good reason to keep you alive and intact?" Viridian prompts. | |

| Frosty nodded. “Right. I’ll be sure to remember. Thanks.” She climbed onto the tow rope connecting the Dandy Lion to the Mambo and shimmied across. She looked up at the airship above them as she went and hoped that there wasn’t going to be any trouble. As she made it onto the deck of the Mambo, she quickly sought out Sugary. “Hey, it’s me again. I don’t know if you’ve noticed but the Royal Guard is coming. The other captain wants to know if you have anything you need to hide from them. If so, do it quickly.” She said, then finally noticed the other stowaways. “Okay, I missed something. Anyway, yes. Anything you don’t want found?” | |

| ((Her Majesty's Swashbuckler...?))Twitch... Twitch... Another twitch of the brow, and Sugary was at his last nerve. Between his ship breaking, a bombardment, a bratty stowaway mare, loud noises, a loud bratty stowaway mare, more stowaways, the approaching Royal Guard, a loud bratty stowaway mare that spoke mutinous words, and another ill looking pony by his side, he was really feeling the pressure now to the point where he actually snapped... And smiled at Frosty while gently leaning Lolk against the nearby wall when she came aboard to share the news as his mind quickly filled with pressured ideas. "Please wait a bit, Lolk..." As it were though, Lolk would be the only one getting any gentle treatment as he would then act and speak swiftly with a near constant glare at virtually anything and everything in sight, especially Sunset even with the others supporting his standing as owner of the ship. "Frosty, tell the Captain that we got something we need to hide!" He then removed both of his weapons, the cutlass and the shotgun rifle, and left them near Star Sentinel. "Star, take the weapons! If we start coming under attack, drop the cutlass into the water at Starboard*! Otherwise, do it Portside**!" He then walked to Lightning and took the magical orb from her himself without a second thought. "I'll look after this, please take Lolk to rest downstairs!" He then looked to Viridian and Verde, as well as the unknown zebra he could not recognize last. Perhaps the only pause so far as he blinked at the stallion, before looking at the mother-daughter duo. "If he's some kind of special case like Sunset, just toss him overboard! I'll deal with him too!" There was no hesitation in his words. He meant every last syllable literally. And then finally, he looked to Sunset with the harshest glare of all, and a mild grin as he walked to her and placed the magical orb in her grasp while perhaps uncomfortably close to her face to face. "And you're coming with me under the ship!" Soon after, he'd move by her side and sweep her off her hooves, carrying her with both arms as his horn began to lit up, and began to trot to the side of the deck opposite of where the Royal Guards were coming from. "A good leader out at sea has to know the waters around them! Let's Dive in and take a closer look...!" And without any hesitation, he purposely hopped and jumped off into the waters below... while the spell he prepared encased the both of them inside a rather sturdy but flexible magic bubble as it splashed into the water. He'd then move them both with the bubble and stick it to the ship's underbelly for the time being, briefly hoping his orders did not go entirely ignored except for keeping a firm grip on the mare he was none too fond of at the moment he vowed to keep safe... ((Note: Right*. Left**.)) | |

| Lolk is rather surprised when the captain sets her aside, but her brain soon reminds her of the significance of Sunset's words. 'Oh buck.... That can't end well.' she shrinks away from Sugary as he begins barking orders. Mumbling spells in an attempt to bring up a glamor. However, she is too frazzled and too low of mana, resulting in nothing more than a side spark for, her horn and a brief glow in the air around her. She looks around, having heard him tell someone to help her out but not hearing any names. | |

| The mother and daughter duo just stare at Sugary when he talks and then turn their attention back to the stallion. "He's clearly in a very heated-up mood," Viridian says. "Yeah, he's not really going to throw you overboard. He'd throw himself overboard..." And then she hears the splash and hangs he head. "...he threw...?" "Yes." Verde processes this and looks to the infiltrator. "OK, I walk it back... he's not going to throw you overboard and you'll just have to trust us that that's true." "Would you mind to tell us more about who you are, and what your plans are from here on out?" Viridian asks in a tone of voice that indicates that her question is anything but. | |

