Distinguishing Features: He has a scar on the side of his face from a fight with a changeling a few years back. Other then that he carries a old pocket watch that was a gift from his father.
Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): He has been one of the better ones in the training with the shield. The shield is the ultimate defense so he learned how to fight with a shield and a spear. Defensive is his worth and protection along with the strength.
Weaknesses: Being normal and has no protection from magic.  A Earth pony is strong but can only take so much.
Occupation: Guard in the Castle
Gear: Full plate armor, shield, and a spear.
History: Raised in a loving family he followed after his father in the steps of becoming a guard. His father was a pegasus and he was an earth pony but he was going to prove himself to his father. Training hard and long he soon qualified to be a guard. His father gave him the pocket watch as a sign of good work. From that day forth he never faulted in his work.
Personality: Tough, no nonsense, and the will to work hard for the things he wants. He will always protect the weak and those that needed it.

Distinguishing Features: She is a very pale thestral mare.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Sweet was born with an innate ability called 'Dream Walking', which is passed down from her father's genes, but is rarer than the chance of finding a lake is a desert, which allows her to enter one's mind while they sleep and bypass their subconscious, letting the small filly to find out their problems and help them, easing them out of their odd dreams, whether they be suppressed memories or darkest fears. This also allows for her to interact in the other's Mindscape, and even bring other ponies with her for a limited time.

Weaknesses: Her Dream Walking ability requires a focus point for her to use it, if she were a unicorn, she'd not need anything, but as a Thestral, she requires the use of a family heirloom, a locket, and if one were to take this from her while she was in another's mind, there would be very little chance she'd return to her body unless Princess Luna herself helped. Any form of mental defense will be able to stop her from entering one's mind, and her body is left in a state of unconsciousness when she is in another's mind, leaving her defenseless. In Dream Walking, any harm that comes to her in the other's mind will fall upon her in the form of magical backlash, though it does not harm her too much. For around a half an hour after using her Dream Walking ability, she is incapable of flight and is rather weak and exhausted, usually near passing out. She requires to be within ten feet of the other pony for Dream Walking. She also cannot alter the course of the dream, only influence the one having it by her actions. Is young and constantly talked down to because of this. No one takes her seriously.

Gear: A silver, cloud-shaped Locket on a silver chain, enchanted to be able to focus the natural mana within her body. A dark red scarf, and a semi-large teddy bear designed after a polar bear, with a matching scarf to her own. Saddlebags carrying the average traveling supplies, and also her Family's Scrapbook, full of pictures.

History: Sweet Dreams was born in Ponyville and raised to the age of eight there, learning how to control her abilities slowly and carefully, to help with her mother's anxiety issues. She spent the next few years in a foster home after that. What happened to her parents was known by many, as her house had burned down, and they had been trapped within. But she did not know what had started the fire, no one did. At fourteen, she started running away, wanting to get as far as possible from Ponyville and the place where she was last truly happy.

Personality: Friendly, kind, tries to be helpful, but is always hiding her sadness, never truly letting others see her emotions.

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: He always wears a sliver chest plate that wraps around and goes across his back. In the center of the breast plate is a white gem.
Distinguishing Features: Other then his neck length mane and his starry night fur he has four sliver like hooves that glimmer in the night. His eyes glow royal purple but his eyes only do that when he is casting a spell. On his left wing is a white circle with a sliver four point star in the center; while the other has is a triangle with a crest moon wrapped around the middle.
Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Entwined with the nature of Entropy and Chaos he has developed limited powers over the forces that come with the nature of Entropy and Chaos. First is he can fire Entropic rays, from his left wing, upon non-living object to cause them to return to their previous form of parts. Fired at a sword, the sword becomes the pieces that existed before being put together like the blade, handle, and wrappings. He can only break something down to its simple parts, no more then that. The second symbol allows him to shot out a Kinetic bolt that when it hits anything they feel the force of a baseball bat nailing them.
Weaknesses: Because of the regenerative abilities of living tissue it is hard to affect the living with Entropic energies so he can only affect non-living materials with the energy. Another thing to note is that if the object is larger then it takes more energy to use a Kinetic bolt or Entropic ray and he may need to hit it more then once to change it. He has a limited amounts of energy he can draw upon for his powers.

