A HB pencil is just a regular writing pencil.
You see, you can get all different kinds of Pencil, H having a harder lead, whilst B has a soft lead. Most drawing pencils range from B to 9B, but HB is a combination of both leads; perfect for writing.

I: Upon the Topic of Skill

Skill is the most respectable Attribute in any Being upon a Battlefield.  Skills gained, not given by Nature or Magic, are what determine a Being's Worth. Combat is only to be used to aid Allies.  Combat for the sake of Combat is deemed as an unethical Act.  During Combat, only the Strength your Opponent possesses may be used.  In Combat with a Group, only the Strength of the strongest Member may be used.  Combat shall be decided by the Skill of the Combatants.  If a Combatant has a Skill given from Nature the other Combatant does not, this Skill may not be used.  If your Opponent proves themselves to have more Skill, you must concede Defeat, and no longer prevent them from reaching their Intention.  Before Combat, the Combatants must agree on what concedes the Victor.  

IV: Upon the Topic of the Dead

The Memories of the Dead are to be given Respect.  The Bodies of the Dead do not require such Respect.  Do not purposefully defile a Body of the Dead, but it is not necessary to protect a Body of the Dead from Decay.  Allow Nature to take Nature's Course on a Body of the Dead whenever possible.

V: Upon the Topic of the Codes

These Codes are only held by Beings who take the Oath.  Each Being has their own Code, and these Codes are to be respected, as different as they may be.  New Additions may be made to the Code whenever deemed necessary by the Being who has taken the Oath.  The Codes may not restrict Matters of Friendship, Matters of Family, Matters of Worship, Matters of Blood, Matters of Status, or Matters of the Heart.

Name: Buttercup Fenrir Anuk Hylin, uses his middle name when with friends

Race: Diamond Dog, Doberman breed

Age: None, even he, knows his real age. But looks to be in his early twenties.

Mane: Silver and gold, it being coloured by a rather bad illusion spell that dosn´t always keep up with his movements.

Coat: Jet black with a few scars showing trough it.

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: Are trained on a novice level in both paw to paw combat and twin sword fencing.

Distinguishing Features: Have a pair of tattoos on his face, one of an Ankh in the right side of his face, his eye looking out of the loop. The other tattoo being the Eye of Horus with his left eye being the iris. With tattoos not showing properly on furred creatures have Buttercup not only gotten the drawings made in midnight blue ink, but gotten the marks burnt as well so they never will be hidden in fur.
On each of his arms and on his legs does he bear a pair of octarine arm and calf guards with a triple helix design, the spirals made from electrum, an alloy of gold and silver that he believes brings him luck, the spirals beginning at the root of his fingers and toes, and stops at his elbow and knee with his guards, them encasing his arms and legs without any seems or clear way to be taken off. While the armour seems to be of a dull dark grey hue to most does the octarine really show its real colours when the eyes of a strong magic user looks at them, their real colour being a greenish-yellow purple that only can be seen in the magical spectrum. The effect is like staring into a spinning rainbow, pleasant for some, tripping for others and giving a headache when you look away for most.

Speciality (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Knows of the secret behind the "chakra of lightning and vigour", it in layman terms meaning that he knows how to make potions of healing, potions of enhanced speed and reaction time and not least a tonic that makes him able to channel "static electricity" both trough himself and out into his weapons, meaning that he have to move around to charge up, using all of his stored energy with each zap.

Weaknesses: One of Buttercups biggest weaknesses is that he dosn´t believe in magic, no matter how much of it he sees, him being in the belief that it is just "channelled chakra" and since he have faith in his own chakra can it not harm him.
In general does Buttercup not know his own limits fully, and have often tried to bite over bigger things than he could chew because of his "mastery of chakra"

Occupation: While Buttercup have no permanent job have all the jobs he have taken had something to do with protection, jobs as guard, body guard and bouncer being normal for him.

Gear: A pair of Khopeshs or sickle swords on his back, a pair of bandoleers with "potions of chakra" in them, a loincloth and a backpack on his back with knick knack and a straw mat to sleep on.

History: As an orphan child grew Buttercup up in a Zebracan cult that was rooted in the belief of "Those that Came Before", a mysterious collection of beings that after their belief came down from the stars, each taking home in a celestial body of some kind. These greater beings bringing the secret of chakra to all, the chakra of flight, the chakra of energy, the chakra of growth and so on and so on, the greater beings giving a specific chakra to all beings, big or small, beside the Diamond Dog race, them being the only ones not born with it, but able to learn the secrets of chakra.
Having worked for the cult many a year, taken many classes, and paid many bits of gold and carat of gemstones, had Buttercup gotten enough of never leaning anything, him one day taking the knowledge that he wanted instead of waiting on it. Only one single secret, the one of lightning and vitality did he grasp from the mighty tome he had stolen before he was caught in the act and thrown out on the street, rejected and renounced by teachers, friends and those that he had chosen to call family.
While having been given up by his teachings did he himself never give up on what he had been thought, and over the years to come found he others that had belief in chakra. These new folk teaching him how to harness his body instead of his mind, martial arts and fencing taking up the room that mediation and hard slave like manual labour once had in his life.

Personality: While being a fighter is Buttercup a big fan of pacifism, and while having the size to be a brute is he gentle as a lamb, never one to get aggravated or yell.
In Buttercup world is there no bigger right or wrong, good or bad, only life and death, and all decisions that dosn´t end in death is good ones, be it kidnapping of foals or other things that others see as wrong. That being said can Buttercup kill people if needed, but does it rarely if not at all, only doing it as his last resort and if he knows with 120% certainty that it would save more people than it would hurt.

Current Home: Buttercup current home is wherever he lays his head to rest, him never staying in the same place all too long, although he have a habit to often return to towns that he have a liking of. Some of the more common places to find him being in or near the Everfree Forest, The Crystal Empire and Roam in Zebraca.

Misc: Haves an allergy to shellfish and nuts, both giving him tummy trouble and a rash. Eats both things anyway.