| The royal guard airship settled down in the water between the Dandy Lion and the Black Mambo as easily as it could with a tow cable between the two ships; the crew of guards moved much differently than the Dandy Lion crew who jumped, flew and swung from ship to ship quite haphazardly while just happening the set up ropes. The guards instead jumped as a single unit onto the Dandy Lion, the captain looking very displeased to see them but still he raised his hand, a non-verbal cue for none of his crew to draw weapons or act aggressively.
A second unit of guards quickly dropped onto the Black Mambo, weapons sheathed but the full armor showed they were anticipating trouble. "May I please speak to the captain of this vessel?" A guard in a full golden helm with the visor pulled down called at large. "We believe that this ship my be harboring fugitives from the law; I am afraid we're going to have to ask all occupants of this ship to accompany us to Canterlot for questioning."
The zebra unicorn behind Verde and Viridian made a noise that sounded rather like an exceptionally depressed balloon letting out air. It did not go unnoticed by the captain, who immediately turned in his direction. "Ah yes... I do believe we have found our first fugitive." The captain remarked.
"Uhh, lads and lasses?!" The captain of the Dandy Lion called to the crew of the Black Mambo; on that particular ship it seemed that tensions were running high as the crew and guards were almost nose to nose. "Mind telling these fine ponies in armor that old Stopwatch is on the up and up?" Well at least they now had a name to a face with the captain but that face had a good chance of being pounded in if the guards and crew came to blows.
On the deck of the Black Mambo there was a flash of teal light and an exceptionally irritated unicorn made her return to probably even more exceptional irritation on Sugary Market's behalf who had been dragged along for the ride. "This is the captain you wish to speak to." Sunset snapped, pulling herself out of Sugary's grip.
"Miss Shimmer?" The guard remarked in shock. "We were under the impression that..."
"Yes yes, I know this is far from the illustrious company I left Canterlot in." Sunset growled. "Putting it lightly as a matter of fact. But I can vouch for the crew of both of these ships; besides the zebra they are no criminals, and I have promised them both a repair job at the Canterlot Shipyard." The unicorn seemed awfully smug about it as she proclaimed that in front of the stallion she had been so arguing with.
The captain immediately saluted Sunset. "Yes sir!" He recited, sending Sunset to the other guards with him. "Mr....?" Sunset whispered in his ear. "Mr Sugary. If you would be so kind we would like to help attach your ship to ours to expedite our voyage. If we throw you the lines can you please attach them as suitable."
"Please don't let them take me..." The zebra mumbled from behind Verde and Viridian. "I swear, I didn't do anything.."
*******************************************************************************
In the clouds the mare swore harshly from up on her perch and even though he couldn't see her Zen could definitely hear the spite in her words. "Go and cower behind your royal friends why don't you? I am no such coward to hide behind numbers." She snapped at Zen before the sound of wings once again beat against the storm clouds; it seemed that she had drawn further away from Zen, aiming to back off for another time it seemed as the ship they could see below them on the surface of the ocean was indeed a royal guard ship, joining the Dandy Lion and the Black Mambo.
"You can get a name but it will mean nothing to you." Her voice adopted a more mocking tone as she finished with. "But tell Sugary that Lani said hello." With that said the mare flapped hard against the clouds, enough to buffet Zen with mildly electric storm cloud from all sides before taking off in an unknowable direction with so much cloud cover preventing a sighting of her escape route.

| "Royal friends? I can't help but believe you are horribly mistaken," Zen commented quickly after her first statement and insult. Though despite it, he didn't shift out of his relaxed looking position.
Zen didn't get the chance for a final reply before the clouds enclosed around him, luckily he was already holding onto his scythe and with a barely a twitch of his eyes, the bubble shield sprung up around him, absorbing the lightning from the cloud and leaving him un-zapped, regardless of how much damage that might have actually done to him. Even if it wouldn't have hurt him that bad physically, Zen still didn't want his coat or hat singed.
With the other's rapid retreat, Zen still chanced a call out to her, on the off chance that she was still within earshot. "The name may mean nothing for the now, but I will look to change that my dear, and it is with hope that we'll meet again, though perhaps not with weapons drawn in the sky," he yelled out before spinning about to gaze at the ships and their new positions. Zen folded his wings in and dove behind a low flying cloud to watch as much of the scene play out as he could from this vantage point.