History: His powers came from the sky, more literal then figurative. When he was younger he had been flying late at night when a shooting star went by his face. Knocking him out of the sky and sending him down on the ground right next to a purple glowing stone. When he hit the ground he was very wounded, bleeding and dying the stone began to heal him. The infusing of the energy into his tissue began to move across his form. Changing him with each passing moment, the power of the stone had nearly drained into him. The leftovers of the stone changed his outward appearance. When he woke up his mind was gone and all that was around was a picture of a pegasus laughing with his family. Something wasn't right, he couldn't remember anything. Taking to the road, he wandered... lost and alone in the world he searched. Looking for the ones that called him son.
Personality: A bit withdrawn from society, he will be nice but mostly stays away from others because of his powers. It isn't the best to see others help him since he is confused by everything. Knowledge taught the youngest age doesn't recall anything.
Current Home: Open roads and land far and wide

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: Rez's cutie mark isn't the original one that was there, and instead that image is tattooed on (explained in back story).

Distinguishing Features: Rez can almost always been seen with his headphones one, yet he manages to usually hear whatever's said around him. Rez also doesn't have a mouth, and lives off magic which given the abundance of magic all around, he's usually more than fine just gradually eating the residual magic left about, though some of the different kinds of magic can have a slight effect on him. For example, if he were to actually 'eat' some of the more chaotic magic, he'd likely get an equivalent to drunk/high.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Rez's got a few unique features to him. Firstly, there's his ability to 'eat' magic and while this sounds overpowered, allow me to assure you it's not. Rez isn't able to endlessly absorb magic and he doesn't instantly absorb it. So he can't drain the princesses or even a common pony of all their magic, maybe a very un-magically inclined filly but that'll probably leave him stuffed for like a week. Rez can't disperse an incoming spell, unless it's traveling REALLY slowly and even then it'd probably have to be a weak enough spell it wouldn't do anything THAT bad in the first place. Also, this eaten magic is eaten, so he's not going to be throwing spells right back at his opponents. He can however get a temporary boost from absorbing/eating some powerful magic, but again it's a relatively minor thing.

Another side effect of Rez's transformation is his ability of manipulating the size and shape of his body. Too rigid to honestly be called an amorphous blob, but with many of the similar traits. His hooves can stretch a good distance, he can make himself larger or smaller as a whole or just individual body parts. He can even reshape parts of himself into new forms like sprouting wings, changing a hoof to look like a sledge with a significant increase in hardness,density, and weight, and a few other things of that nature. Unlike an amorphous blob though, if you hit Rez with a bladed weapon, it can cut him and he will bleed. Rez's form is too rigid to negate actual physical blows as well as magical ones, he can only look to defend himself like any other pony.

Lastly, there's the only ability of Rez's that's not a side effect of his transformation and that's his sound manipulation. Most of Rez's magic is sound related, being able to change volume, pitch, and where the source at least appears to be coming from. He can modify the volume of a chair falling to where it makes no noise at all, or creates a boom that can shatter windows. Rez cannot however change what a sound is. He can't make that same chair suddenly sound like an orchestra, or a scream, or another noise other than a chair falling.

Weaknesses: Due to the mutations, Rez can't verbally talk nor does he know hoof-sign language. This has caused numerous problems in several situations, especially when he doesn't have the time to write what he wants to say something or it's too dark to read. Rez also doesn't eat or drink like a normal pony, and is instead reliant on magic consumption. This CAN be blocked by the target and if that happens, Rez can be left starving. Rez also runs into the same weaknesses of all Lost in the sense that draining away magic severely harms him, possibly to the point of death. Aside from changing his body around to better take a hit, Rez also doesn't have all that much in the way of defenses and can't take too many hits.

Occupation: DJ for a couple clubs.

Gear: As stated earlier, Rez almost always has his headphones on and they're usually playing something. To cover up his lack of a mouth, and make it a little less awkward, Rez also usually wears either a bandanna with a sharp toothed smile print on it, or a full face mask. He's also usually wearing some kind of pants to cover up the off looking tattooed on cutie mark and a jacket just to go with the outfit. Also to allow at least SOME communication, Rez usually carries around a dry-erase board with a couple markers.
When needed to fight, Rez has a simple rune gun and enchanted knife. The rune gun is basically a pistol like weapon that shoots simple spells and the knife can extend it's blade up to the average length of a short sword thanks to the enchant.

History: Rez actually knew Zen before the cataclysm, working at the magi-tech tower as an intern as well. While the two knew of each other, they weren't exactly close. Then when everything went to hell, Rez got a full dose of magical exposure and mutated severely. His mouth disappeared along with his cutie mark and horn. When he awoke, to say Rez was shocked was an understatement and sure enough the first thing he did was panic, though it was rather quiet since he no longer had a mouth to speak through. After finally calming down, Rez began to pick himself up and try to make the best of the situation, especially since his hoof-pod and headphones were still intact.