Coat: Pale gray near the face, turns a shade lighter towards his backside

Cutie mark.: The Twin-Tailed Comet (Looks like this, just without the circle)

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: His mane is kept in a ponytail.

Distinguishing Features: The colt is blind and his eyes are cloudy due to a fully developed cataract in both his eyes.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Has divination abilities according to him but they are almost always down to him just being lucky in his prophecies. One could call it a Pinkie Sense 0.2 Alpha build

Weaknesses: When his luck runs out he will be forced to admit that he's no prophet like he claims to be. But even then, he will still have some ability to predict what is yet to come.

Occupation: Has a shop where he offers prophecies to paying customers.

Gear: Nothing besides the band that he uses to tie up his ponytail.

History: Celestial Sight was born as a sightless foal of great prodigy for the little colt had his cutie mark the instant he was born. Taking this as a sign of greatness, he was named Celestial Sight in addition to being pampered and adored by all. Once he was able to talk, he began saying random things like "that flower vase will fall" or "that nice stallion is gonna fall through an opened sewer grate" and they always happened. His parents began advertising him as a prophet who could tell your future. What they didn't know that it all was pure dumb luck on Sight's part. He, however knew it. And yet he keeps up this act to this day. Why? Because his parents are so proud of him, he doesn't wanna let them down. Not to mention he likes the attention.

Personality: When doing business, he keeps a face of indifference, as if he knew all the problems of the pony who comes to him for his services. With children his age, he likes to play games with them as long as he doesn't have to run long distances so he doesn't get lost.

Current Home:

Misc: His parents keep the shop up. The shop is like a large stall with a purple cushion on it that he sits on.

Race:Pegasus-Dragon Hybrid
Age: 32
Mane: Solid raven black mane and tail. The bangs of the mane are braided to keep the silky hair out of her face but the rest of the mane is wrapped about her neck before trailing down her left side. A red ribbon is bound to the near bottom of her hair to serve as a reminder to what happened so long ago. When she is wearing her armor, the mane will be tucked inside the helmet and neck cuff.
Coat: Pure white fur  that shimmers in the morning sun with patches of red scales around her: neck and upper legs, her knees and just above her hooves, surrounding her flank and trails down the upper part of her tail. Her under belly is made of large, stretchy scales that allow some of the moves she is doing. She has one black wing on the right side of her body while the other was cut off when assailants attacked her home.
Cutie mark.: Katana with a pink lilly rose next to it
Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: Given the appearance of a koi fish's scales, her father's looked like a Koi's scales but her mother was raven black to which gave her the wing.
Distinguishing Features: She always wears a necklace that symbolizes the balance between all. Two large, strange looking horns protrude from her head and a head band that is connected. Along where her wing was brutally separated from her body is a light pink scar where it was.  
Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Born into a family of samurai her ability with the sword is quite high. Being able to strike down others that dare to come up against her, she holds the very honor of her family’s katana in her hooves. Magically enchanted with light magic the sword can strike harder than its equivalents; slicing through harder substances like butter but limited on how she can use it. The sword has been enchanted with the light magic to allow her to slice the very spells out of the air as they come towards her as she worships the mighty sun itself. After going through extremely tedious training she learned how to be faster with her body and to fight with her hooves though she carries a Yumi Bow for ranged.
Weaknesses:When she was younger her wing was brutally sliced away from her body, she can’t fly and that side is always hurting. Blows to the side cut deeper into her body and cause extreme pain across her body. She can only stop the spell if it comes towards her where she points the sword otherwise the spell can go straight through and hit her. Traveling at speed can make her exhausted if she uses that speed too often or too long. Armor is useful for taking physical hits but provides no resistance to spells.  She can only use the bow when she stands up on her back legs so she can’t move if she does use it.
Occupation: Shrine protector and monk.
Gear: Her armor and Katana
History:Raised in the family of Calmauim, she was brought up with the greatest amount of honor and justice that came from her dragon father while her pony mother taught her about the ideals of civil actions and how to maintain one’s self among other people. The both of them taught her about the god they worship which was Yato, which was the source of all life in the world. (Similar to Celestia)
Peace prospered inside the family but over time others became envious of their wealth and power that came from service to the emperor. One day everything changed to the point that an assailant came into their home to slay their family. Delivering a mortal wound to her mother then cutting off her wing she retaliated back with a stab of her father’s short katana. Catching the assailant completely by surprise she ran him all the way through. Disgusted, hurt, bleeding and weeping she walked all the way to where her father, the temple of Yato, was before collapsing right at his feet.

Healing his own daughter he knew that she wouldn’t be safe from anyone so he taught her to wield the katana as a tool of peace and not for destruction. She learned and grew more powerful with each day that she trained but as time went on so did the ideas. A civil war started in Neighpon between the emperor and the shogun that ruled. Fearing for his daughter’s life she sent her away to Equstria to wait out the war.
Personality: Seems a little cold but she is very kind unless you challenge her on the battlefield. Swift, brutal and fierce is the ways to describe her whenever she fights but at the shrine she set up she is peaceful and calm. Thoughtfully holding the morals of the Samurai code high above the riffraff of others.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc):Trained in overtone singing- sings multiple tones at the same time
Weaknesses:A little too fond of company- doesn't like being by himself

Gear: n/a
History: Two Tones grew up at Applewood Mills.He was best friends with the owner's son, until the son was sent to Canterlot to research possible expansion for the mill.

He discovered his special talent after a travelling troupe of musicians performed in Las Pegasus. He became fascinated with the Tuvan throat singer, and later that evening (after several hours of practice) produced his first overtone. Two Tones applied for and recieved a scholarship to Las Pegasus' School of Music, where he studied and practiced to perform professionally.
However, after his father passed away, Two Tones went back to the Mill, where his father had been second in command. Two Tones stepped in to fill his father's shoes, so to speak, and was quickly put in line to inherit the mill from the current owner, as the owner's son was estranged.