| Star relaxed a bit when Frosty came back on board. "The Royal Guard?" He looked at the Royal Guard ship for a moment then sighed. He sheathed his sword and looked at Sugary as he dropped his weapons near him. "Wait what...Take the weapons and drop them on the portside?" He gulped a little. Which side was portside again? Oh why did he never try and remember which side was which. He groaned a little and picked up the two weapons as Sugary took Sunset and carried her...off the side of the boat.
He took some time and watched the airship moving into place, curious about them. he stood up straight when the guards landed on the ship and then listened carefully to the one guard who was speaking. "I'm sorry. But the captain of the ship is not hear at the moment. He's busy doing some other things." He said to the guard, glancing over at the Dandy Lion when it's captain called out to them all. He opened his mouth to say something else but quickly turned his head away when the flash of light came.
He quickly shook his head and lifted his sunglasses a little to rub his eyes before putting them back in place. He watched the interaction between the captain and Sunset quietly. She quickly shook his head and stepped over to Sugary, tapping him on the shoulder. "Ah...Sugary. Do you want your weapons back now?" He asked, holding them out to the stallion with a curious look.

| Once more, it seemed that Sunset would reveal herself as trouble incarnate as she forced them both out from their hiding spot. Sugary didn't try to stop her immediately, because he didn't think she'd actually risk throwing herself into what looked to be a dangerous situation outright. Wrestling herself out of his grip, he contemplated letting loose on her for endangering the both of them.
Kill her!!
Don't kill her.<~
Fortunately for them all, the contemplation was merely briefly in the back of his mind, and reason led him to choose the right choice, though he snorted plenty as he steamed on the spot with his arms crossed while listening in on her and the guards. Grateful though he was that they were allies, he felt she could've at least spoken to him.
When Star came over, he slowly turned around with a strained bemused visage and looked to the weapons, and then back up at him with a less strained expression with a sigh. "... Thank you, I'll be taking them back." He took them from Star, hoisted them in place, and then looked over to the Royal Guard and Sunset. "... Fine, but do know I just brushed unpleasantly with an enemy bearing gear similar to yours. Do not break what little trust I have for you... I will cooperate otherwise." He didn't want to make more enemies, but he was still far too alert and wary for his own good. He also got a mild chill from the direction Zen had gone, as if something unpleasantly familiar wasn't far off. "Bad omen after bad omen... Things changing so much so suddenly? It's gonna be a bumpy ride."

| "Swear all ya like, bucko," Verde tells him, but her true feelings are manifested by her stepping a little further in so she and her mother are more firmly positioned between the zebra and the guards. "Sir, we'll take responsibility for this criminal and see that he's kept under guard and out of trouble," Viridian says. "There's no need to place him in your brig, we can well handle his matter." "Although if he's tellin' tales, he'll wish we handed him over to you," Verde says, glancing back to give the zebra a menacing smile. Viridian sighs but nods. "Yes we'll deal with the... gentleman if he's less then forthright. But for now, you have other matters to which you could be attending and this matter is handled and in no need of your intervention or attention." | |

| Lolk looks around. Ponies were doing things, lots of things. They were talking, some even pleading. Lots of emotions around, but all of them foul tasting. Confusion, panic, fear, irritation..... nothing she could make a meal of. She was getting very hungry at this point, it would soon become an issue for her. She despairs for a moment, but then the taste catches her. Love, lots of it. Adoration, pride, even that spicy whiff of friendly rivalry. The combined lure of the love between Verde and Viridian hits Lolk like a train. She climbs the stares as if in a trance, openly staring at them when she reaches the top. Then she trips on the top step and and begins crawling towards them, her eyes glazed over and her cloak dragging along the deck of the ship. "so... hungry...." she groans, loud enough for them | |