While wandering about, Rez nearly fell to his death early on, but much to his surprise when he reached for the already out of reach ledge, his hoof stretched until he was able to grab a hold and pull himself up with almost no effort at all. After that incident, Rez began to experiment with his new found malleability, eventually giving himself back his horn for looks sake at least even though it wasn't needed. However the mouth and the cutie mark simply refused to form no matter how hard he tried. While he couldn't do much about the mouth, Rez did get another survivor to tattoo his cutie mark (or at least a close copy of it) back, though it never quite seemed the same.

After wandering around and a few more close calls, Rez eventually found himself in the company of Zen and his crew. Figuring his chances were better with the already somewhat perspectively infamous pirate, Rez joined them. Rez proved to be a unique coordinator with his ability to redirect and manipulate sounds as well as provide some background music to fight to. When Zen left that world, Rez tagged along as well and soon found work DJing at a couple clubs in Canterlot. While there was some initial competition between himself and Vinyl, the two eventually worked things out and now even do a couple shows together, which Rez is usually more than fine being the runner up in popularity so long as he gets to do his set.

Personality: Usually a little disconnected and distracted, Rez can be seen as oblivious and uncaring, but if one gets to know him, he is very friendly and rather hyper. Rez usually appears to be rather lively and excited when he's awake, and sleeps like the dead when he finally crashes.

Race: Unicorn
Age: 33
Mane: Velvet Red with White Stripes
Coat: Pure white with black on his legs

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: He was a warrior, Guard in fact but those are times long past.
Distinguishing Features: Wears one large white trench coat at all times with a medal of being in the battle on the side of the Trench coat. On his face is many scars and cuts that were battles against the changelings. Those scars run down his face and down his neck; all the way to his chest.
Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Reading and Teaching himself how to heal others came after some engagements with the changelings that made him question himself. He can stitch up wounds and tend to those that had been wounded on the battlefield. His knowledge of medical plants comes in handy often for he is always healing the troops even in the thickest battles.
Because of being a guard he still remembers how to use all the weapons he had been trained in, maybe a bit rusty but still good enough to pose a threat.
Weaknesses: The majority of his weakness is in his past. The guilt of his past weighs him down. Every time he is forced to take a life those memories come flooding back into his mind. He can't help it but it strikes him to his very core. Thanks to that time as a guard he has taken to the drink to drown his guilt in some way when it comes to haunt him.

Gear: Medic bag, A bow and arrow, and a sword.
History: His parents died when he was younger so he was thrown out into the street when he was a child he learned to fend for himself. Stealing and working wherever he could to survive the alleys of Canterlot. When he turned 18 the decision was laid out before him. Either he could live the rest of his life in the alleys or he could join the guard. Instead of living in filth anymore, he joined the guards. The days followed his joining weren't easy, the training was physically and mentally exhausting. Often when he came back to his bunk it felt like his limbs would fall off. He pressed on till he proved himself worthy to the guards. Unfortunately for him; Chrysalis and her horde attacked on his first day as a guard. That day he took the lives of Changelings, twelve in total. A medal was presented to him for showing great courage on the battle. That medal didn't make him feel good and quite the reverse. Their blood stained his hooves; he couldn't live with the thoughts that he took life. Opting out for some other line of work he went straight into the medical field to maybe undo the damage he did to others. He learned quickly, becoming better with each day that past.    
Personality: Darker, despaired, and saddened by his past he carries on with a smile and a wave in order to help others around him. To the eye he would be seen as hiding something.

Name: "Heavyweight" Petro

Race: Griffon

Age: Late 20s, appears late teens

Mane: Formerly naturally white and dyed blue, now gray.  Holds shape extremely well.

Coat: Formerly white and gold, now grayscale.  The fur is unusually firm, and the underlying skin even more so.

Distinguishing Features: Heavy's feathers and fur tend to be unusually stiff, and his extremely dull coloring makes him stand out.  He also has quite a bit more muscle mass than is typical for a griffon, or any flying creature.  He sometimes wears something over it to disguise this.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Heavyweight has increased stamina and defense, being able to absorb most blunt blows without damage to himself.  His increased weight has made him significantly stronger, and he can direct this strength into attacks, so long as he can gain enough momentum.  His body functions at roughly half the speed of a normal pony, meaning he can go a fair bit longer without food or air.  He also ages slower than normal.  Heavy has medical knowledge specific to his condition, and knows stretches and exercises to make his condition better.  He can play cello very well, but he tends to be slower at it than he used to be.