The son returned and reunited with both his father and Two Tones. They've been friends ever since, and Two Tones helps run the day to day aspects of life on a large mill.
Personality:Flirtatious, fun loving. Loyal to his friends, and has a strict set of rules he follows. Doesn't like to be serious.

Titles: Heiress, The Fair Lady, Dutchess (incorrect to refer to her as such)

Race: Vampire (Unicorn sub-type)

Age: 317, stopped aging at 21, but can adjust her age appearance.

Mane: Black, long with some of it tied back into a ponytail

Coat: Ivory (White). Neatly trimmed, with enough left to keep it soft for cuddles.

Cutie mark: Of note, she lacks a cutie mark, this lack of a cutie mark is notable, as it forces her to search for her talent and learn a great many skills that aren't her talent.

Extra details that aren't needed but are nice to add: Other than her set of beautiful white fangs which she can retract at will, the sclera of her eyes is black, while the iris is blood red and can almost be seen in the dark. Her magic color is hot pink.

Distinguishing Features: Her insistence on wearing what appears to be outdated dresses and refusing to take them off strike most as odd, especially in a very open society like Equestria.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): She has one set of power, which stem from her vamprirism. Other than those powers, she has learned a great many skills searching for her cutie mark the last 310 years, and being unsuccessful. In terms of skills, she can do anything from cooking a ten course meal to picking a complex lock to giving a massage to die for.

Her vampiric powers are limited, and cannot be used in sunlight. She can Glamour ponies, which can range from making them unable to see her (only on the weak willed, or those who didn't know ahead of time what she looked like) to easing pain and confusion, she can't do this while wearing eye protection and it doesn't affect anyone who is wearing eye protection, it also makes her eyes actually glow. She can 'blink' or move at extreme speeds for range of seventy feet, usually in a second or less, though if her path is interrupted by sunlight, she will stop in the sunlight. Her final ability is she can create a doppelganger  that exists for 24 hours, but lacks her powers, and her immunities to physical attacks. the doppelganger does not act on its own, as it is merely a puppet operated by Blood Moon's will.

Weaknesses: Her main weakness is that her powers do not function in sunlight. Her regeneration is cut off, she cannot blink-teleport, and her glamours suffer from reduced effectiveness. Her eyes themselves are sensitive to light, forcing her to wear sunglasses or be blinded. She has no combat prowess whatsoever, and will usually try to avoid conflict. She has an extreme fear of real fire, causing her to panic at the sight of it. She has a terrible case of OCD, so, say if a bag of rice spills where she can see it, she would start counting every grain as she collected them, or if a painting was tilted and she noticed it, she would have to fix it perfectly. She also cannot cross thresholds into a dwelling unless invited, this limitation also extends to 'private' rooms in the dwelling as well.

There is only one way to truly kill her though, rather than disabling her. One would have to put a stake through her heart to paralyze her (she does have a very durable rib cage in the way though), then expose her to sunlight and cut her head off, then burn her until she is nothing but ashes. If she is not fully reduced to a pile of ashes, she can and will come back. Killing her will cause her to become a (Highly visible, mind you) Spirit that wouldn't be able to harm anyone, but what kind of sick monster would do that?

Occupation: Adventurer/Heiress AKA no real job. Just has lots of spending money.

Gear: A pair of sunglasses with rose tinted lenses, A set of lockpicks made to fit the majority of locks, she carries a 'Bag of nick-nacks' which holds a whole bunch of tools of her many trades, though it has no weapons. She also has a tea set with tea (obviously) that she can summon from her castle on a whim, it also includes a table, napkins, and tea biscuits.


History: Blood Moon was born under her name sake, as the second child of the Sol family of Royal Vampires. She and her sisters were raised separately, so she never knew her sisters or how many she had. Her father, the Duke of Transylmaneia, was never involved in her life due to him being busy with politics   After she turned two, her mother, Harvest, began teaching her how to be a proper lady and to fit in with high society. At six, she was taught to use her powers in a bare minimum manner. At seven, she consumed blood for the first time, gaining the ability to see in the dark, becoming immortal, and enhancing her existing powers. That's when her mother told her what her future was, and left her with Geas and Ró. Ró explained to Blood Moon that she was the Heiress, chosen by her father to inherit the family fortune and name, but for that to happen, she needed to find her talent. So, she went through the equestrian school system, graduated, then studied at every university across Equestira. This ate about fifty years out of her life, and she had not found her cutie mark. She became bound and determined to earn her cutie mark, she then spent the next 200 years learning every single skill she could, and never finding her cutie mark, ever. Then she revived news, terrible, terrible news. Her mother had died of unknown causes. That was vampire speak for 'Killed by a vampire hunter'. Transylmaneia was not a demesne friendly to vampire hunters, as the rulers themselves were always there to protect the commoners from bandits, so Blood Moon was able to find the scum that killed her mother fairly fast, and asked the hunter why he did it. 'For personal fun, and because she was an affront to nature' That was all she needed to hear to separate the pony's head from the rest of him by grabbing his mane with her teeth. She was done. She shut out the world and settled into castle Sol with a variety of string instruments and a library of books after her mother's funeral. She practiced her various skills during those fifty-five years of isolation. During the last year however, a pony came to the door, she refused to name herself, but she said she could help Blood Moon. Blood Moon scoffed at the idea, but the mare refused to leave, instead dragging Blood Moon out of her castle and taking her around the now-modern town of Transylmaneia and showing Blood the good things that the modern day had to provide, and how many new thing could be learned. Blood Moon did ask the mare her name enough times to get her to relent, and she responded with "Sol, Solaris, I go by a great many names. None of them important." Blood Moon became fascinated and entranced with the world again and has spent the last five years adapting and adjusting to modern life. And of course, learning about new skills and updating old ones.

Personality: Though she appears dominating, manipulative, detached, and cold as ice on the outside, it's merely a show to hide her nicer side from the world, as she learned early in those 317 years that ponies have a capacity for cruelty, so she chose to 'freeze' her nicer side for encounters with ponies she could trust. She always attempts to be polite and courteous, as per her mother's instruction, no matter the time of day. Her skin temperature changes depending on the mood she's in.