Weaknesses: Heavy's mass means he suffers from severe inertia, making it difficult to start and stop movement.  This slowness is increased by his overall stiffness.  His slowed body processes make healing and recovery take longer as well, and his physical reflexes are just awful.  His increased weight means he is unable to fly or stand on clouds without sinking.  If he is hit with an extremely fast, focused blow, his skin and coat can actually crack.

Occupation: Medical subject, odd jobs, wanderer

Gear: A cello and survival equipment(Maps, compass, dried meat, water, and a knife)

History:  The Irontalon family is an old one, carrying a long line of soldiers and valuing strength above all else.  Every (known) member of the family has been in the military at some point, to varying degrees of success.  Then, in the outskirts of Equestria, one named Petro was born with severe osteogenesis imperfecta, or brittle bones disease.  His parents knew that the condition would make flight and combat nearly impossible.  Keeping with another family tradition, they abandoned the child to Charity's Home for All, and covered up his very existence.  He was left with a simple note, which read This is Petro.  He is fragile.  Keep him safe, make him strong.

Petro's time at the Home was difficult.  His bones had a severe tendency to be fractured at nearly any bumps, and he spent most of his first four years cooped up in the sick bay, being given healing spells and getting acquainted with Nurse Remedy.

The first major turning point in Petro's life came in the form of a letter to the Home.  A local medical group had come up with a potential cure for Petro's condition, and wanted to use him in their study.  The Home was offered a large donation in return, and they desperately needed the money.  So they hesitantly sent eight-year-old Petro off to Canterlot, and he arrived at a facility with other foals of varying race, gender, and background, but all with brittle bones.

After a week of assessments, treatment began.  The foals were given exposure to an extremely modified version of a cockatrice's stare, focusing on making the bones harder and stronger over a long period of time.  After three weeks of treatment, the subjects were moved to Bunsen Burner's Long-Term Foal Clinic.  This Home was made to represent a school and home for medical subjects, and they were monitored for developments in their condition.

At the Clinic, Petro was given more freedoms, and finally made proper friends his age. He became especially close to a unicorn colt named Major Key (Who was undergoing experimental treatment for a blood condition) and a changeling filly named Myna (Who wasn't there because of any treatments, but more because the home's owner was friends with her adoptive father, who left her there "when the lab was full").  Key played the piano, which fascinated Petro.  He decided to try piano.  However, his talons continuously got in the way of pressing the keys, so he tried cello instead.  He fell in love with the instrument as soon as he could play scales, though he preferred not to use a bow.

As years went by, the treatment seemed to be a success.  At the age of ten, Petro and the other foals' bones were getting stronger, enough so that they could participate in more physical activity.  Petro, for example, finally learned how to fly.  At twelve, their bones were as strong as those who had never had brittle bones, and their skin no longer bruised as easily.

At thirteen however, the side effects of the treatment started becoming apparent.  Their bones continued to get stronger, becoming denser and denser.  This didn't cause much of a problem for a while, as they just kept putting on muscle to compensate for the increased weight.  Petro's new, more muscular build meant he could physically lift more, and he started learning to do odd jobs at construction sites, shops, or wherever else he could be paid to lift things.

However, by sixteen, Petro became too heavy to fly or stand on clouds.  He discovered this on an ill-fated date to Cloudsdale with Myna.  He continued to build muscle, and his strength combined with his density earned him the nickname of Heavyweight, or just Heavy.

The side effects continued to develop.  At eighteen, it became apparent that his physical development was slowing down, effectively slowing Heavy's rate of aging.  By then, Heavy had moved out of the Clinic, and into an apartment with his then-partner, Key, and got a fairly stable job as a mover.  At twenty-two, Heavy's muscles began stiffening, and his coat began to petrify, turning gray and stiff.  Later that year, the moving company went under, he and Key split, and Heavyweight went on the road, where he has remained.

Personality: Heavy tends to form emotional bonds quickly, doing his best to be someone the person wants to be around.  As eager as he is to please, however, he tends to neglect his own emotional needs, choosing instead to internalize and deny any negative emotion.  This tends to come out as occasional breakdowns, or passive-aggression.

Current Home: Heavy wanders, but checks in at the Clinic regularly.

Misc: Heavy prefers stallions over mares, despite some past experimentation.  He prefers improvisational non-jazz  in his cello-playing, and uses his talons instead of a bow.

Name: Gentle (Sea) Breeze II of Feather Hill.

Race: Pegasus.
Age: 27.

Mane: semi long steel grey with a crimson red stripe (Done in the same way as Applejacks mane) tail is very long and unruly with the same colour scheme.

Coat: Duke blue coat, with no sheen.

Cutie mark.: A silver feather writhing in the wind.

Distinguishing Features: A bordeaux red vest which is in fact made of a very fine mail.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Hoof to hoof combat, defensive tactics, combat using polearms and crossbows. Very dextrous flyer. Pretty good at cloud shaping. His enchanted vest is exceedingly good at taking physical blows and will defend him adequately against anything but the most dedicated blows to it’s area of effect.

Weaknesses: Very easy to seduce as he is a horndog. Often takes things to serious and misunderstands things which he takes hard. When he F’es up he gets borderline depressed. Magic shots and such will make it through his vest without effort.

Occupation: Is unemployed.

Gear: His enchanted vest, some bits, a heavy duty spear, a crossbow with a small quiver of bolts and a belt with booze and a lighter.

History: Born into a noble family of mostly pegasi on the foot of the Canterlonian mountain, his upbringing was filled with luxury and military education so that he could fulfill his legacy as an officer in the royal guard.

His life took on a sour note the day he turned 15 and met his cousin Black Sun. He was told that he would be marrying her whether he liked it or not. He and Black both hated the idea and found it unfair, they became friends, but that was how far they were willing to take it. After about a year of trying to rebel against his parents, he crossed a line by insulting his father as a guard, who then began beating Gentle. Gentle, in his desperation threw burning logs from a hearth at his father before fleeing out a window and flying as far away as he could.
Next day he found out that the entire estate had burned down, both parents dying, his farther being drunk and setting fire to the place was the expert's theory.

He contacted his uncle and Black who took pity on him and tried help him get over his loss. He lied about lied about his involvement in the matter in fear of losing the few people he had left, namely his dear friend Black. he soon joined the military as a way to atone for his , using his uncle's connections to circumvent the fact that he was underage. Instead of going the road that his family had gone for generations, he joined the border defenses by the griffin border, known for being filled with griffin bandit clans, who took killing as an art.

Year after year Gentle helped protecting the ponies living on the border from attacks, being recruited by one of the elite corpses, the Hoplites to be precise, a pure pegasi corps. After years of distinguished service, he and a couple of his teammates were rewarded vests made of high quality mail as a badge of honour from Shining Armor and Princess Cadence. A month after that day his unit was unable to save a town from being all but destroyed by a bandit clan, all ponies mutilated, looted and or eaten.

His superiors forced him and his teammates out of service because of them being scarred mentally. Gentle was distraught by his loss of meaning in life, but learned that he had gotten his inheritance after his withdrawal from the army. Using the fortune to drink and wallow, he invited his cousin to live with him in his cloud house which he made himself. Black, glad to finally see her friend after so long was sad to see his state of mind. She dragged him out of sorrow, mentioning that just because he wasn't a soldier, didn't mean that he couldn't protect the weak or do good. After weeks of therapy and help from Black he was ready to live on, but he needed to come clean. He told the truth to Black, who was saddened, but understood that it was an accident and promptly forgave him. With his purpose alive again he knew what he had to do next.

He immediately gathered as many of his former team mates as he could in his cloud home and set course for the same border he used to protect. They were all going to find the clan that had massacred the town and would put an end to them. After three years they had found the clans layer, and reported it to the official griffin military, who they later heard had taken them to jail and started rehabilitating the griffin chicks.
Satisfied they went their separate ways, vowing to do good when they had the chance.

Black decided to pursue her own fortune as a student in magic and thus left Gentle with a promise that they'd meet again when she was a champion of magic. Now Gentle lets the wind take his house and him wherever it seems fit and he drinks, parties, relaxes and collects books for a library he's working on, but of course also tries to do good when and where he can.


Personality: Gentle Breeze is a very relaxed pony in most cases, almost always seen either having a fun time drinking or  trying to get himself a date, his libido legendary in bars and taverns across the land and he tends to troll people who he sees as sticks in the mud, though when it becomes time to fight or protect someone in need, he gets right back into the mind of a soldier and becomes extremely professional.

  Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Pure's talent lies in two closely related forms of magic, Crystal Magic and Harmonic Light Magic. Pure's crystal magic is not on the level of Sombra's during his defeat, but is still formidable.
Harmonic Light Magic is the type of magic utilized The Elements of Harmony, The Tree of Harmony, and The Crystal Heart. These are all powerful artifacts however, and as such have far more raw power than Pure can muster, even as a lich with a second magic pool to draw on. The comparison of power is akin to a stream vs. a river. With the amount Pure can channel, she is capable of creating highly focused beams of light, manipulating the reflective properties of various surfaces, and healing mortal insanity over an extended period of time. It is also effective against undead, as it severs the ties that bind their soul to their corpse.
  Weaknesses: While very strong, Pure Light is slower than most, and not just because of the heavy armor.
  Occupation: Before being fused with Lixir, Pure Light was a slayer of the undead and those who would create them. Now, she's just a wandering adventurer.

  History: Pure Light began her life as a Crusader at the age of 10, when she was saved from an undead plague by the Church of Harmony, a religious order dedicated to destroying necromancy and chaos magic wherever it could be found. The church trained her in magic, and once her special talent for the Church's magic was discovered, she rose quickly through the ranks. When she was one the verge of becoming leader of her local sect in Trottingham, Pure Light was framed by an unscrupulous member of the order that felt she didn't deserve the job. As a result of the fallout with the heads of the Order over the incident, Pure Light was assigned to slay a dangerous Lich, named Lixir Plasma, that had begun using Nercomancy to attempt a take over of Trottingham. Pure Light was exiled, only allowed to return should she bring back to shattered remains of Lixir.

She then pursued the "Dread Queen of Trottingham" for two years, taking and dealing crippling blow after cunning scheme, until the final confrontation came. They were both trapped in another of Lixir's fortresses, unable to escape the self-destruct mushroom she had installed. Only one of them could leave, and in the enclosed space Pure Light had Lixir on the ropes. Victory looked certain, until Lixir cast a stranuge incantation that fused the two of them together, body and soul. In this sudden and awkward event, they managed only enough coordination to escape through the portal.
  Personality: Despite being stern, Pure Light is incredibly patient with people. She also magically bound to slay all beings of the undeath, regardless of her opinions of them, or their morality. Ever since her fusion with Lixir, the nercomancer's influence has lessened some of her patience, but it is still strong. She is grappling with the new ideas of the necromancer that she can never be free of.

  Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Lixir's magic is rooted with fungi. Her crowning achievement is a spell that will cause mushrooms to spawn from nearly any surface. Her favorite tactic is to spawn necrovops, a creation of hers that will explode, causing anything it kills to rise again as undead under Lixir's control.
  Weaknesses: While deceptively fast, Lixir isn't particularly strong, and is a poor close combat fighter.
  Occupation: Formerly a mycologist, then the self-styled "Dread Queen of Trottingham", now a wandering adventurer.

  History: Lixir started out as a self-taught prodigy in Trottingham, taking to mushroom based magic quite quickly. She soon became a skilled mycologist, receiving much praise for her research at the age of 17, all of it done under the pen name of Luminescence. Eventually, Celestia took note of this rising star, and tracked her down to her real identity. Lixir accepted a formal education at the Celestia's School For Gifted Unicorns. However, she was edged out of the position of Celestia's Faithful Student by Sunset Shimmer. Feeling that she herself was far more deserving of the position, Lixir retired to her private studies, working on a project that she believed would change Celestia's mind. Becoming a Lich.

She had talked to Celestia on man occasion, not feeling the same formality with her that most of the Canterlot Students did. She had gleaned from her many conversations that it broke Celestia's heart each time a Faithful Student passed one. In her irrational and spurned mindset, Lixir reasoned that Celestia would give a student as skilled as Sunset in favor of a student who was only slightly less skilled, but wouldn't die of old age or other hazard. Using mushrooms as test subjects, Lixir managed the conversion to Lich in only 5 years. When she presented her new body before Celestia however, she took a beam to the head, and was destroyed.

As she regenerated at her phylactery, she became further enraged. Deciding that any respect, no matter how it was gained, was better than none, Lixir eventually reached the somewhat flawed conclusion that she should conquer Trottingham, her hometown. When she first attempted to do so however, she was stopped by  Pure Light, an exiled Crusader intent on slaying Lixir and her army of fungi zombies.

They battled for two years, taking and dealing crippling blow after cunning scheme. Lixir would erect cobbled together fortresses, then Pure Light would topple them and chase Lixir to the next one. During this time, Lixir recovered a scroll from her old house. She had discovered it has a child, and while she was capable of casting it, she could not decipher what it did. Eventually, the final confrontation came. They were both trapped in another of Lixir's fortresses, unable to escape the self-destruct mushroom she had installed. Only one of them could leave, and in the enclosed space Pure Light had Lixir on the ropes. Victory looked certain, until Lixir read the strange, undecipherable scroll. Instead of vaporizing Pure Light like Lixir had hoped, the scroll  fused the two of them together. With their bodies fused and their souls stuck inside it they managed only enough coordination to escape through the portal.
  Personality: Lixir is incredibly impatient and mercurial. On the flip side however, she is surprisingly generous for a Dread Queen, and is quick to repay any debts owed in full at a timely fashion.