Current Home: Castle Sol in the village of Transylmaneia. It borders the frozen north, and it's in a peculiar spot where the sun only shines three hours a day.

Followers: She has two 'Familiars' that follow her everywhere. Their names are Geas, who appears as a small, cartoonishly adorable bat, and Ró, who appears as a very large cat-type creature. Geas can shapeshift into a variety of stabbing and slashing weapons, such as pikes, scimitars, estocs, spears, partisans, and claymores, and he can attack while in these weapon forms. Ró usually turns into a throne, a large cushion, a normal chair, a bean-bag style chair, or an umbrella, she will always attempt to shield Blood Moon from attacks, and is extremely durable, unlike Geas. The familiars will always come back from being killed as long as Blood Moon is still alive.

Misc: She of course, does need to drink blood, and the longer she abstains, the more monstrous she appears, and the weaker the sun makes her.

Before I create this character, I would also like to propose a new sub-species as well.
Race: Dragopony (If you have a better name please suggest it cuz this is the best I could come up with)

Lifespan: roughly half that of a dragons lifespan, so depending on the the type of dragon the parent is this may be anywhere from 500-2000 years.

Type: Part pony, part dragon. Rarely half and half, dominant species usually determined by mother (Pony father + dragon mother= Dragon with a few pony like features, Dragon Father + Pony mother= Pony with extensively varying draconic features). Almost no two dragoponies look the same or have the same features.

Possible Features: If pony is dominant species- Start as an earth pony base then various added features from there such as draconic wings (feathered and leather), horns and spikes, longer leather or scaled tail, tougher hide, and (more rarely) draconic talons in place of 2 or 4 hooves along with reshaped legs. Consistently dominant draconic traits- Narrow pupils (draconic eyes), growth of canine teeth, and ability to eat and gather nutrients from various sediments such as crystals and jewels as well as they can easily digest both meat and vegetation. If Dragon is dominant species- same as above but vice versa.

Extra Info: Dragoponies are conceived through magical means as these two species would otherwise be unable to conceive due to vast genetic differences, but dragon magic allows the couple to bypass the genetic barrier without risk of extreme deformities (In other words magic dragon fucking makes magic sperm or egg tongue ). However, due to this unique condition, all traits become recessive and will be bread out by the next generation unless the couple consists of both dragoponies. So if a dragopony mates with either a pony or dragon their offspring will be predominately pony or dragon. Pony dominant dragoponies may obtain cutie marks but Dragon dominants do not.

Traits: Dragoponies, though they come in many shapes and sizes, only obtain draconic traits. So although a dragopony may have wings they are not pegasi and do not have pegasi magic and may not cloud walk or manipulate weather through physical means. Just as if a dragopony has horns they still do not use the same form of magic as unicorns and cannot use their horns as a natural catalyst. They do, however, still have a somewhat limited access to dragon magic, but because they do not have a natural catalyst and are not natural dragons all spells, unless practiced thoroughly and used extensively, take longer to cast or require the use of drawn out runes and sygils.

If you require anymore information on the above let me know, and now finally onto my character:

Name: Tylus Vilkas (Silent Wolf - Lithuanian) A.K.A. The Mute

Race: Dragopony (pony dominant)

Age: 32 for all normal RP's, 100-400 for OP combat type RP

Mane: Straight and loose Jet Black with a few various intertwined grey highlights. Usually disheveled.

Coat: Kind of shaggy, thicker coat. Dark bluish grey hair on top but greyish white underbelly and chin

Cutie mark: Scroll with red quill

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: If you remove all his gear and ignore the face he looks kind of like a ponywolf or werepony. Also has a strange quirk when traveling with a group where he will draw strange face on his mask in order to express himself to others.

Distinguishing Features: Both blind and mute. Horribly disfigured face, missing left eye and dulled out grey right eye, Upper lip has been cut off. Feathered Draconic wings. Slightly extended tail with fur.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc):
Blind Sense- allows him to move around freely without stumbling around and bumping into everything, makes his ears very sensitive so he is able to pick out other ponies as long as they are moving or making some distinguishable noise. Can also be used to create a basic short ranged layout of the inside of the building he is in by means similar to echo location, requires him to make his own louder noises though.

Blind fighting- Allows him to fight normally without sight, also makes it harder to sneak attack him.
Feathered Draconic wings- can be used to push or beat away opponents and can be used for limited defense, the thicker feathers also give him silent flight.

Natural Sense of Direction- He was born with an innate sense of direction and always seems to know where he is going.
Good at hiding- he’s good at hiding… can normally quickly find the best places for him to hide in a room able to find the darkest corners of rooms even without his sigh or just able to shove himself in some relatively small places.

Elder Knowledge- the ability to ace any history exam ever. He has extensive knowledge of history and any lands his father has explored before him. This knowledge though is still limited to what he or his father knows and may often be outdated. So its mostly historical knowledge. But its very useful for giving out locations of several magical artifacts. Also has given him knowledge on how to perform quite a few spells, but these extra spells can only be performed through painstaking hours of drawing out the penta or hexagrams and then drawing out each individual rune and sigil and if somepony scuffs it he will have to start over.

Spell List: Spider Walk- Only spell he can use on command without pausing. Allows him to walk up walls and move on ceilings.

Gout of Flame- Did not inherit the trait of fire breath so this is a very basic flame spell he uses as a replacement. Takes 10-20 sec. to cast.

Flash- Produce a short single burst of blinding light. Takes 15-20 sec. to cast.

Transcribe- Allows him to absorb written text through touch, only works as fast as he can read. Takes 30-40 sec. to cast

Shadow- Shrouds himself in shadows, makes him harder to see in darker settings. Only works in darker settings, while he can cast it at day time a large moving pony shaped 3 dimensional shadow isn’t very conspicuous. Does not make him impossible to see, in fact if hes still quite noticeable if he moves around with it on. Takes 20-30 sec. to cast

Hide Presence- For a limited time, makes him invisible to magical detection (scry, life sense, etc.). takes 1 min to cast.


Weaknesses: Blind sense has a limited range, mostly anything that is within earshot but at a certain distance it becomes unreliable when trying to determine exact location. Blind sense can be tricked and is not perfect by any means and is mainly a means of being able to move around comfortably.

Blind fighting only works in his immediate vicinity and does not sense ranged attacks coming at him. Though he is not completely helpless when it comes to a ranged attacks as he can still sense the attack within the short range, ranged attacks are still a glaring weakness.

Blindness makes extended flight impossible as when he is in the air he loses all sense of direction and will inevitably crash. Flight is limited gliding off of higher ledges or getting from one platform to another with the help and direction of another.

If you are not moving or making any distinct noises, he cannot sense you and will not know anyone is there. Also can only determine who is who by voice, can sometimes create a relative size of the character by how heavy there hooffalls are. (must ask GM beforehand how many other characters I can sense in a room at any given time. I can not decide for myself who I can or cannot see unless they are making themselves blatantly obvious)

All spells, except for spider walk, take a significant amount of time to cast, making them ineffectual in combat scenarios unless given time to prepare by another player, or can find a place that will keep him safe just long enough to perform a spell.

Has very little combat skill. Is quite ineffectual at combat past basic self-defense. All skills mostly revolve around running and hiding and occasionally stabbing if situations demand such. Neither is he an assassin, his work revolves around solely information gathering and the selling of said information. He generally falls short on the killing aspect of things, although he can and will kill if he must. Tylus will do all that he can within his power to avoid direct conflict, while giving those who do specialize in direct conflict the info to gain the upperhand in his place.

Occupation: Information Broker and Freelance Spy

Gear: Signature Iron mask that covers the entirety of his face and jaw.

Black wide-brim hat.

Long black cloak with hood.

Large dark brown scarf.

Utility belt with a multitude of pouches containing: writing utensils including pieces of charcoal to draw with, small plate tablet used for writing and communication, iron darts, caltrops, various poisons, and flint with tinder.

Map case with magical map- Map can reshape and configure itself to most known terrestrial places, does not work underground or inside buildings, transcription rune has been permanently bonded to it allowing him to read the map without needing to recast spell.

Large steel knife strapped with sheeth strapped to his barrel within range of his mouth.

Small hoof mounted spring powered dart launcher on inside right forehoof, only fires one at a time before he must reload

History: Born in Leviathania to a pegasus mother, who was sold in a slave auction and given to Tylus’s father, Errol, as a gift. Errol did not care for owning thralls as his work kept him on the move all across equis, but upon receiving a 5 year vacation leave he decided to keep her around. Surprisingly, she grew on him very quickly and 2 years later she birthed Tylus who was born mute. After another 3 years passed, Errol released Tylus’s mother from the bond of slavery and moved her out to an Equestrian border village as he thought it would be safer than living in Leviathania, which Errol then promptly vanished from Tylus’s life for many years to come as he was off doing spy stuff.

He got his cutie mark in scholarship when he was 9 as he had obsession with reading and academia. Although only a year later, his village was attacked by heretic worshippers of Mictlantecuhtli, a god of death and cannabilism and an enemy of Quetzalcoatl. Finding loyalists of Quetzalcoatl in this village the heretics overwhelmed the villagers in a surprise attack and proceeded to torture and eat them in reverence to their god. Tylus and his mother were revealed to be direct relatives to an agent of Quetzalcoatl by one of the other villagers while being tortured in exchange for a quick death, and so the mother was feasted on by each member of the heretics while they severely tortured Tylus. Errol meanwhile had been hearing rumors of a cult of Mictlantecuhtli followers in the area and was in the process of tracking them down when he was led back to the village. He arrived only a few hours after his mate had been eaten and was infuriated by what they had done, which resulted in him brutally killing all of them and then eating their mangled corpses. Sadly he was only able to save his son and a little over half dozen of the remaining villagers. The town had been decimated and his son was left flayed and blind.

After helping the remaining villagers gather up and move to the closest town over, Errol decided to take Tylus instead to live in a temple of pony monks as Tylus was now thoroughly blind. Dragon parenting not being the greatest, Errol dropped Tylus off at the temple after giving him the magical map and placed the transcribe spell on it so that he may never lose his way and then delivered him to the monks so that they could teach him to see without sight. Before leaving however, Errol bestowed Tylus with the gift of Elder knowledge so that he may follow in his father’s footsteps. Now the only ones who know who he is are the monks he lived with, who also made him the mask when he decided to leave and asked for a mask, and his father, who no one knows where he is either. Tylus has made a reputation for himself being an accomplished information broker and was eventually given the name The Mute as no-pony has ever heard him speak. This is now the name that he responds to and has stuck with it. Some have been able to figure out what he is but most just assume he is a Pegasus and is generally up for debate.

Personality: Distant and cold. Very distrustful. Does not like making contact with other ponies. Does not want any other pony knowing who he is ever and it angers him when somepony does. Though when stuck in a group he will do all that he can to pull his own weight and will eventually warm up to others if he has known them long enough.

Current Home: Always moving but tends to stay closer to larger cities as they are better for business.

Misc: Errol is a gold dragon that is approximately 4,500 years old out of a ~10,000 year lifespan.

The Slave trade is common place among dragon culture and legal in Leviathania, and has become an important part of leviathania’s economy. There are laws in regards to how one may obtain a slave and the prevention of maltreatment of slaves but these are often difficult to enforce. Leviathania is not a part of equestrian and therefore does has no need to abide by any equestrian law as slavery is banned in equestrian, exceptions being dragons with diplomatic immunity. Most greater dragons see the collection of thralls and servants as a very important part of the development of their horde as they are seen as long term investments and dragons may create lineages within their thralls greater expanding their range of influence and notereity. I also imagine Leviathania being the eastern Europe of the Equestria universe.