History (Final Wave):After the events of the fusion, the two mages eventually realized they were stuck together. After years of clashing, they both knew the other well enough that neither would be able to accomplish any schemes as long as they were fused. After reaching this conclusion, they both noticed that they were outside the crumbling ruin of the fortress, surrounded by Timberwolves. in the frantic fight/fleeing, they both gradually gained an idea of how to, albeit in a limited fashion, cooperate. They eventually made it back to a town, where they realized that this new form would need a name, seeing as neither of them were comfortable attempting to return to their old lives with the other in their brain. Taking together two random words from market vendor signs, the settled on 'Final Wave'. With nothing better to do, they began adventuring in lost tomes, taking up jobs in the hopes of getting enough money to fund a research project to unfuse the two of them.

Distinguishing Features: Darryl is extremely large, not only for a scorpion; she totals roughly 10 meters from head to base of tail.  She is also fitted with a large, flat saddle, which usually carries supplies.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Darryl's main specialty is brute strength.  She is also rather fast for her size, and uses her claws and tail for combat.  She is sensitive to vibrations through the ground, allowing her to triangulate the position of anything on a hard floor.

Weaknesses: Darryl isn't exactly smart, being able to solve only basic problems and follow commands.  Her venom is particularly weak, causing at worst a bit of a lump.  She also has exceptionally poor vision.

Occupation: Lab subject, guard

History: Darryl is the result of one of Doctor Kings's more successful tests.  The first attempt was made from an emperor scorpion to have a longer lifespan, and greater size.  It was more or less successful, but the scorpion's nature made controlling it difficult.  1.0 was terminated, and Kings tried again.

Darryl 2.0 had her brain altered towards that of a dog's, making her easier to train and more loyal.  This one was kept for longer, but it soon became clear that there was no cap on how large she could get.  Another termination, and another attempt.

The final version, 2.1, had her growth limited to a more manageable size.  Once it became obvious that the growth cap had worked, Kings used the scorpion as a guard dog of sorts, training her to follow basic commands such as "sit", "stay", "guard", "carry", "scare", and "break".  Eventually, as Darryl's intelligence grew, she was able to follow more specific, complex commands.

Darryl had a crucial part in Kings' discovery of Crow Ethos.  When Crow was disguised as Kings, he had a fear reaction to Darryl, who attacked him.

Personality: Darryl is usually friendly towards people she knows, acting protective and following commands.  However, when meeting new people, she gets nervous and defensive of the ones she already knows.  She is scared of bright lights and loud noises.

Distinguishing Features: Aside from his spectral qualities, his visible scars on his upper abdomen stick out.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Granting power to those seeking revenge, in exchange for the wishing person's soul.

Weaknesses: If the wishing person does not manage to avenge whatever wrong they have met, Vengeful Spirit will have to finish the job, which drains his essence more than simply granting a wish does. Should he drain all of his essence, he will die.

Occupation: A wish-granting genie is an occupation, I suppose.

Gear: None except his home.

History: In life, Vengeful Spirit was an alicorn, one who lived outside Equestria's borders. Celestia and Luna knew of him, but didn't care much for him for he didn't care for them either, too busy was he ruling some now-forgotten realm. Eventually however, he arrived in Equestria, unbidden and, according to those who heard his speeches, seeking to purge corruption and chaos from Equus. Celestia and Luna thought it was a noble goal and pledged their support, something that Spirit seemed to appreciate greatly. However, when it came to their attention that the stallicorn was burning down villages he deemed too corrupt to save, Celestia and Luna were forced to retaliate. In the end, Vengeful Spirit was slain and his body was cremated, his ashes put inside an urn. However, upon the last of his ashes hitting the bottom of the urn, it vanished!

Despite searches, none seemed to be able to locate the urn, until some mysterious reports appeared of ponies appearing in the streets, completely fine except for being completely immobile despite everything being as it should be. It was as if their souls were snatched and only husks were left behind, not alive but not quite dead. And there always is a suspect, one who the now-lifeless pony would have a grudge against. Yet they're always later found dead.
Now this urn containing the ashes of a certain Vengeful Spirit appears in places throughout Equestria, unassuming in appearance, but with great promises held within. Should curiosity drive you to rub the inscription to clear it enough for reading, you will get revenge against all who wronged you.