Quetzalcoatl is lord and deity of dragons, the dragon equivalent of celestia and luna although a quite a bit older like discord. (according to the comics, discord has been around since prehistoric times)

The majority of the lore concerning Leviathania and dragon culture I give credit to the Fic series, The Ambassadors Son, which has a lore so extensive and well built how could I not use it! Seriously you should read it, its quite good…. Well ok the main character cries a bit too much but seriously dat lore dooooough! geek

Cutie mark: The image of a slowly dissolving snowflake, with the edges leaking vapour upwards.

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: Her irises are ice blue.

Distinguishing Features: Ciergey is accompanied most of the time by a snow petrel, which tends to be perched on various parts of her body.

Specialty: Ciergey has the ability to control all the nitrogen, in any shape or form, around her in a one metre radius. This goes from being able to move it to being able to alter its temperature, which she usually uses to freeze the nitrogen from the surrounding air into solid weapons in combat to attack opponents with.

She also has an extreme resistance to cold, finding subzero temperatures to be alright and... well, not to say comfortable, but not uncomfortable either.

Weaknesses: Her control over nitrogen exists only within the one metre radius from herself. Beyond that, she loses control over her constructs and can exert no further control over nitrogen outside the region; she is no longer able to control any of their aspects, for instance maintain their temperature or alter their direction. Also, she is naturally physically frail, most of her strength being concentrated into her magic rather than her body.

Occupation: Unemployed; first daughter of an Equestrian noble

Gear: Ciergey carries no weapons around with her, but does tend to be often seen wearing a long, flowing off-white dress with a little jewelry.

History: Ciergey, or Cier as she likes to be called (also, she does prefer to be known as Icie among her close friends) was born as the daughter of an Equestrian noble, of the Sergla family. As a result, she was at least somewhat pampered her whole life, with few worries aside from school - and feeding her pet bird - plaguing her. Ever since young, she'd proven to be quite intelligent, scoring well on tests and such, and upon graduation from basic schooling at Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns was offered a scholarship to continue her education.

Despite her intelligence, however, Ciergey was quite lost in terms of things that couldn't be found in her textbooks, such as the real world outside her insulated bubble and even the world inside her. Every day, she was slowly learning more and more about herself, discovering what motivated her, what made her think the way she did, because her thought processes were complex and diametrically opposed enough that she often ended up confusing herself.

In advanced schooling, however, she actually started leaving the safety of her house and school more often, and encountered more people whom she took as friends. For the first time since her birth she discovered what Canterlot looked like outside of her comfort zone. However, with it came a deeper understanding of herself, and she started to feel all sorts of emotions that she would rather not have felt; chiefly, jealousy.

Around her, she saw so many ponies that were better at things than she was. She began to feel very small, and though her friends were often around to cheer her up, sometimes she felt alone and inferior. As a result, she started hanging around her friends more, trying to keep them close and keep her happy. As a result, though, she began to develop feelings for one of her friends in particular; a talented violinist mare named Harmony and the closest to Cier out of their group. After a good two years of struggling with her doubts and inadequacies, Cier finally found the courage to confess, but she was let down. The experience did bring her closer to her friend, though, and with that portion of her life over Cier began to look forward to other things.

She delved deep into political sciences, determined to turn herself into the perfect politician when it came to the time when she had to take over her father's position as a noble. She no longer felt like she should constrain herself to Canterlot, however, and began more extensive travels around Equestria to learn more about what the entire country was like. As of now she is still without a job, but she has collected some contacts and friends from around the nation and hopes to use them to her advantage when she finally ascends to the family title.

Personality: Ciergey's personality is a complicated one, owing to several factors such as her occasional mood swings and secrets buried so deep that even she isn't quite sure what they are, though she slowly uncovers them over time. Her usual demeanor is usually consistent, though. She tends to be friendly around others and is willing to be sociable, though she knows she isn't the best at conversation and can sometimes quieten down to let others fill the silence. She is also very loyal to her close friends, viewing it as a duty of hers to protect them and keep them happy.

However, on a deeper layer, she can be very (secretly) possessive of her friends, getting easily jealous when she sees her close friends having equally close or even closer relationships with others. Having a capacity for scheming and manipulation, as well, can put her into conflict when she debates between what she wants for her friends and what is best for them, and whether or not they might coincide, with the full knowledge that she might well be capable of keeping her friends all to herself. Her jealousy also manifests itself in other scenarios, especially she feels inferior, which is a condition that can trigger very easily.

Ciergey does suffer from, though not to a very extreme extent, self-esteem issues, which she has never learned to fully overcome and can strike her at times, leading to the aforementioned mood swings. Internal conflict and self-doubt are big portions of her personality, and one she battles with on a regular scale.

Despite all this internal strife, however, she absolutely hates to argue with others, and as far as possible prefers to avoid disagreeing with anypony so as to keep their ire directed away from her. However, if she gets truly emotional, this aspect of her can sometimes go out the window.

Current Home: Canterlot

Misc: A short list of Ciergey's quirks:

- Is very fond of the taste of salt and cheese, even ridiculously high amounts of them

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: As a result of her Northern Heritage, Sophie's coat grows faster and repels water much more than most other ponies. This gives her a very low tolerance to heat, making her very irritable in warm/humid areas.
Distinguishing Features: Sophie is tall and thin, almost to the point of being gaunt. Her coat is also very very shaggy.
Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Sophie specializes in magics such as witchcraft and alchemy. She can command spirits to aid her, either for advice or to defend herself in combat. She has near total control over the spirits. While the exact nature of the spirit can vary based on the original species, for the most part spirits are the same. The can affect objects such as clouds, fly, and stun enemies.  Sophie can also imbue spirits with the effects of the various potions she can make, allowing her to 'store' spells and other magical effects in them.
Weaknesses: Sophie is very poor at combat. While she can use various enchantments to improve her abilities, most of her magic takes preparation to cast. She can use spirits to mimic basic spells such as wards, but they don't measure up well in a fair fight.
Occupation: N/A
Gear: Sophie carries saddlebags filled with all manner of material components for spells. The saddlebags are enchanted to allow for light carrying and easy access.
History: Sophie was the lone survivor of a bandit raid on a settlement in the frozen north. Her affinity with spirits allowed the ghosts of her murdered friends and family to raise her to where she could survive on her own, at which point they faded. Afterwards, Sophie trekked across the Frozen North till she found warmer lands, using what little the bandits hadn't taken to start a new life. Or rather, tried to. She attempted to hold a job at a tavern, but her in ability to interact with most others soon force the owner to fire her due to complaints. She traveled, homeless, around Equestria until she arrived at Ponyville via stowing away on a train. Feeling the powerful magics within the Everfree forest, she hopped off the train and headed deep into the forest. When she arrived at a convenient set of ruins, she forged a quick shelter and set spirits to guard her while she slept. After her home was established, she began gathering supplies for magical projects, her goal to one day return to the Frozen North and avenge her friends and family. Until then, she avoids Ponyville and Zecora as much as possible.
Personality: Do to the shock of loosing her friends and family twice, as well as the isolation of the trek across the North, Sophie is very very bad at talking to others. She doesn't understand their motives, and has a hard time valuing them as, from her perspective, she can just talk to them more efficiently when they die.
Current Home: The Everfree Forest.Hollow Shades
Notes: Sophie's magic is based around a mix of alchemy and rune craving. Things like wards of protection, curses, summoning, or simply brewing potions are all more powerful, but require rituals of varying time and complexity. She can use blood, fur, etc to affect other creatures a distance, or store spell/potion effects in the spirits she commands.

Race: Earth pony.

Mane: Short, light brown.

Coat: Dark brown.

Cutie mark.: The print of a cat's paw.

Extra details that aren’t needed but are nice to add: She loves to have her ears scratched. o3o

Distinguishing Features: Her ears and eyes have been altered to be like a cat's.

Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc): Cat is very agile and quick, and quite clever. She also is quite adept at hoof-to-hoof combat.

Weaknesses: Can't swim. Is not the strongest.

Occupation: Mercenary.

Gear: Steel armor over her lower legs with razor sharp claws on them, enchanted to grip whatever she is touching when she needs them to. A black cloak. A stiletto. Goggles that let her see in the dark as if it was day.

History: Cat was born in Ponyville until she was eleven, where her family moved to Canterlot and she got her first look at the Guard. At fourteen, she found one who was kind enough to teach her to fight until she was sixteen, but then things went wrong as he tricked her into coming to his place to celebrate her winning her first fight against him, and later tried raping her. She had nearly killed him by the time the Guard had gotten there, and he was sent to prison, while she was watched by Guards in case she was unstable. Her life, after that, was rather dull. Later, at twenty-four, she became a Mercenary to have the excuse to use her fighting ability, but always visits home every month or so.

Personality: Friendly, kind, a little flirty, but on the job, she's mostly reclusive and silent.

Name: Golden Facade Solar Venture the High Red Inquisitor, beloved of the people but most just call him Red Dawn
Race: Pegasus
Age: 78 years old but looks like he is 32 years old; thanks to the dragon soul that his mixed with his regular soul.
Mane:A single scarlet red stripe runs down the middle of his mane; sharing the similar qualities of blood running down wounded flesh. Two pure white stripes shimmer like the walls of a church. Next to the two pure white stripes is two beautifully lustrous yellow stripes; sparking like the mid day sun in a cloudless day.
Coat: The similar celestial white hair that makes up his mane is the same for his incandescent fur. A yellow tint can be seen trailing towards some of the ends of his body. Becoming more bright yellow around the hooves and feathers of his wings.
Cutie mark.: A tall, oak wood staff stands ups in the middle of his flank that has on top a golden symbol that resembles the might of the sun.

Distinguishing Features: Having three cuts just over his eye and eye lid after his first battle between him and a feral demon. That taught him to be a little more careful after that happened to him. His wings are a bit larger than regular Pegasus but that in the long run does nothing.
Specialty (eg. special spells, unique powers etc):

Powers: As part of his induction into the Inquisitor order he belongs to, Red Dawn was giving extensive training in mental disciplines, giving him an unusual resistance to any attempt to meddle with his mind, especially to induce fear in him or seduce him with baubles or knowledge. As an inquisitor, a commissioned maker of inquiries, part of this training gave him an innate sense of when he's being lied to and through his bond to the young dragon Xalanth, he is able to sense and correctly interpret auras of magic around objects or other living beings. Finally, the bond of familiar between Xalanth and Red Dawn allows the young dragon to mystically join her form and soul to Judgement, transforming it into the sword Comet Fell.
Occupation: A high red Inquisitor that works for the Ahsan Imperium (The church he works for)
Gear: Having achieved the highest level of expertise and rank in his order, Red Dawn was entrusted with two mighty artifacts: the sword Comet Fell, called the Carver of Eternal Agony, and the staff Judgement, called the Defender of Eternal Righteousness. The sword is infused into the staff and can only be drawn forth with the aid of Xalanth. It is rare for this to be needed in his ordinary duties, for Judgement can protect the innocent, returning their strength to them when exhausted and driving disease and affliction from them. It will hasten the hooves of the righteous at his command and give them the strength to accomplish things far beyond them normally. Finally, it is able to drive the demon and the undead before it, breaking their hold on the innocent and setting a fire of irresistible agony in their flesh until they flee before him.

When it isn't enough to merely defend, cleanse, and support the innocent, or when Judgement is not enough to drive the foe, Xalanth permits Red dawn to draw forth Coment Fell to avenge the righteous when Judgement cannot protect them. It is infused with pure light through the inherent bond with the dragon that allows it to be drawn and will cut deeply into the demonic hide and the undead flesh alike. With an effort of will, it will sunder any blade but for the greatest and most magical, and it can plunge deep into the soul itself, severing the chains of evil and freeing the innocent from wicked torments, For the wicked, the Judgement within shines forth and binds them with ponderous chains representing their every sin, leaving them naked and helpless before the will of the Inquisitor. It is a mighty power--and it costs him dearly, draining his strength and wearing him in soul and spirit so long as it is manifest. Comet Fell is for defense alone and cannot be used on the offense, lest it be lost to him forever.