Personality: Venge hates betrayers and those who break their promises to use their wished powers for vengeance. Should they keep their part of the bargain however, their soul will join the millions of others, lengthening Vengeful Spirit's lifespan. In addition, the souls of those he acquires become one with his own, his desires become their desires, their thirst for revenge will become his. And so he takes pleasure in the fulfilling of these so called contracts. Vengeance is sweeter than a lover's touch, he has been known to say.

Current Home: An urn containing his ashes. The urn appears randomly in places throughout Equestria and has an inscription written in ancient Equestrian, which only the most experienced and studied of historians can decipher. It reads: "The deathbed of one who took his campaign for peace and harmony too far. The road to evil is paved with good intentions, so always watch where you go."

History: Born in the underground community of cavern, he was raised like the others children and found interest in their town's history. Learning of their exile a thousand years ago by dragons he began to wonder if the world was changed by the vicious beasts. He contributed to the small community by farming their food but was denied access to the outside by the chief. Despite this, he wanted to leave and began to dig a escape tunnel to see the outside world taking him 3 years as he dug in the wrong direction. Emerging victorious at a cliff he fell off and into a rapid river taking him several dozen miles from his home while at the same time his tunnel collapsed. He awoken in shallow lake and begun the search for home heading in the wrong direction. Sleeping by day and travelling by night he wanders the horrifying land of Equestria (well horrorifying to him as the sun rises every morning).

Personality: He is a very nervous and alert colt who is easily sacred and amazed by many things. Frightful of new ponies, he avoids speaking to others and tries to focus on his goal of finding home. He is curious and has a urge to learn but prefers keeping to what he knows. His lack of a proper teaching of speech makes him upset when people can't understand him.

Being haughty and prideful makes him think he is higher than the average pony, he treats other stallions with disrespect while the mares receive his full attention
Occupation: CEO of Geared Steel Industries
Gear: Premium always carries a personal ledger of all his purchases and a quill with that ledger. His reading glasses are carried in a pocket just above his heart, connected to a long thin chain.
History: At a young age Premium was raised under a very poor roof. His father was common worker that worked his life at a coal mine where he would work long hours and be paid very little for his hard work. His mother worked as a laundry women who slaved over the clothing of others. Premium being the only child was their buddle of joy but he was far from joyous. The other colts and fillies teased him for being different, for his parents being dirt poor but most of all his clothing. His family couldn’t afford any normal clothing so his mother tried her very best sowing together rags to make a poor excuse for clothing.
Each day at school was a nightmare till one day he when ten years old. That day he decided that enough was enough; he went out and got himself a job. Earning some money, lawn trimmer in all, worked hard to fill his family’s pockets with extra money. Half of the money went to his own personal gains while the other half went to his parents. While the other children were playing around, goofing off by buying excessive objects, Premium was working his ass off; trimming lawns and taking care of plants.
Later on he moved over to the side of the construction worker when he was old enough. Hammering in nails, screwing in screws, and replacing parts of machines. One thing bothered him, the parts broke often and he would have to get new parts for the machines he used to build houses.
With the saved up money he paid for his collage in one payment for eight years. Premium studied for years in the Equstria Business Collage under the guidance of Filthy Rich’s book about the business mindset. Thinking back to his time as a construction worker; the nails and screws he worked with were not the best but he could do better. Years followed intensive research into what nails and screws were made of. He made a discovery about how the nails are made and how to improve the making of the nail.
Premium took out a business loan; started a small mine and manufactory right next to each other. He hired two other ponies to help him start off the business of making nails. Over time, years passing, his business grew. He had expanded into other branches of metal working. His cuitemark followed the trend of his business and appeared just before he opened his main factory. Soon enough he was rolling in dough thanks to his brand being one of the best brands around. Ads, news stories, the lot of it coming to bring his company more publicity. He enjoyed every dollar that came his way. Those dollars fueled his greed but kept his heart soft as he became a bachelor of wealth.  
Personality:Haughty, prideful, arrogant, gentle stallion, and greedy. Using his money to flaunter others and draw others to his side. He has a soft spot for mares since they provide the ultimate pleasure.

Misc: Geared Steel Industries produces all manner of metal components that are used in building or the repair of machines. Producing mostly in the field of nails, screws, nuts, bolts, gears, and springs. Being one of the largest producers allows the company to attract more business than their competitors. The business is located within Canterlot’s industrial district while the office building is located within Canterlot’s commercial district.