Judgement appears as a tall, oak wood staff with a golden symbol that resembles the might of the sun atop it. Seven points represent the seven powers invested into it, and the top of the symbol carries a larger point that bears the burden of holding the biggest power and the most used power he has. In the center of the symbol lies a smaller, sliver version of the large symbol but with a circle surrounding an eight pointed pure white gem known as the Tear of Asha. As to Comet Fell, the only ones who ever gaze upon it are in no position to speak of it. He also carries his righteous armor and a bag full of small trinkets and healing agents.
History: Born into poverty his parents didn’t have the money to carry a child being the stonemasons they were. Given to the monastery to protect their child from the possibility of being hurt during their work he was raised by the clerics. During that time he began to show possible ability in the arts of holy magic. Being honed for the task he went on trials to prove himself worthy of a dragon familiar. Over time he gained the honor of Xalanth the silver dragon whose soul was bounded to his soul to make him gain more of the powers of Holy Magic. More years of training made his work all the more honed on the enemies that would dare strike upon the church. During that time he helped in any way he could but trials always seems to strike deep at the heart and that is what happened during the first mission he ever went on. Seeing the innocent die shook his heart then he went with the determination to bring judgment to those of evil.
Personality: Strong, determined, and willing to help those that need the work done for him. Always sacrificing his own gain for others he wanted to make others be healed from their sins. The protection of others has always been a big part of his life and he doesn’t let anyone get in the way of that goal. Some call him naïve but he always means good in the end to bring glory to all those around him

Misc: He shares a telepathic bond with Xalanth so they always remain in contact
Familiar:Xalanth, The sword of judgment is a sliver dragon wyrmling that can sniff out illusions and shape shifters. Connected to Red Dawn through their minds the female dragon is willing to give up her life for her best friend. A friendship formed in the blood and righteousness they go out into the world together as one.

1) Endurance: A surge of energy washes over the pony he casts it on filling them with the energy to continue their work. Physically it looks like a rock forms around them then crumbles away.
2) Divine Strength: A wave of relief flows over a pony's form, helping them overcome any problems with weight. Their muscles become strong enough to deal with their problems. Vitality becomes their keystone and allows them to strike harder then before with each swing or attack.
3) Cleansing: The very presence around a person soon gets replaced by the shining light of  a holy word. Removing the taint of evil from the good folk.
4) Haste: The speed of their hooves moves faster now empowered with the will of light. Doubling their steps along the path.

Sword Related: His sword is infused with holy magic; making each swing strike deeper into any foe he attacks. The sheer power that courses through the sword he has. The light cuts finer then any blade but takes energy to do so.
1) Heaven’s Light: He swipes his sword into the heavens taking his foes with him before he slices a few more times; cutting away the darkness that comes from their hearts.Cutting ties and evil that resides inside another.   
2) Divine Retribution: Jumps high into the air before slamming down on the target. Sliver chains form around the pony and hold them to the earth. Each link is a symbol of the weight of sins they carry around. More sin equals more weight upon their bodies.

Weaknesses:
General weaknesses
When combine Xalanth becomes exhausted from the sheer burden of being his sword so there is a limited amount of time that he can be the sword before needing to rest.
Staff Weaknesses
Being only able to cast three spells and only on those that want the spell to be cast on. He can’t force the spell on them unless it is a turning spell and that is good for the undead or demons. Using too many spells could hurt him so he has to be careful not to do over the top things. He can only have one instance of a spell and he can’t cast it on himself. None of those spells can do damage and are only good for others.
Sword Weaknesses
The sword is more powerful yes but can’t use it for a long amount of time. He can’t use the same spells of the staff either and it takes a fair amount out of him to use the swords as well. He loses a major of his powers thanks to the need of the sword. He can only use it in defense and never attack otherwise it separates the staff from the dragon.

Since you are somehow incapable of following instructions, I'm going to edit this section myself and because you failed to obey, you get to be stuck with the changes I make. But read this very carefully: I will not make him any less powerful than you have.

OK... so talk about this church. Since the world of Equestria has only two figures that could be regarded as gods, this church must adhere to them somehow. Or it, like Buddhism, is a religion of philosophy rather that deity. But you've made this character an inquisitor, a figure associated with the Catholic faith whose role was to seek out heresy and expel it, often employing extensive inquiry (hence the name). If you're making your character a Catholic official in a non-Catholic church, you need to explain the church and what role an inquisitor has within.


Again: I will not reduce your character's powers. But since you will not obey or somehow are unable to format this section properly, I will do it myself. The issue of the church is something you will have to resolve yourself.

Extra Details: she often leaves a trail of green things wherever she goes

Distinguishing Features: a green band around her ankle

Specialty: language, literacy, and some artistic ability

Weaknesses: somewhat vain, greedy, not very forgiving,

Gear: a pencil

History: Given she’s a raven, I feel her life history is simple enough for three or four bullet points
• hatched and was a raven
• at 5 years old, she was captured and tagged
• she saw a pencil, got interested, and doodled all over the tagger’s notebook
• tagger decided to teach her the letter “R”; soon enough, Clover learned the alphabet and some words; most of the only reason this worked initially is because Clover learned that she could get stuff using words like “food”
• she was named, and taught her name, Clover, named after Clover the Clever (it helped that her favorite color is green)
• while she was released, Clover now hangs around much closer to pony society, and loving to read, talk, doodle, and learn

okay, that was six, but whatever ^u^

Personality: curious, friendly, playful and sometimes mischievous, intelligent, clever and inventive, gets snappy when interrupted with her reading, drawing, etc., loves the color green
